    @PostOffice Well I would revoke it as doesn’t look good on the post office that they refuse to serve the customers for the post office before there shop customers then they are just completely rude and don’t offer any help. Wish I’d just paid parking and gone to the central one 🙄🙄

    @PostOffice how do you chose the convenience stores to use post office facilities because the 1 in faversham on the lower road is bloody terrible!!! Awful customer service

    @_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!

    @jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the service in my local branch. I had to go in due to the website issue. Asked for 24 tracked which is around £5 for the size of my parcel. Told that you don’t do it anymore even though you do and I had to pay £11.15!!

    Post Office Travel Insurance website is not at all helpful. And neither was the person I got on the helpline! Missed a digit when entering a date. It accepted it then greyed out so I couldn't change it. Phoned for help and they said they could help and to start again! #postoffice

    @PostOffice why have you changed for oneline parcel sending program. It used to be so easy. Now I have had to wait for a Postoffice van to pick up a parcel when all I wanted to do was take it down to the Postoffice. There was no choice only pickup.

    @PostOffice I have spoken with one of your advisers today and they were incredibly unhelpful- no supervisor available- eventually the claims handler changed their request. When you’ve had to cancel your holiday for cancer treatment this is not the service you need!

    @royalmail @PostOffice you’ve lost envelope I sent on 19th July paid 1st class signed delivery at local post office. Apparently ended up Chelmsford but no further update. Recipient never received. Tried calling lots of tel nos but none take me to an operator. What r my options?

    @ramsayrules @PostOffice We cannot see any info regarding your account at all our screen literally says the deposit/withdrawal and instructions like 'tell customer to enter pin'

    @PostOffice It’s been like this for weeks the poor woman is rushed off her feet with no help. How can a main post office with 4 tills and only ever have 1 open every time I go there be ok

    @PostOffice why do you never have enough staff? Uxbridge and the queue is about 45 mins with only two counters open. All three self-service stations not working. Lunchtimes are busy, in case you didn't know.
