  • sweelee1 sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

  • tonywoodhouse71 tony woodhouse (@tonywoodhouse71) reported from Eltham, England

@PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

  • Real_Blue_Meani Andrew Brooks (@Real_Blue_Meani) reported from Epping, England

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

  • charliebach Mark Lewis (@charliebach) reported from Poplar, England

@PostOffice Spoke to support and they advised I would need to call back Monday. I am glad they confirmed that I will not be charged until we are activated

  • TheDonOfSorare The Don (@TheDonOfSorare) reported

@siany_d @PostOffice @ClaireEWebb If they are campaigning to save physical money then I would have thought that they would support its use by offering such a service. Just seems a bit backwards, that's all.

  • Elisabe88429520 ElisabethMason (@Elisabe88429520) reported

@abishop1980 @PostOffice I thought that too. I brought my son up on my own but would just describe myself as his mum or a parent It makes out that single mums are poor pitiful women

  • angrymum63 Maggie Smith (@angrymum63) reported

@KelticDelta @bluedaysomeday @PostOffice Exactly everyone is different, some people can only get money at night because they have anxiety or have other issues.

  • cliff602 Lord Monkey Tarka Daal of Egg and Spoon ☕ (@cliff602) reported

@ClaireEWebb @PostOffice Worth noting the Post Office charges business customers for change so freely giving out change will create problems

  • UK_StopWhinging Stop Whinging (@UK_StopWhinging) reported

@byronvanstien @WeegieGeologist @PostOffice Wrong. Public services are state-owned. It’s like saying Tesco is a public service. It isn’t.

  • sillyoldjen Jenny Hughes (@sillyoldjen) reported

@Sunrise_1 @PostOffice Each to their own. I haven't got/can't use a smart phone so NO apps for me. How often do you CHECK your 'audit trail'? Loads never bother = unless we struggle to make ends meet. I use paper & write on it (remember that or maybe you're v young?!), works for me! If you lose watch?

  • CupOTeaYo Cup O'Tea (@CupOTeaYo) reported

@fneepette @PostOffice It's not an advert for a service. Please read more carefully.

  • nniesham Ánnie 🇬🇧 (@nniesham) reported

.@AmazonHelp just texted saying they couldn't deliver. Hardly surprising as del add was a #postoffice for collection. Post offices aren't open on Sunday!! How f**king stupid are #Amazon staff!!! #poorcustomerservice

  • morseamy Amy Greig (@morseamy) reported

Are the self service machine open in your Sunderland @PostOffice city centre store?

  • UK_StopWhinging Stop Whinging (@UK_StopWhinging) reported

@byronvanstien @WeegieGeologist @PostOffice It’s a private service. A public service is one funded by the taxpayer. It isn’t.
