Afro_Socialist (@Cde_Huruva) reported@PostOffice I posted a package Saturday morning from Bordon Hampshire to Tamworth, I was told it would defintely arrive Monday and paid for that service..... guess what it's Tuesday and no package

Jay (@desiboi) reported@bettnorrisdraws @PostOffice @PostOffice I think the problem here is that most think that the Post Office and Royal Mail are the same company, when in fact RM is PO's client. But in terms of online postage, you aren't supporting the branch as we only get paid pennies for acceptance which hurts us.

HaveCameraWillTravel (@RuthB63) reported@PostOffice Sign in the window says they're open till 5:30.

Robbie Douglas (@rideawavedesign) reported@PostOffice Hi, there's a member of staff at Honiton Way Post Office who I'd like to make a complaint about. Looking at the reviews for this branch, I'm not the only one and I think you should be aware of how she behaves. What's the best way to do this?
-
Fay (@febefay) reported@PostOffice paid £8.80 for guaranteed next day delivery on 2.12.2020. It’s now 7.12.2020 and it still hasn’t arrived. Why charge for a service and not deliver!!!!
-
Kelly Munro (@SurfaceCandy) reported@PostOffice Drop and go??? I can’t even use it as a disabled business customer.... support small businesses? Fakenham Post Office is a joke.
-
Jay (@desiboi) reported@PostOffice @HigherDesireUK @HigherDesireUK it's a PPI label, I couldn't accept one today as Horizon rejected the QR code. Get the branch to process it and apply their labels. You should get a refund for the online unused label automatically as that's what I was told by the customer.
-
Nick Smith (@Nickabout) reported@PostOffice why is postal service in SW6 so appalling that we get no mail for days on end and weekly subscriptions are days out of date when they arrive?
-
LizardLady (@LizardLady11) reported@PostOffice Not exactly obvious. The first line is "Send a parcel right now without registering, and drop it in a parcel postbox, postbox, Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), or Post Office® branch." And certainly not "Click & Drop: postage that fits around you – buy, print, drop"
