@AskPayPal An item was not as described nor fit for purpose, a refund was requested & seller didn't make any contact, raised a dispute with @PayPal & agreed I'd send the item back to get a refund.The @PostOffice wouldn't give me a tracking number now no refund. Any help please

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

Interesting feature of #PostOfficeScandal is that the @PostOffice didn't realise that the high-handed, arrogant approach which worked so well bullying individual, isolated subpostmasters didn't work when the SPMs got together. Highlights the damage the @NFSP_UK inflicted on SPMs

Atrocious service at local @PostOffice as for cheapest 2nd class postage. Tried to tell me cheapest service was £15 on something and when questioned miraculously found a service for £8. How is that OK, if I’d not questioned it I’d have paid well over the odds.

@PostOffice Hi, my son paid a parking fine at a local post office. The wrong reference number was on the receipt he was issued with from yourselves , which has now led to the fine being double the amount as Manchester City council have no record of the amount being paid. Help!

@nepawahalang @IkejaElectric @ieServe This is the 3rd week still no action from them IKEDC on our transformer for repairs at Ipaja/PostOffice axis, they keep saying we are working on your complaint but nothing and yet we are paying bills.THis is the height of wickedness you people can collect bill but cannot rectify
