@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice I've been trying to order some euros but when I try to pay it keeps saying something went wrong-am I doing something wrong or is there a service problem?

@PostOffice £300 in total. To be honest it seems pointless trying again when the result is entirely unpredictable. I may as well visit my bank instead. Why offer a service when you can’t guarantee it will be available and have no way of indicating in advance if it is or if it isn’t

How many Covid infections and app pings are down to the ludicrous slowness of waiting to do anything in a @PostOffice? Unintended public consequences - save on staffing, but costs businesses and NHS money. @RoyalMail needs lockers for small stuff, not red card missed deliveries.
-
PostyMcPostface
(@PostieMcPost) reported
@JasonPedlow @PostOffice @RoyalMail No, sounds like she was charged correctly. Registered is now called Special Delivery (£6.85 starting) and the old Recorded service now called Signed For (£2.25 1st starting).
