  I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

  Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

  @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

  @PostOffice @irenaborkowski @irenaborkowski Hi Irena- my suggestion would be to support your post office branch and don't do online postage. Let them print their labels as that's the salary that they make. By you doing online postage, you are actually gonna cause them to close the branch.

  @noor4_abd @PostOffice Sadly this is true. The branch make pennies from postage brought online. Branches get paid more commission for postage labels printed in branch. Lots of branches have stopped accepting click and drop parcels because of the poor pay. They prefer to concentrate on paying customers.

  @PostOffice I need you to contact me immediately - i have submitted a complaint, and you have told me your area manager has dealt, and if any issues arise to come back to you. The same manager has just caused a scene in the postoffice - has refused to take my royal mail parcels!
