I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. Itโ€™s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isnโ€™t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

Why has the UK Post Office not sorted out its foreign parcel service yet? Seems to me, theyโ€™re trying to divest themselves of the entire service, which must be a very costly labour-intense part of their operations. @BBCNews @PostOffice

It's not NHS staff E.G. those on the front-line, saving and caring for the infirm. Nope, it's "management". The same characters who are involved in #Grenfell; #postoffice and government. It's the so-called "eletes" vs the plebs. Not creed vs the poor. Two-tier "justice".

Does anyone know why the UK Postoffice scandal final report has still not been seen, and why not one person has been prosecuted for the truly terrible way post office owners were so appallingly treated?

  • frfunlouis

@PostOffice Ordered cancelled, charge back raised. What a shocking service! Thought PO was meant to be one of the best! Will use another courier next time.

  • Jordon3Jane
    JaneJordon3 (@Jordon3Jane) reported

@gm2112rush @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice The Post office for decades was run as if it was a service provider of the Government and had 30,000+ outlets. The largest retail network in Europe yet the management and successive Governments totally missed the commercial opportunity to generate income/ profit s. They were some of the last to install ATMs, they farmed out Government services to other providers and the advent of internet transactions was the final naik- all of this went from very profitable Sub Post offices to loss making within about an 18 months period.

@DSuggers @PostOffice I manage a Post Office branch in Scotland. Unless you were asking for a tracked service (T24 or T48) you absolutely should have been able to use your stamps. I expect @PostOffice will be along in the morning to ask you for more info and what branch it was.
