Fantastic service from @PostOffice! They accidentally lost my parcel and I was doubting I could be bothered to pursue it. 48 hours after putting my details online a cheque was put through my letterbox! Thank you - all is forgiven 😊

What a load of red tape bollocks . @PostOffice you say there will be no post to our village due to no postie’s yet you have local people willing to help out but you won’t let them . #Shocking . No wonder companies go down , when offered free help you refuse .

Hi @YourMcColls @PostOffice you’re wondering why your store at Stapleton in Bristol doesn’t make any money (it certainly doesn’t look like it does) then closing the PO counter at lunchtime to “count the cash” probably doesn’t help….

Post office have gone down hill i dont recomend anyone to have their savings accounts their help lines are staffed by people who dont know their own products @PostOffice account closed !

Digusting have a postofficr with card been using it last lot months without issue now postofficr not allowing lifting from dankse bank, link cash machines not santander or pay point closing my savings account affective immediately had to go to the post office cashier @PostOffice

@PostOffice Dear Post Office @PostOffice why is your branch in Clapham Junction so run down? Self service machines usually out, long queues as not enough staff and appears to be held together by bits of tape... is this the standard you accept for a very busy post office?

@HM_Passport I need to speak to a manager. Whenever I call, I’m told someone from the progress office will call me back, they don’t. I’ve dm’d you, no reply. @PostOffice have lost my sons old passport. The lost passport number and application number still aren’t linked up. Help

@PostOffice Hello I'm having difficulty finding where to make a claim on your website for extra postage incurred on my customer when I paid originally the correct amount. They said the stamp fell off but I have proof of postage and a receipt.
