The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. Legal and security requirement for schools to be manned and message advising redelivery for tomorrow, when the school is closed!! ๐ค
