@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Its not a royal mail item its an ID /Passport services item. Either way i paid to the post office for a service. if there is an issue within your systems/processes in the background that resulted in my item not being redirected - me not getting the service i paid for

@PostOffice Been trying to send a letter for 3 weeks at this point, whenever i go there tills are closed because of lack of staff, the shop is getting horrible reviews everyday because of this, first two times i waited in the queue for 1 hour each time, just to be told they close early.

@PostOffice we've given up in Churchdown. Nobody is telling us anything and so we'll tell the press that you've shut the Post Office down with no due process or communication. Unbelievably bad service and communication, 15,000 people left in the lurch for 8 weeks #shameful

@PostOffice travel money card not working in Spain, shocking customer service and sitting on my money which can not be accessed....sort this out!we have now used our UK cards which defeated the object! Don't bother your time with these clowns!
