    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

    @PostOffice Hello, I just realised I never got a receipt for a recorded delivery I paid for today. If I go back and have the date, time, amount I paid on my card can the Post Office reprint the receipt?

    @PostOffice Hi team - I sent an item tracked delivery via a QR code a retailer provided to me ...Realised the cashier never gave a PoP receipt. I need it relating to an issue with the retailer. Can I use the tracking number to trigger a reprint?

    @PhilpotWilma @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp This is happening across the board. I can only suggest it will be sitting somewhere awaiting a human intervention. They are backed up like you wouldn't believe. You should never have been quoted for next day delivery. It wasn't available.

    I've lived in the Clapham area for over 35 years For 20 of those I've been at the #Clapham South end so have used #Balham @PostOffice It's always been a really poor experience but now it's just horrific PO management should be ashamed of themselves - 20 dismal years of decline

    I had to make another complaint to @PostOffice because yet again no staff have ever seen an online printed proof of postage they just have to stamp or know how to manually enter @RoyalMailHelp click & drop that aren't scanning. They tried to send me to the sorting office.

    @PostOffice So what about your next day delivery? You need to not sell this as a service. I had a next day delivery parcel posted to me a week ago & it’s still it here!!! What a waste of money. I feel sorry for the small businesses trying hard to survive in this climate

    @PostOffice @toonarmy123 We are told during training that we do not offer insurance but compensation, it’s actually drummed into us about the wording. As others have said someone needs to relook at this, it should never have been signed off.
