What a load of red tape bollocks . @PostOffice you say there will be no post to our village due to no postie’s yet you have local people willing to help out but you won’t let them . #Shocking . No wonder companies go down , when offered free help you refuse .

Fantastic service from @PostOffice! They accidentally lost my parcel and I was doubting I could be bothered to pursue it. 48 hours after putting my details online a cheque was put through my letterbox! Thank you - all is forgiven 😊

@lucyallan @PostOffice That would be a good start but ultimately Lucy not one person should be out of pocket or else that is not justice. As the complaint to the ombudsman goes....people should be return to the position they would have been in without this wrongdoing by Post Office

@PostOffice @parcelforce can someone help me please? You can’t take customers money without fulfilling the service or providing a reason. It doesn’t work like that. I understand we are in a pandemic and times are hard but you can’t take people’s money.

@PostOffice trying to visit your counter in Salisbury Avenue, Cheltenham is like a really bad maths problem. Website says open until 8pm. Sign on the door says open until 10pm. Get to the counter at 6pm to see a sign saying closed at 5:30pm 🤔🤔🤔 adhoc hours is it?

Can someone help me please. @PostOffice @parcelforce £93 might not be a lot for you but it is for me. I want to send my parcel using a service that works not this sham. Clearly the @PostOffice made a mistake and don’t want to own upto it.
