@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

Hi help @PostOffice. I sent a parcel to South Korea 14th of December by tracking. The tracking didn't change until yesterday. I went to the post office and we tried to claim with the man who works at the post office. When we chose the country, couldn't find S Korea.

Abbey road post office have been terrible and have told me to fill out a form- that he’s not sure is the right one. Filled out an online claims form and it says you only cover for £100. Erm again where do I stand here? @PostOffice @ZARA_Care
