    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @MsJamandPickle @PostOffice It's been one of the biggest issues with sorting out the comp claims because those with bankruptcy are being treated as if the bankruptcy was an external thing as opposed to in and of itself being a product of the treatment they received.

    @RoyalMailHelp @AlibumD @PostOffice I had this problem. They had instructions on a receipt taped to the counter and they were dated 6th Feb. Apparently, that was their last instruction and they wouldn't budge. Walked to a different post Office, who accepted it and gave proof of posting.

    @PostOffice diabolically poor service, sent recorded delivery mid Jan 2023, still not arrived at destination. Cyber attack excuse - not good enough. Whilst nobody loses their job at PO, not having these docs mean someone else could.
