    Fantastic service from @PostOffice! They accidentally lost my parcel and I was doubting I could be bothered to pursue it. 48 hours after putting my details online a cheque was put through my letterbox! Thank you - all is forgiven 😊

    @mecchaJP what about the promos? also: customer service stated the shipment was sent back due to false adress. the local postoffice said it was due to missing invoice. How can you explain this?
