Your over the counter member of staff inputted the wrong name from my daughters passport and now she is abroad with a PO currency card she can't access and useless emails back and forth not accepting her passport information!

Awful

Justice and even common decency. There is no real justice until we see one person guilty of abuse of power facing accountability. These people were sacrificed for nothing.
