  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

    @chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis I am having a terrible time with the post office in #Holloway - the complaints systems seem to be corrupt. The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin

  • iamvanessa_a Vanessa Agyemang (@iamvanessa_a) reported from Eltham, England

    Incredibly rude member of management working at @PostOffice in Woolwich there is no need for such rudeness #poorcustomerservice

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

    Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

  • Judit_Sz Judit Szarka (@Judit_Sz) reported from Enfield Lock, England

    @PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.

  • BillChristie15 Bill Christie (@BillChristie15) reported from Lambeth, England

    @Stewart86601003 @tingtingmacoute @lenkaloser @PostOffice Poor insults are not a substitute for facts.

  • FatherFantaskis Dave Taskis (@FatherFantaskis) reported from Romford, England

    Hey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

    @chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help I’ve had to make a complaint about them. I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

    @PostOffice You can send me an engineer to come and fix the problem?

  • _AndreaUrbanFoX 🦊😷 (@_AndreaUrbanFoX) reported from Poplar, England

    No internet. @PostOffice says its an @OpenreachHelp issue in my area. How do I find out when line will be back up? How do I contact @WeAreOpenreach? And how do I claim compo for the time I'm left without the service I'm paying for? #E2 #bethnalgreen

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

    @chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help so far & it’s not over yet. They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

    @PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • shah4569 Shah™ (@shah4569) reported from Romford, England

    @PostOffice my local post office charged me for a service that I shouldn't have been charged for, now he's refusing to give me a refund. Can anyone help?

  • BDT_Services BDT CREATIVE SERVICES (@BDT_Services) reported

    @JasonHolyhead You should listen to the series on @BBCRadio4. Lets face it, some people went to prison because the @PostOffice lied. It really is shocking that ordinary people are never believed.

  • UK_StopWhinging Stop Whinging (@UK_StopWhinging) reported

    @WIBUFO @weechoukie @PostOffice Tough ****. They should get a grip.

  • ursa_marmalada Sue Wingate (@ursa_marmalada) reported

    @PostOffice Saving for an escape fund isn't always an option. I was never *allowed* more than £20 in my purse and was expected to be grateful for it. Didn't cover the food bills. I fled in the clothes I was wearing, with less than a tenner. Reality of domestic abuse.

  • jerseygryphon Jersey Gryphon (@jerseygryphon) reported

    @sillyoldjen @T4Terry0609 @PostOffice Prices would remain the same, but if you pay with cash it gets rounded up or down to the nearest 5p … just like in the other countries that have removed their cent coins.

  • hosker_a AHosker (@hosker_a) reported

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp They don't reply, I am being charged £25 per parcel??? WTH. and the ornament from the first one is broken and I can't get a reply. This sucks

  • BrookesClaire Claire Brookes (@BrookesClaire) reported

    @PostOffice appaling service today. Paid online for a click and drop parcel. Been to 3 different post offices today, first 2 would take it and the 3rd said the code is not compatible. A service that's supposed to make things easier is anything but.

  • did_40 Crafty Miss (@did_40) reported

    @ellabrand6 @PostOffice @RBS_Help I'm sorry, it's awful to have to experience this.

  • repliguy Italian Job Truther (@repliguy) reported

    @mojomoomoo @PostOffice You've underestimated my powers of comprehension. I just think the issue of domestic violence is much bigger and more serious than cash vs cards and the ad is, therefore, crass. Fwiw I support physical cash and not a card-only future.

  • kevinmaws kevin maw (@kevinmaws) reported

    @PostOffice Would the removal of cash help eradicate some of the criminal and black economy transactions?

  • UK_StopWhinging Stop Whinging (@UK_StopWhinging) reported

    @WIBUFO @weechoukie @PostOffice If you’re buying something, the trader has access to a terminal. Your whataboutery is astonishing. Who gives a toss about the few people who have a problem. We don’t build society for the benefit of the feeble.
