@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The leaflet you left says @RoyalMail. But I'm about to cancel the order and tell them why because this is hopeless.

Today in Hexham @PostOffice - all systems are down. Queues down the street. Perhaps putting the only Post Office, in a not entirely insignificant town, in a corner of the off license, wasn't an entirely smart idea.

@Snellopy @PostOffice And Royal Mail can't help because apparently Royal Mail is a separate company to Royal Mail. My mind is blown.

Those poor, poor #postoffice workers. An unbelievable horror story of how normal, hardworking people get caught up in incompetent, arrogant systems that don't give a ****. #Horizon

I’m shocked to hear that the Police were never involved in the Post Office #Horizon scandal. How can an employer pursue someone even to court on a criminal allegation without involving the Police? Such disgraceful behaviour by @PostOffice

@VarchasPatel @PostOffice You and your family and many others have had to go through so much it’s a terrible tragedy. I do hope Justice will eventually be served and those responsible for the injustice are held to account.

@davidallengreen The #PostOffice should pay out compensation for the many shattered lives. I gather there are more who need help?

@SeemaMisra7 @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk Fantastic news - just seen you on TV news. So happy for you but what a terrible ordeal you and other innocent people have gone through.

@DavidLammy We need to understand why @PostOffice only apologised now. We do not need an inquiry. We need a police investigation to determine the criminality behind the court cases when @PostOffice officials knew there was a problem with Horizon but chose to prosecute innocents.

What gets me is the Post Office knew their new accounting software had bugs and faults but they released it anyway and didn’t figure that any accounting anomalies must be down to the system but chose to blame innocent people #postoffice #courtofappeal #39postmasters

@BBCNews Outrageous that the word of the Postoffice regarding the security of this dodgy software would be taken. It should have been independently tested then those people would never have been found guilty.

@PortfolioWoman @fujitsu_uk @PostOffice For a computing system to get accounting wrong is unacceptable. Is there a description of how the errors occurred?
