@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice @leftywoke I just want to express my frustration with the way I have been treated.I subscribed to your broadband since Jan 29,2021,up till now it has not been installed. @PostOffice when I have go into the Wood Green branch I have decided to record the amount of time I have to queue for. I recorded for 20 mins out of the 30 minutes and have some great audio of your staff being very rude to your customers. I'm sure you would like to hear. #rude

Our lovely mailman noticed that we hadn’t picked up a packed from the postoffice. Hearing that we were in quarantine he brought the package over and also asked if we don’t need any shopping or help with taking out the rubbish.

I have had to cancel the application & upon doing it again, reread the instructions for the date I need to put in and I had inputted it in correctly the first time I am beyond LIVID at this point as I waited for 30 minutes to be seen to be provided with wrong info @PostOffice
