The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

She just wanted attention - I doubt anyone said a thing to her but she looked like a woman who was going to Room 607 at the Ritz to knock on the door and asking for John!
