@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The parcel is currently at Clydach Post Office. I’m trying to get in touch with them so it can be returned. I don’t need to get in touch with the police or action fraud as of yet as it’s not been picked up. As for royal mail they do not help.

Back again in another long queue at Durham Market Square @PostOffice 14 people in the slow moving queue. ONLY ONE member of staff only dealing with all enquiries. I got here at 2:40 and will prob. have to leave before I can be seen. This is a city post office. What's going on?

@PostOffice They won't issue the letter until they've processed application. 31 days of trying and I can't my application progressed due to your mistakes on it, can't reapply, can't get help. I'm either going to have to lose £7k or tell my 5 & 7 year old they can't go on holiday with us
