@PostOffice I've contacted your business team to open an account (send 30/week) however I've received the same introductory call for the past year. I'm beginning to think you don't actually want more business. Can anyone actually help?

@PostOffice I had to go through the queue twice because I had put string on my parcel and had to buy tape from the shop - the counter staff couldn’t help me with that. I know I was there for 40 minutes. Please answer my question.

@lisajon60648359 @RoyalMail What service did you purchase Lisa? If it was Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 it can’t be taken to a @PostOffice, otherwise they should have accepted it whatever size the branch was.

@PostOffice Hey, tweeted asking for some guidance regarding IOSS after local staff were utterly clueless - You asked which branch, then didn't offer any advice or respond further. Please help! I need to send this Etsy package to Germany, pronto!
