They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

If we went on strike we were violating our contract, losing money as we are paid commission on transactions & losing customers who may never return, resulting in a larger paycut

    @PostOffice I went to 3 post offices in London (Gloucester rd, Raphael street, Earls Court) that were supposed to do DVLA photocard renewal service. None of them did it, most claiming the system does not work. Could you tell me one office that still does it in RBKC and Hammersmith?

    @pedalsandcreaks @PostOffice You fail to understand that it is not (directly) the fault of the Post Office; Post Office counters are now outsourced, mostly to WH Smiths. It is WHSmith who are keeping the Post Office counters poorly staffed. Abusing the staff is not going to make them any happier to serve you

    @nickwallis @PostOffice has been so far out of touch with its Postmasters since the year dot. Without them the business doesn’t exist. That is why I never joined the NFSP, I witnessss in 2007 their first pay negotiation with PO & thought they are so weak I may aswell keep the monthly subs

    @LittlewoodsHelp your returns process it absolutely diabolical.5 returned items over a period of a few months,each one I’ve had to chase up as my account not been credited… and now another one has gone missing and the @PostOffice customer collection centre doesn’t give receipts
