Hi @PostOffice, I dropped off 2 x ASOS returns yesterday but only received a receipt for one of them. Only one of them is showing as dropped off on your tracking and ASOS has only acknowledged one of them too so I'm worried one of these wasn't scanned correctly. Please help?

@PostOffice - Tracking & delivery app is so crass! I want the option I have paid for: Delivery today but this doesn’t exist on your Tracking. The Assistant bot is no help whatsoever. I just want the item delivered today & left outside my daughter’s door. Simple instruction.

@PostOffice please help. @RoyalMailHelp have pointed me in your direction. Our local post office is run by a chap who is refusing to take prepaid postage parcels. Several people I've spoken to have been refused service.
