@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Royal Mail Delivery Office at Chelmsford. I’m not complaining - I’m empathising with the staff, but it does seem that they are under-resourced on the front desk. Some customers were being rude. Thank you for coming back to me.

@bvdsteel I been in these situations many times,so..😔I'd rather not have this knowledge for that reason however.. Esp if they don't have a proof w ur signature for that shipment-its their bad..anyone can sign btw for stuff that's not theirs,there's no ID check.only maybe at the postoffice

Post Office Travel Insurance website is not at all helpful. And neither was the person I got on the helpline! Missed a digit when entering a date. It accepted it then greyed out so I couldn't change it. Phoned for help and they said they could help and to start again! #postoffice
