  • pipdrums
Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  • griseldamussett
Griselda Mussett 🇺🇦 🌳🎨✍🏽🏡🇪🇺 (@griseldamussett) reported from Faversham, England

Why has the UK Post Office not sorted out its foreign parcel service yet? Seems to me, they’re trying to divest themselves of the entire service, which must be a very costly labour-intense part of their operations. @BBCNews @PostOffice

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@WGME Cant prove it. 'Some group from outside of Maine' pulls their Useful Idiot Maine Officials prions aside, instructs them how to sue for this and that. That Local Yokel from a small state,Maine, did not come up with this idea to sue the PostOffice within their own mind--No way, lol!

  • AEJHulsman
    Anthony (@AEJHulsman) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice You are in the UK, we always hear about people getting locked up for "causing anxiety" via words. Why not file a complaint so a local policeman can "check their thinking"?

  • Dominos183
    dominos man 183 (@Dominos183) reported

@lily_lna @twasthentisnow @PostOffice Oh **** yeah. Forgot customers dont know what modesty is. Stfu stupid *** ***.

@lily_lna @twasthentisnow @PostOffice I thought you were an employee and I was thinking no, that’s not appropriate for work. But as a customer? Wear whatever you ******* want and you look fantastic!

  • jonsdottir13
    Margaret Gust (@jonsdottir13) reported

@sweepybuns @lily_lna @PostOffice I addressed that in a second comment to her - read the entire thread before you decide to disparage other people - she did not make that clear. She just wanted attention - I doubt anyone said a thing to her but she looked like a woman who was going to Room 607 at the Ritz to knock on the door and asking for John! No one walks into any business with a bare back down to her waist without knowing exactly the reaction she will get.

  • secularmammal
    Secularis Occidentalis (@secularmammal) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice When I last checked this was still the UK, despite the best efforts of successive governments to turn it into something else. So no, you're not wrong, you're entirely in the right and within your rights. It's the proprietors who are are the problem. Thanks for highlighting this.

  • juliedoherty29
    Doherty J (@juliedoherty29) reported

@ajthfc @PostOffice @lily_lna No I wasn’t but I did get the wrong end of the stick, so there is that. Anyway my bad.
