    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice WTH. Went to the PO to send envelope to USA and paid fee over counter. Weeks later had card thru had to pay £2.50 underpaid for item. Just paid to return my envelope. Now have paid £4.20 and it's still in my hand! Excellent service Post Office!

    @PostOffice I’m on the phone number now but no one ever answers. Any other contact method for insurance as they don’t reply to forms/emails either? Do they have their own insurance Twitter? I tried to search but couldn’t find anything. It’s extremely infuriating and bad service!

After privatisation they closed our local sorting office, & the one now dealing with our area can’t cope. Some things never arrive. I received a parking fine a month after the deadline to pay. #postoffice
