@PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

@PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

@jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

@_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail never again. Walked into a PO last week asked advice on sending precious parcel to France. They advise Royal Mail Tracked/signed. RM now say PO should not have taken parcel as they are sending nothing abroad. My parcel is being held hostage in Milton Keynes
