@PostOffice you services have gone downhill over the past few years, a city centre post office with 2 cashiers open, slow service, inside a run down and drab @WHSmith and you wonder why people are sending letter mail and opting for better parcel services @RoyalMail very poor

@toryboypierce Please pop down IDRC @PostOffInquiry 8th December to see at first hand how @postoffice and their legal teams are still delaying compensation claims and still spending £MILLIONS of tax payers money 💰 as they did trying to defend the indefensible high court GLO #PostOfficeScandal

@PostOffice not impressed by your staff members. Very rude and abrupt.

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice @WHSmith Exactly this. I find it astonishing that publicly and repeatedly the blame has been laid at their door in this thread. Even just one extra full time member of staff would make a massive difference. They are a public service and the service is appalling! It affects people's lives

Hi! @detoyboys how it happens that going to postoffice and shipping my package from your shop is taking 2weeks+ and why you just can't cancel my order, if I'm not satisfied with your service?
-
Busolalucia (@Busola_Lucia) reported
@PostOffice I posted some parcels on Monday via recorded delivery and they still have not arrived. I paid £33 for this service. Where are the parcels ?

Mathew Davies (@mathew92davies) reported
@PostOffice very poor service in a city centre, 2 cashiers, inside a old and run down & drab @WHSmith no wonder people send emails and use alternative parcel services, such a shame, lack of investment, lack of care, passion and staff, shameful really.

@PostOffice @Resurge888 Can I jump on this? We have post office house insurance, but 19 days after our roof started leaking, you can imagine the state of the ceilings! Even a formal complaint has made no difference. Surely you should be seeking to prevent further damage?

@PostOffice what a shambles of a service!
