@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

My incoming mail today was in a terrible state, with envelopes torn and damaged. One contained a new credit card... but since the envelope was torn open (it was in a PO plastic bag), I had to cancel it and order a new card. @PostOffice

@IndiaPostOffice Sir, Budhnagra Deorhi s.o.(Sitamarhi ***.) has been in dead condition since last month. Officials always say that link is fail today come tomorrow. People are fully dependent on postoffice for transactions as we do not have nationalised bank in our locality.

@PostOffice I've already done that. That's not the point I paid for a service & I didn't get it. Surely all the backlog ltrs have been sorted now. I've had my passport app cancelled because of this. No one said when I paid for this service that my ltr would be binned due to the strike

@PostOffice Arrive at PO at 17.22 with bunch of prepaid parcels. RM collection chap already loading van. When my turn at 17.26 PO master says my parcels is too late, even tho RM chap not half finished loading parcels into van. Link to formal complaint form please..
