Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice The Wokingham wh Smith one isn't great but the Bracknell wh Smith one is appalling, I've had to wait 20 minutes in there before because only one person was serving and there's no self service (which you can't do QR code returns on anyway)

India not having PINCODE tied to a geographical location have created a problem for me. @IndiaPostOffice PINCODE in India is tied to a post-office and therefore your PINCODE can change when a new post office is created or a postoffice shuts down.

Anyone using Travelcard at @PostOffice we have one in greece... We need to top it up. We find this impossible due to using a local sim card... We found the system not to work... Something to do with connectivity of systems. (data roaming is not possibly due to connectivity issue

@PostOffice If you could please report this and let me know the outcome. I should not feel pressured into wearing a mask when it is not mandated. The owners of this establishment should not be able to force this upon anybody especially as they facilitate a public service.

@superneatfun @PostOffice The post office may well report this however WHSmiths is a franchise post office and they are in charge of staff not the post office I work for a similar franchise and we would be willing to staff more however our hours are determined by the franchise and they are never enough...

@PostOffice @folkloresswift Stephen - COP can't be reprinted, but if item was sent Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed for, tracking ref will be on the daily report printed (and kept by branch) on the day it was sent. It will be possible to locate this info for customer. Hope this info helps.

@IndiaPostOffice so it's been more than 3 month i Haven't got my pancard card which was supposed to get delivered to me at 15 August..i complaint everywhere now I'm feeling really frustrated and i want to take legal action against postman postoffice may i know
