    Today in Hexham @PostOffice - all systems are down. Queues down the street. Perhaps putting the only Post Office, in a not entirely insignificant town, in a corner of the off license, wasn't an entirely smart idea.

    @RoyalMailHelp @AlibumD @PostOffice I had this problem. They had instructions on a receipt taped to the counter and they were dated 6th Feb. Apparently, that was their last instruction and they wouldn't budge. Walked to a different post Office, who accepted it and gave proof of posting.

    @PostOffice Thanks. I’ve already done this but no one has got back to me. I also sent an email to customer care and have not had a reply. Post office staff unable to help either. Very frustrating as it was their mistake any I’m £81 out of pocket!

    @PostOffice Not good enough. This is the standard of service we receive in Ballater. What happens later in the day?

    @PostOffice diabolically poor service, sent recorded delivery mid Jan 2023, still not arrived at destination. Cyber attack excuse - not good enough. Whilst nobody loses their job at PO, not having these docs mean someone else could.

    A @usps carrier never attempted to deliver my package and marked it addressee unknown, return to sender. Like wtf The fact I use to be a mail carrier myself…this is unacceptable. It’s why I left. I hate the **** that goes on in the post office with fiber of my being #postoffice

    @PostOffice counter staff would have the shock of their lives if they worked in a bank - there's no urgency & completely oblivious to the queue. No customer service stats on the wall here; probably because they'd be off the bottom of the chart. Open another till? Of course not.
