@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@RoyalMailHelp @aneuroticwriter @PostOffice It’s waste of time. The post office manager said they act as agency for Royal Mail, anything related to parcel needs to speak to RM. But I was told by the RM lady it’s the post office accepted my parcel, meaning she can’t check my parcel paid with track service. Royal Mail sucks!

@bernardjenkin @PostOffice Moving the PO from where it was successful round the corner, reducing the service it provides and putting it in a small pharmacy where people who are sick go for medication was the daftest idea the PO had this year. That you are praising it displays a lack of clear thought.

@PostOffice Oh right I understand now. That's makes it even more of a problem that some of your branches are running low on stamps. If only you had some kind of nationwide delivery network that could alleviate this problem. Do you offer a next day pre-noon delivery option you could use?
