What a load of red tape bollocks . @PostOffice you say there will be no post to our village due to no postie’s yet you have local people willing to help out but you won’t let them . #Shocking . No wonder companies go down , when offered free help you refuse .

@PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Rather than waste peoples time going to renew there driving licence to be told they need an appointment. Put it on the renewal letter or on website. Doing neither is negligent and crap customer service. #timewasters #drivinglicencerenewal

@RoyalMailHelp trying to find a signed for letter sent on 7th June. No details after the origanal drop off point @PostOffice advised they would never use that service as its not really any good!!!

@NPhilatelics @PostOffice When i first started lots of posters were a thing in branches, however that was scaled back and is now 1 or 2 promoting a service like travel, etc

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp In name yes. But it was posted at a post office the fee was paid to the post office. Try taking responsibility for the service you offer. The only people who recognise the company distinction is you guys coz it serves your purpose. Just Like BT & open reach.

@GouldsBlog @PostOffice Precisely. You only need to pin down more than one auditor/investigator telling more than one spm "You're the only one" ........ The spm's will surely recall the names of the people who grilled them.

@PostOffice Hey ! I used a Self Service Kiosk for the first time (which went well….) But the package has not arrived. I sent First Class Signed For which is Tracked, accept your Receipts do not give the Tracking Number, just the Session Number. How do I proceed to track ?

@PostOffice Help! Bought £400-worth of Norwegian kroner. Flight cancelled. Trying to trade in & recoup my losses (as per your poster). Local branch says it’s a central PO issue. Central PO says it’s the responsibility of the local branch. Please give me a number I can ring.
