They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

  @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

  @PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

  Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

  Unbelievably awful service just now from #PostOfficeTelecoms @PostOffice (now owned by @ShellEnergyHome). Incoming landline calls failing. Waited around 20 minutes, outside on my mobile in the rain (no signal indoors) for an answer. Line was tested, fault found.

  @PostOffice I went in to renew my passport with a change of name. The website said this service was available at the york centre branch. After waiting for ages I was told they couldn't do a renewal with a change of name because the photo booth wasn't working and they didn't have the forms.

  @PostOffice We have telephoned customer services 4 times to request a post office paying in book and 4 times we have been told that there is one on the way. Still no book today. What is going on ??? we have cheques which need to be paid in to our instant saver account.

  @L0ve45 @KathiAngelone USPHS is not part of the armed forces. It’s a glorified scout troop and the rank is totally meaningless. They are NOT the military. They do not get veterans benefits. They are just a uniformed service, kind of like the PostOffice.
