I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

Staff have two queues and did not tell all those outside in the rain, not covid safe as no one in shop allowing separation, ignoring the 1 person only in shop posters. Really bad, counter staff just dont care !
