-
Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄
-
Phil Wilson 🌈🥁 (@pipdrums) reported from Rochester, England@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Sittingbourne, EnglandAnother absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

-
Lucy Heathfield (@lucyvheathfield) reported from Maidstone, England@PostOffice Well unless you get it fixed today and I try again tomorrow it isn’t going to happen again for another 10 years and hopefully innovation would have kicked in or if your machine is still broken then, I suggest your services are really shite!

Ben Christie (@ContentPrVision) reported.@RoyalMailHelp Why is my package KB873940831GB still 'in transit' after 9 days! The buyer is getting annoyed and there is nothing I can do. What is the reason for this delay? The website offers no help.@PostOffice sent me to you.
-
Mrs Haworth Fox 💙💛 (@MrsHaworthFox) reported@onlyher08591011 @PostOffice @SaveBrontePO It's so sad for the elderly and vulnerable residents (plus the businesses) who are going to really struggle without it. 2 hours a week in the Black Bull and a much lesser service in the Coop down in the bottom of the village.
-
Vicki Pope (@vicki_pope) reported@brontemysteries So angry at @PostOffice who clearly don't give a damn about our history to even think about keeping it open. Apparently people now have to go to the local Co-op to post things which is ridiculous too.
-
Barbwire (@Barbwire654) reported@PostOffice @Adam74566303 Do you support and show that support year-round for any other ‘communities’? Like veterans, disabilities, BLM? Or is it just those that give Stonewall points?
-
Nun of Your Business (@FatMireille) reported@PostOffice @judekirk13 YAWN! Jesus there is so much going on in the world. LGB were doing pretty darn good. Now you’ve got straight white men in lipstick acting like they’re the most trampled down category, upending & co-opting the LGB movement. This is not pride it’s misogynistic. And you are deluded.
-
Gail Ennis (@GailEnnis6) reported@WomenAreWomen3 @PostOffice @andrewdoyle_com I thought the PO were in financial difficulties - obviously got enough to continue the holy never ending “month” of Pride. There are other things to celebrate/publicise. Virtue signalling idiots.
-
Sam Sarsfield (@SamSars) reportedWhy did @PostOffice refuse to accept my @monzo debit card? I’ve never even heard of that being an issue anywhere before! After a bit of a to do they eventually “tried it” (it worked) but why?! Awful customer service.
-
nowhere man (@nowhereman1973) reported@PostOffice @rogerpk Yeah but you are spending money and effort on employing a DIE co ordinator when your service in inefficient and poor. Focus one doing what you do - delivering parcels
-
Self Loading Freight 🇬🇧 (@Fanagolo) reported@PostOffice @One4allGiftUK It may be just coincidence but since you started fannying around with all this virtue signalling your service is becoming increasingly ****! Cause and effect, perhaps? Stick to delivering mail, not virtue signalling!
