The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

I spoke to Royal Mail on Friday and @PostOffice has now accepted there is a problem with the Horizon computer system in branch for online purchased International shipping labels. It is supposed to be fixed by today, but I'm dropping my parcels to DO.
