1/2 @PostOffice "here to help you". Yesterday we had the first post delivery for a week, including 2 magazines and an out of date weekly newspaper. Trying to phone just now to enquire about a regular order processed on 2nd April (should be with you in 5 working days) that still

  • TMFeeG THE FEE MG! 👩🏻 (@TMFeeG) reported from Maidstone, England

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Sittingbourne, England

  • longtallshazza 🇬🇧 Lady Charlene 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@longtallshazza) reported from Rochester, England

Just watching sub-postmistress Betty Brown. She's finally been repaid what the @PostOffice made her pay when it was never missing but they've paid her NOT A PENNY compensation. DISGRACEFUL. THEY ARE STILL UNREPEPENTENT ***** #PostOfficeScandal #PostOfficeInquiry

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Maidstone, England

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  • griseldamussett Griselda Mussett 🇺🇦 🌳🎨✍🏽🏡🇪🇺 (@griseldamussett) reported from Faversham, England

Why has the UK Post Office not sorted out its foreign parcel service yet? Seems to me, they’re trying to divest themselves of the entire service, which must be a very costly labour-intense part of their operations. @BBCNews @PostOffice

  • Hannah_Jones201 Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

  • pipdrums Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  • Marc85432 Marc B 🏳️‍🌈 (@Marc85432) reported from Rochester, England

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

  • Hannah_Jones201 Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England

@PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

  • lukedeards Luke Deards (@lukedeards) reported from Gillingham, England

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AlexisTwolf Jac Griffith. (@AlexisTwolf) reported

@PostOffice A perfect example of how a once great national asset stoops to any depths in an attempt to make profits for shareholders. And another reason why the Post Office is losing customer good will and thus trade to competitors.

  • CtIgnatia Christian Thomas (@CtIgnatia) reported

@Al652 @PostOffice Go **** yourself you presumptuous prick!

  • hopeful_sam Winston’s Supporter (@hopeful_sam) reported

@PostOffice WTF Post Office??? Exploiting stories of domestic abuse to sell products. #PostOfficeShame

  • Narcslayer76 Mo (@Narcslayer76) reported

@nicolajanesharp @PostOffice @SEAresource We desperately need this in the US! I am in the predicament you cite. Consequently, no one gives a damn. I am well educated , however, gave up a lucrative job to stay home and advocate for my oldest who was born with many special. Needs. Much more

  • SSashaHb sachmbh 🇵🇸 (@SSashaHb) reported

@PostOffice Seeking business from domestic abuse? Encouraging people to wait around until their supersaver account hits its target before seeking help? Sick, reckless bastards? Which genius thought of this and who gave it the nod?

  • AlexisTwolf Jac Griffith. (@AlexisTwolf) reported

    @scareyjoe @PostOffice I support the campaign.

  • GreenButterClub Green Butter Club 💙 (@GreenButterClub) reported

@PostOffice Wtf this is not okay @PostOffice .

  • UBn9ohogz0XOFWP 🍟 (@UBn9ohogz0XOFWP) reported

@LILYROSE1402 @PostOffice I understand the concept. Trouble is it's one part of an advertising campaign to encourage people to use the PO for their cash accounts. This is just one of the scenarios they use. As a private Co. they should separate their charitability from their profit making endeavours

  • Cilvrnum JanetM (@Cilvrnum) reported

@PostOffice Some people who provide a service will still only take cash in payment.

  • sillyoldjen Jenny Hughes (@sillyoldjen) reported

@T4Terry0609 @PostOffice It would be same as happened with decimalisation (yes: I'm THAT old!): ALL the prices would be rounded-up instead of some up & some down. Maybe get rid of 1p first & make 2p smaller? Euros have 1c & 2c copper-coloured but they're much smaller & lighter than our pence.
