@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostOffice I had a message regarding information changes that turned out to be harmless. The problem is that the staff on the number given had no clue of the Customer Care or suspected fraud phone numbers. It's a staff training issue that needs addressing.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice Hello, I sent a small parcel to Nepal using the international signed service on 10.08.21 but it still hadn’t reached. The tracking number isn’t helpful either, it’s meant to reach in 5-7 days. Can you DM me for the tracking number please?

@PostOffice Hey, I do, as it happens. But, no, it is categorically not that causing the issue, because 1) it only happens when connected to Post Office WiFi, not on mobile data, and 2) it still happens when using a browser without any blockers. Your SafeGuard "service" is causing the issue.
