Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!

Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?
