  @PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

  @PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  @PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

  @PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  @onlyher08591011 @PostOffice @SaveBrontePO It's so sad for the elderly and vulnerable residents (plus the businesses) who are going to really struggle without it. 2 hours a week in the Black Bull and a much lesser service in the Coop down in the bottom of the village.

  @brontemysteries So angry at @PostOffice who clearly don't give a damn about our history to even think about keeping it open. Apparently people now have to go to the local Co-op to post things which is ridiculous too.

  Why did @PostOffice refuse to accept my @monzo debit card? I’ve never even heard of that being an issue anywhere before! After a bit of a to do they eventually “tried it” (it worked) but why?! Awful customer service.

  @parcelforce @PostOffice I paid for next day delivery UK to Belgium of a small item. I paid for Global express. It is now more than 48 hours… not even reached the Depot.Can someone inform me as to when this parcel will be received?Not good enough when you pay more for a service
