    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    My poor dad, 83 year old, was a bit distressed and fearful today after going into Colwyn Avenue @PostOffice, Swansea, and finding that neither the family running the Post Office nor the other half a dozen people in the queue were wearing any face-coverings! Not good! 😡

    @rsprasad My mother is 82 years old living in Kolkata. Your postoffice in pin code 70009 never delivered a registered mail for almost a month. My cousin gave them all the details but no response so far. Is there any way I can send the details.

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So the post office will not help me, royal mail will not help, how do we track the parcel that we paid to delivered. It has presents in, someone please take responsibility and sort it out. I have been to the sorting office and they are no help.

    @SurfaceCandy @PostOffice It is impossible to process drop and go in between a never ending queue, hence why you were probably asked to drop it off at a QUIETER TIME when it could be processed for same day dispatch.

    @PostOffice Awful service at Lichfield Street Wolverhampton today. Staff have two queues and did not tell all those outside in the rain, not covid safe as no one in shop allowing separation, ignoring the 1 person only in shop posters. Really bad, counter staff just dont care !

    @PostOffice I never made in the shop, stood for 30 minutes in rain only to find out other customers where using a different entrance and where inside ignoring all the COVID signs.

    @PostOffice please advise of contact details to complain about local branch not processing drop and go. I have emailed you, complained to the branch and not heard anything. I am appalled after being a customer for the last nine years.
