@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

She paid for a technician HERSELF to find out what the problem is, a faulty router @PostOffice. She has had it for a decade, so it’s done well. She has requested a new router and you are refusing to provide one without doing further tests.

I have never come across such a miserable #postoffice worker as the one today at Mill Hill @coopuk in Cowes, Isle of Wight. I think she judged me by my appearance and clearly felt my presence as a customer offended her. Thankful other local alternatives will be open soon!

My 83 yr old mother-in-law has used your internet provision, @PostOffice for over a decade. She is almost deaf and relies on video calls to avoid being totally isolated in this pandemic. Her internet has been faulty for over a month & you are yet to fix it.

This situation is stressful & distressing for her. Due to her hearing issue she can only communicate via email. @PostOffice she chose you for your trustworthy, well-recognised brand and you are not helping her. All she needs is a new router (after TEN years). Please can you help?

@PostOffice @God_loves_women Hello, sorry for jumping into your conversation. I too have been with PO Broadband for over 15 years with no problems, until last month!! I too think my router needs updating, so can you both keep me posted about how you get on. I'm not seeing much positivity regarding #Shell 🙁
