Another absolutely shocking service @PostOffice Sittingbourne 40 min wait this time then @DVLAgovuk who has a bloody cheque book this day and age to pay for a licence photo renewable: SHOCKING.... people just do a D1 form it’s got to be easier 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

@_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!

@jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

@IndiaPostOffice Inefficient service provider.. Had a #speedpost to be delivered to me. Tracking says insufficient address and returned. I didn't receive any call. Went to #postoffice , was told new postman doesn't know locations properly. Calling him , no response. What to do?

So I used the Post Office Track 24 service to return my mobile phone to Sky as part of my upgrade. According to the Tracking it arrived ready for delivery last Friday in Norwich sorting office. Each day the site reports it will be delivered today. Each day it doesn't! #PostOffice

@PostOffice bought travel insurance, made a claim due to having to cut my holiday short as my dog was being put down and now I’m being asked to provide a sick note with date of diagnosis of illness and date he was diagnosed! WTAF absolute joke!! Leaving me owing money for flights
