Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
