Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@PostOffice More often than not when ever I go to my local Post Office in West Bridgford on a Sunday the system is always down and customers are left unable to send their packages. What is the point in having a service on when it doesn't work, consequently wasting peoples time!!?

At present, I am seeing this in quite a few depts where nothing is done to resolve this. And they give their own industry a bad name at the expense of tax payers.
