Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  • youngypaul Paul James Young (@youngypaul) reported from Blean, England

@_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!

  • Hannah_Jones201 Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England

@PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

  • Hannah_Jones201 Hannah Jones (@Hannah_Jones201) reported from Faversham, England

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

@PostOffice my customer has just received a letter from royal mail saying she needs to pay £1.50 as i didnt pay for full postage. The item was a drop and go item so i am absolutely livid that they labeled it wrong as this reflects Badly on me and my business! 😤

  • adirtymonkey Paul-adirtymonkey (@adirtymonkey) reported

@postoffice Can I take a D1 form to a post for your drivers license renewal service ?

  • Bnewton675My brian newton (@Bnewton675My) reported

@PostOffice The last call about the problem was yesterday, also why does the phone number have to be changed

  • MissDemiLeighx Demi (@MissDemiLeighx) reported

@PostOffice I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you need a quick kiosk for people who simply want to return a pre-paid parcel so they don’t have to wait for ages because others in front require longer services! This would help the traffic in your stores too!

  • helinkaradoruk Helin Newroz Karadoruk (@helinkaradoruk) reported

Just went into the Post Office on Upper Street. Came across an employee unlike I’ve ever seen. How can an employee be allowed to insult/belittle a customer and shout at them? I understand having a bad day but resorting to insults is disgusting. Shame on you @postoffice

  • MrJDHunt James (@MrJDHunt) reported

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp Help please

  • soz_is_here Sorrel 栗色 💙💜❤️🌈 👠 (@soz_is_here) reported

@PostOffice why is your #broadband customer service so bad? Shielding for the month & trying to work from home with the worst internet connection known to human kind, on top of that, your call center people refuse to admit any fault and say maybe I'm watching too much YouTube?!

  • Kicia77 Daria Osman (@Kicia77) reported

@PostOffice whoever runs the #hinckleypostoffice should be ashamed the poor lady doing her best against a huge no of people i mean you have over 100 year history you know when the peak is yet you expose people to that kind of situation shame on you! @hinckleytimes

  • Philip471 Philip Woods (@Philip471) reported from Shanklin, England

@PostOffice @marcball90 If it's a Royal Mail service, the max compensation is £250. For certain Parcelforce services, it can go up to £2500 but be prepared for a hefty price tag.

  • SoftSteer Jen (@SoftSteer) reported

@PostOffice is there a cut off time for using the guaranteed next day by 1pm service or will last post of the day still catch this? Cannot find answer on website or speak to a human. Thank you.
