    @santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @tony_sutton @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Post Office IT really is a shitshow though. I have some sympathy with the postmaster when presented with a sackfull of items, but as it is I've paid for a service that purports to do what I want and I'd like to receive it.

    @mkiceburnmarko @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I don't think Horizions issues were network related (aside connectivity), it was the applications running on hosts. Horizon was hosted on a terminal, not the network. It was the software/configuration/integration and interoperability of different programs that was the issue.

    @brianwhelton @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk I get the feeling they never actually looked. I've said it before and will repeat ad nauseum. There needs to conspiracy to and perverting the course of justice charges for those at the top.

    @BBCLookNorth It's no wonder the #PostOffice is losing money, I avoid using them unless I've no choice nowadays. Too expensive, slow and should run 7days/week.

    @coyleneil @PostOffice Good morning Neil, there is no heating and @lb_southwark repair team do not pick up the phones. I have been calling them since 9am. I think you should have a meeting with the manager. Their service is poor. I pay my council and income tax and I do not deserve their poor service.

    So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?

    @PostOffice was in Richmond Post office and the manager told me that the self-service kiosks doesn't accept anymore international parcels and I have to queue for them in the counter from now on. Is that correct? New policy apparently.
