@PostOffice No just piss poor management. Moved from a building where they had been for decades to share part of a shop with a failing shop, which failed. Months later looks like a poor pop up shop. Piss poor and a joke.

@PostOffice So my local Post Office won't accept a parcel from me because no one picks it up from them and your can't see what the solution is? Could I make a suggestion? Could someone pick up parcels from them like in the good old days?

How can a @PostOffice issue a CoP for an article it hasn't accepted? Surely by doing so it is warranting that an item has been introduced to the @RoyalMail postal system WITHOUT ACTUALLY KNOWING THAT IS THE CASE. For what it's worth he did accept it when I questioned it.

She paid for a technician HERSELF to find out what the problem is, a faulty router @PostOffice. She has had it for a decade, so it’s done well. She has requested a new router and you are refusing to provide one without doing further tests.

@PostOffice please provide hand sanitizer to your post office in Marchmont st, WC1 as the rude customer service did not provide any and has only one pen used by everyone! I reminded him about the pandemic as he seems not concerned about his customers! Thank you

@shawny_O Hi Shawn, I'm really sorry about this. We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service you received in branch. We're unable to change or amend details on items I'm afraid. >Mayah

@MartinSLewis I need advice on this. I signed up for broadband and landline with PostOffice Telecoms to find out then that the landline was not working. They put the price up from £17 offer to £23 to include landline.

My 83 yr old mother-in-law has used your internet provision, @PostOffice for over a decade. She is almost deaf and relies on video calls to avoid being totally isolated in this pandemic. Her internet has been faulty for over a month & you are yet to fix it.
