@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

  • lucyvheathfield Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Sittingbourne, England

@PostOffice the main PO closed down there have been 100s and 100s of houses built and less and less amenities like the PO. I'd buy my postage online and avoid having to go there altogether but you still have to queue up to get the receipt stamped so what's the point?

  • zoisiab Sarah (@zoisiab) reported

Just went to @PostOffice to send a small parcel. Has been a while, but seems it’s the norm to advise customers that “due to it being Christmas, lots of parcels are now going missing”. telling me your service is a tad shakey in order to try up-sell me postage 🤨

  • lucydawsxn Lucy (@lucydawsxn) reported

@Mphillips_LDFC @fxofbeauty @PostOffice I think this is a little bit rude. If you don’t have anything nice to say, please don’t reply. I had already started sorting this with the right company considering you can see someone else had already pointed me in the right direction.

  • Lizelle03998128 Lizelle 🕊 (@Lizelle03998128) reported

@PostOffice Good to hear, hopefully this was an isolated incident and you have informed the above post office that their discriminatory behaviour is unacceptable.

  • RuthRomano Ruth Romano (@RuthRomano) reported

@PostOffice But your helpline never answer the phones. I have been trying for days. All I get is the same message 'we are experiencing high call volumes.' It's not good enough. How do I complain?

  • brianwhelton Brian Whelton (@brianwhelton) reported

TL:DR? In short, 'professional' people working for an IT company lied & abetted in the withholding of evidence, together with legal representatives for their org, their customers legal team, & with very little doubt with the knowledge of their customer the @PostOffice for 20yrs

  • Hemong Hemong Patel (@Hemong) reported

@PostOffice I sent a parcel via Special delivery on the 2nd Dec - it's yet to arrive. I've been waiting 50mins on the phone for customer service. 50 mins unbelievable. Why do you a number to call when no one answers?

  • lauracreaven Laura Creaven (@lauracreaven) reported

@PostOffice It wasn’t this morning when I was on the bus going to it. I’ve been to the city centre branch and spent over £100 on postage. I will not be repeating this nonsense. Please can you give me the complaint details.

  • 945644bill Bill B (@945644bill) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice So did the defence not ask ‘are there any issues in the platform that undermine the accuracy or evidential nature of the data used’? Or did the witnesses just lie in court?

  • Duffi63Diane Diane Acton (@Duffi63Diane) reported

@BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews Omg this is despicable!! That poor lady should never have been questioned like that! What a cowardly little Hitler hiding behind his glass screen & mask being absolutely vile to her! @PostOffice I hope he gets dealt with asap! He also needs #CustomerService training!
