The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

The largest retail network in Europe yet the management and successive Governments totally missed the commercial opportunity to generate income/ profit s. They were some of the last to install ATMs, they farmed out Government services to other providers and the advent of internet transactions was the final naik- all of this went from very profitable Sub Post offices to loss making within about an 18 months period.
