I submitted a complaint to @PostOffice broadband about poor accessibility for disabled customers. Their response is to give me a refund which requires me to travel to a post office branch over 45 mins walk away to get my refund in cash, during a pandemic. Is this a joke to them?

ew saying buzz off for a couple of days.. wondering wtf they are talking about, then realized its cause Im shopping at the flyby supermarket instead of darling ridge shopping centre lol-might be because of bees in area probably where sewerage smell was by post boxes at postoffice

@jcutlersburner @ebaynaughtylist If it says delivered i wouldnt bother. I dont know us laws but in Europe as soon as you gave it to the postoffice, its the buyers turn to prove he never recieved it, which is especially on a item that has succesful delivery stated not your business.

@PostOffice @God_loves_women Hello, sorry for jumping into your conversation. I too have been with PO Broadband for over 15 years with no problems, until last month!! I too think my router needs updating, so can you both keep me posted about how you get on. I'm not seeing much positivity regarding #Shell 🙁
