    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    @PostOffice Spoke to support and they advised I would need to call back Monday. I am glad they confirmed that I will not be charged until we are activated

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Yes, this is the second time I've tried, but each time the post office has closed down. I can't track it as I was never given a tracking number either.

    @PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

    @PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

    @BofA_Help @BankofAmerica My dad’s check to electric co was intercepted after he dropped off at postoffice, they changed who the ck was made out to, retained dad‘s signature, was able to cash ck on June 7. Bank branch told him nothing they can do. Say what?! This is fraud! Help!

    @dwp dumped the Horizon IT project as unreliable - they cannot claim to have had no knowledge of the problems. If they used Horizon data to prosecute the 10 did they disclose their history with Horizon? Or are they as guilty as @PostOffice of hiding evidence? #PostOfficeScandal

    @PostOffice Just gone to Threemilestone post office to find it has been closed down! Not opening again, small service eventually in local Spar not starting until July 21st! How exactly am I supposed to post my parcel now? I don’t drive.

    @PostOffice I paid in a cheque to you Wheatley Branch on Monday. It should have showed in my account on Tuesday. @TSB are saying that your branch must still have it, but they’re not allowed to look for it until Monday. Can you help?
