So @PostOffice apparently accidentally handed my @parcelforce parcel to @RoyalMailHelp - but no one seems to know where it is or be able to help track it down.....😫

  • roy_juniper Roy Juniper (@roy_juniper) reported from Faversham, England

@PostOffice Everyone in the queue had problems, so I guess the same as me he couldn’t help out at self service. Just standing with hands in pockets does not speed up service (self service means fewer staff on duty)

  • roy_juniper Roy Juniper (@roy_juniper) reported from Faversham, England

Standing in a long queue @PostOffice member of staff just standing at the self service doing nothing, why doesn’t he get behind the counter and reduce this queue!!!

@PostOffice Awful service tonight at Allardice Street Stonehaven branch tonight, the teller shouting over a customer he was serving to say you now don’t get change after 5! This branch makes there rules up as they go along! They said the safe was now locked!

  • DeadBoomerang K A T (@DeadBoomerang) reported

The @PostOffice in Brighton @WHSmith is actually THE WORST.

  • RellaMonroe Sorrel (@RellaMonroe) reported

@PostOffice 1 hour.... they have two staff off on holiday and they have things to do aswell as their breaks! They need help!!

  • Ellenstration 🔮 Ellenstration (@Ellenstration) reported

@PostOffice I was told to come back today and see in the manager can help. I was going to pop in after work

  • sweelee1 sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

  • CDoubleA92 Charlotte (@CDoubleA92) reported

The self service machines in the Lewisham @PostOffice run on Windows XP and they’ve all crashed. Oh and there’s only 1 actual human behind the counter. What a wonderful day to post!
