Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@bernardjenkin @PostOffice Moving the PO from where it was successful round the corner, reducing the service it provides and putting it in a small pharmacy where people who are sick go for medication was the daftest idea the PO had this year. Worst broadband ever - avoid at all costs!! @PostOffice have tried to get them to fix, they're not even bothered. Shocking service. Ironically sent me a please dont leave email, cant even be bothered to ring me!!
