  • sweelee1 sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

Just been told by @PostOffice customer service that my dad’s to pay £35 for new router despite current router’s WiFi barely reaching more than one room. Now he’s on his own we need him to have good WiFi so he can contact us if he falls in kitchen. Not great customer service!

The execs and board of @postoffice were not paid huge sums of public money to treat the Horizon IT system as a 'black box' that magically always correctly produced the answers they wanted. To do so was negligent. @PaulMar72224296 @FloraClairePage #PostOfficeScandal

  • BadBoukra Bad Boukra (@BadBoukra) reported

How did the #PostOfficeScandal happen? Because self restraint in high places is more out of fashion than doing your job supervising use of public money. 'Fix the @postoffice' turned into 'we can do anything we like to fix the @PostOffice ' coupled with '@+%££ the little people'

  • JacksonBrittsny PhenomenalBrat 🍷☕📕🤔 (@JacksonBrittsny) reported

The most annoying thing I'd you work customer service at the #PostOffice is customers who feel the none stop need to tap their fingernails on the counter while I'm processing the transaction. No offense but I promise you that 75-85% of the clerks working at your local-
