I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@PostOffice Ok thanks . It would be so much easier / quicker if the auto machines were not broken. FYI The post office website may say it is closed on Sunday but it was open around 10.30 am yesterday and the Sunday before. It’s a post office within WHSmith in Harpenden .herts.

@PostOffice I posted a 1st class, signed for parcel last wednesday. It still hasn't arrived and my local sorting office said they can see it's in Chelmsford, not Southend. I've spoken to "Help" and they didn't.
