@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

Having mega trouble trying to contact someone regarding renewing my driving license as systems are all down atm in Kent @PostOffice have you got a customer careline number I can ring please?? As I can't contact any branches either.

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice The snapshot I posted above is the reply from HO I got after reporting using that link, then sending a complaint & then a grievance letter through our MP. Home Office says if PostOffice is closed "you should NOT contact us."! Really appreciate your prompt responses though, Ryan👍

Omg, the @ups & the #postoffice keep leaving our freaking Mail at the wrong house/leave it on our lawn, not even the front door. Wtf is wrong with your delivery people in the area of Islip,NY? A literal bank check for over $10,000 laying around my front lawn as if it were trash.

Just tried renewing my driving license at the @PostOffice. The closest one that does this service is 20 miles away from me, but when I get there I can’t renew my license because it’s a Sunday so there’s only one staff member. I work every other day so how can I renew it?

@PostOffice The young lad working at the Bristol post office in Broadmead this morning on the self service check out was very rude and had bad attitude when customers were asking for help using the service check out. Not just to myself but to others customers also. Not helpful.

@PostOffice Thank you for your response. I just cannot see how you can justify the price hike given your lack of service. I paid £2.55 to send a card to Nz. Next time I will use moonpig. I declined to pay £8.99 to send a small parcel. I will use yodel instead.
