Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

The RM link suggests that if sender is happy with duty unpaid a CN22 is sufficient. ANPost in Ireland disagree and said "You will need to contact RM as they know what the issues are". Very unclear.
