@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

@PostOffice @Tesco I don’t know who employs the staff at the post office within tesco Front Lane Cranham RM14 but your member of staff Michelle is so rude and unhelpful. I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Hi @RoyalMailHelp your assistant at Bradford South: Whilst the customer, of course, isn't always right, to be arrogantly told they are wrong isn't fun. @PostOffice your @RoyalMailHelp is absolutely useless. I tweeted them, they ignored me. Twice while others been responded to. I dmed, finally got a reply. I responded within 2 minutes and now I had no reply. That was a few hours ago. Worst customer service ever.

@TSB our Prestatyn branch just closed down. TSB letter said we can use the Post Office service. For “money change” for business the post office said we need a “change card” From you so we can use the PostOffice service? How to get it?

Clearly @PostOffice in Heckmondwike have specialist training on how to be rude, arrogant and contradictory. @parcelforce redirected our undelivered parcel as a priority and that lot wouldn’t even let the customer get a word out Use #batleypostoffice they couldn’t be nicer
