@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

Told the @PostOffice that our Crumlin branch's hours were wrong on the website. It lists a 10PM close instead of 5PM. They got back to me with a 'FINAL RESPONSE' saying they'll give me 2 quid. I don't want your money you loons, I want you to FIX THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE! 🤬

@PostOffice absolute shambles, ordered euros on line yesterday selected PO to collect from got confirmation email to pick up after 1 today only to find PO closed at 12. only option was to cancel transaction and wait for refund in 5/10 days , fly tomorrow 6 am, no euros 😡

Avoid the @postoffice for travel insurance at all cost. Our 3 year old came down with chickenpox & wasn’t allowed to fly with @jet2tweets so we had to cancel our booking. @postoffice won’t pay out as we didn’t take her to a doctor (on a Sunday) before cancelling. Kids are gutted.
