    @PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

    @_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!

    Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

    @PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

    @jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    @NPhilatelics @BarbadosStamps @PostOffice I've sent a few large letter items from there before when they've used stamps but they've never cancelled them! I asked before if they could handstamp a card to Canada with stamps but was told mail got sent off to centre to be postmarked. As we know that doesn't always happen!

    @Nick_Lumenaut got back from arguing with the postoffice about mailing cologne, sorry man, my lady sold that ****. I bought whiskey with that money, forgot to tell you, post office told me no way, it was a box full of chemicals I told them to kiss my ***

    @PostOffice Thank you for the prompt response. The reduced hours is hugely inconvenient and results in a huge queue out of the door. Also the self-service machines are frequently turned off and the Saturday morning cashier is #so# rude - every time!

    @TSB do you think about your customers? Closing branches stupid idea. Being paid by cheque & nowhere to pay it in #frustrating. @PostOffice Paying in at post offices should have been in place BEFORE CLOSURES. I work full time when am I meant to pay my wages in without a bank?

    @PostOffice I went to my local post office. The man was very rude The way he spoke showed he clearly did not care. It was a humiliating and demeaning experience. One I wish no one else has to face. Utterly disgusting. Due to limitations I had to cut down my original message.
