  @PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

  @PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

  Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  @PostOffice @darrenmdr I think the Post Office should fix the Fujitsu Horizon scandal fully before spouting off about saving cash? Who in their right mind would allow an organisation, that unlawfully prosecuted hundreds of “our” local Sub Postmasters, “take care” of their cash? Where is their cash? 🤔

  Just wanted to thank @DVLAgovuk for a crazy quick turnaround for renewal drivers license. Renewed in @PostOffice on Sunday and received new licence in post today. Was expecting to wait til Christmas with all the bad press. Cheers 👍

  @PostOffice @Jill84143285 Their online service is awful been trying for 1 year to change my address online got to do it via post which will take for ever and will most prob get lost like most other peoples so they will cash the money and not send out the goods what a joke @DVLAgovuk

  @DVLAgovuk @PostOffice No one can use your bloody online service. Its hopeless! And virtually no post offices are equipped to deal with paper applications. The DVLA is in meltdown.
