@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

  • Hannah_Jones201 Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England

@PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

  • lukedeards Luke Deards (@lukedeards) reported from Gillingham, England

I'm absolutely disgusted by the @PostOffice and @parcelforce I was recommended to pay and be insured and told my parcel will be safe and then they refuse to pay compensation when they smashed my parcel. Never again #Parcelforce #Scam

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Maidstone, England

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Sittingbourne, England

  • pipdrums Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  • Marc85432 Marc B 🏳️‍🌈 (@Marc85432) reported from Rochester, England

More misery from @PostOffice Don't go to any branches in Kent to renew your driving license they are all down and postoffice Twitter team don't know what's going on either Disgraceful service

@LILYROSE1402 @PostOffice I understand the concept. Trouble is it's one part of an advertising campaign to encourage people to use the PO for their cash accounts. This is just one of the scenarios they use. As a private Co. they should separate their charitability from their profit making endeavours

  • FromSaudi2030 ABD (@FromSaudi2030) reported

@PostOffice Hello, "Content is not available" is what I get whenever I try to open videos / GIFs in Twitter (on mobile app or the website). Are you aware of this issue ? This has been on for last 3 days. There must be a resoultion for this!

  • degs01 degs (@degs01) reported

  • lcashy Leanne Kenny (Cashman) (@lcashy) reported

@PostOffice OMG scraping the barrel with your advertising campaign there! Plus telling the perpetrators where they might find “escape funds” is a **** move!

  • sillyoldjen Jenny Hughes (@sillyoldjen) reported

@T4Terry0609 @PostOffice It would be same as happened with decimalisation (yes: I'm THAT old!): ALL the prices would be rounded-up instead of some up & some down. Maybe get rid of 1p first & make 2p smaller? Euros have 1c & 2c copper-coloured but they're much smaller & lighter than our pence.

  • toes_pointy Sparkly Brussels 💙 (@toes_pointy) reported

@JMoncktonSmith @AlisonMox @PostOffice The first that springs to mind is if the wifi goes down the tills don't work therefore we can't make purchases - this obviously could be food, medicines and other necessary items to keep us alive. With cash you can still buy the necessities.

  • 040_ali Alih (@040_ali) reported

    @bluedaysomeday @PostOffice What happens when there's a power outage/no signal/frozen bank accounts? Cards don't buy food.
