@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

Hey @auspost, is there a way to do e-postage for individual personal letters? Who has stamps these days? With a postbox literally at the end of my street, it is stupid that I have to come into a postoffice just to buy one single stamp.

@RosieRem_x @PostOffice 🤯From a product design standpoint, it is insane to design a self-service machine that requires a human operator. I wonder if other considerations (employee agreements, etc) required it to be designed in such a way to necessitate employee involvement.

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail

@Pippatron2103 @PostOffice The RM customer service point should definitely accept them, as they are a RM product. POs should, but some have started to refuse them due to those labels ripping off the postmasters.

@PostOffice Unsure. I didn't time it, I'd say about half hour? The poor staff. Only two of them having to manage the entire Post Office for Bath and a long queue of people at the end of the day.

Rosie Morris
(@RosieRem_x) reported
@evanrud @PostOffice They probably do work, I just recently finished working in a PO. Essentially, and we agree this is silly, most of the services done on self service require a worker to come over and authorise with their unique barcode..if there’s one counter assistant they can’t keep going over
-
Rosie Morris
(@RosieRem_x) reported
@evanrud @PostOffice Very silly! So if there was just one of us, it would make it even slower to serve our own queue and then have to keep running out to help the self service queue, so we only turned on it there were at least 3 of us so 1 could stand out there

The post office’s click and print service is officially pants! And the help service is even worse. 40 minutes on hold? I don’t think so. An 18th century service in a 21st century world. Can you tell I am frustrated? @PostOffice

@three_broadband absolutely disgusted. Charging people late device returns fee in the middle of a pandemic and lockdown. Going to the postoffice or leaving the house is in no way an essential trip. Especially when you cancelled the service.
