@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Why has the UK Post Office not sorted out its foreign parcel service yet? Seems to me, they’re trying to divest themselves of the entire service, which must be a very costly labour-intense part of their operations. @BBCNews @PostOffice

@PostOffice @Ant__Mann That’s a big issue sending via Evri and dpd, there is no option to type it in and it only gives listed items as an option. Usually just click the closest thing to the actual item but essentially the counter clerk was right. It needs fixing internally.

(@Loopylou2024) reported
@PostOffice I wonder if you can help me, I’m returning a item to Debenhams and they have just given me a QR code to scan when I drop the parcel off and it says a label will be generated at the post office, is this right?

@PostOffice @kwarby1958 £9.25 is for Special Delivery the Only way cash, jewellery and vouchers are insured when sent through the PO via this Royal mail service £3.60 is for signed delivery which at best only covers you to £20 for all other goods sent via RM and there's no tracking with this service
-
peoplearestupid77
(@pplrstupid977) reported
@kwarby1958 @PostOffice The only service that covers vouchers and gift cards is Special Delivery which is £9.25 if under 100g so you were offered the right service. If your envelope goes missing, you wont be covered for the value of the voucher. Post Office staff were right.

.@PostOffice here we are again… shocking, abysmal but typical post office queues at 108 Pitshangar Lane. Opened late for whatever reason, then delayed again due no staff. 1 poor soul on the counter. This organisation is one national disgrace -nothing EVER changes. #PostOffice

@winapa @PostOffice Thanks for this. My issue is, when I send parcels with my company, carriers always ask if insurance is required. But as a carrier or postal service, are they not proving their incompetence in their business model. Surely, the service must cover their errors. Mine does.

@kwarby1958 @PostOffice It’s not about making sure it arrives; it’s about providing cover if it doesn’t. Imagine worst case scenario; it gets destroyed in a vehicle fire. Royal Mail only compensates for loss of valuables with Special Delivery. That costs £9.25 minimum. (Up to 100g).
