@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

@sam_bambs @PostOffice @RoyalMail The average customer still thinks that when they post a letter there’s a series of tunnels/conveyor belts under the pillar box that makes it magically appear at its destination where a postie empties the box & then walks it the last 100 yards to push through someone’s letter box.

@PostOffice @decappeal @BBCCiN You should raise £555M for the charity for broken subpostmasters who are victims of your inept and corrupt employees.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail How about resolutions for proper staffing and decent customer service training? More importantly, there’s the matter of compensation for the postmasters/mistresses falsely accused/imprisoned due to YOUR faulty accounting systems. Please resolve to be better. #PostOfficeScandal

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Well, how's that going? Our Post Office only has 1 counter open out of 5. The self checkouts are never open and your lucky if there's 2 members of staff in there!! Last time I went in there was 15 of us in the queue with 1 person behind the counter!! I gave up after 30 minutes

@PostOffice @RoyalMail The way the CWU are performing it won’t be a problem soon. RM will cease to exist, broken up and sold with thousands of redundancies.
