    Fantastic service from @PostOffice! They accidentally lost my parcel and I was doubting I could be bothered to pursue it. 48 hours after putting my details online a cheque was put through my letterbox! Thank you - all is forgiven 😊

    What a load of red tape bollocks . @PostOffice you say there will be no post to our village due to no postie’s yet you have local people willing to help out but you won’t let them . #Shocking . No wonder companies go down , when offered free help you refuse .

    @PostOffice one of your drivers tried to drive onto a building site and when told he couldn't be on site he started being obtuse! If they are not smart enough to know you shouldn't just drive onto a building site then they probably have a lot more issues too.

    @PostOffice why..on your website does it say the DVLA charge 17 quid to renew your driving licence online....when they only charge 14.... Is this to encourage more to use your service..

    Does anyone know why the UK Postoffice scandal final report has still not been seen, and why not one person has been prosecuted for the truly terrible way post office owners were so appallingly treated?

    @PostOffice Due to fly out tomorrow and the Travel Card Money system is down - seems to happen regularly according to the threads. When are system going to be back up and reliable?

    @d_riley93 @PostOffice Staff member was correct. You can't use special delivery bags for any other service.

    @PostOffice very shocked with your member of staff yesterday. Suffer from very bad anxiety and your member of staff was rude and I was trying to close my Id so others couldn’t see she was more concerned with having to open the id up again

    Still cannot find out what has happened to my parcel being sent from the UK to Ireland; @PostOffice and @RoyalMail don't want to help and it is made impossible for a visually impaired person to complain, think I'll be contacting @Ofcom

    @VLonghorn07 Sorry about the bad weather we ordered in for you, but glad it's now clearing. With the beach probably a mess, bring the kids downtown to The Strand and Postoffice and enjoy the walks!
