@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

-
sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England
@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

Baron von Worst Tory In The Village (@WorstTory) reported
@PostOffice Except the passport can’t be used for travel as it is older than 10 years old. I didn’t appreciate the emotional blackmail being used for a service I don’t need.

@Middletonfox @PostOffice It shouldn't be so hard to buy stamps! I still haven't tracked any down.

mrjames (@isthisit1977) reported
@PostOffice I went home. The old branch was so much better, if there was a queue there was a drop off point. I pay postage online and still have to queue up. Why call it Drop & Go and then have to queue. No drop off point. How can there be such a poor service in a City centre?
-
The Secret Primary School Teacher (@SecretTeacher93) reported
@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I do apologise. Whoever who was responsible for stealth closing the post office in the first place? If it’s still Royal Mail, I’ll back down.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I did tag them in to my original tweet. Hopefully they can come up with a solution, rather than just offering zero service and expecting customers to pay 10 times as much for a different carrier. Thanks.
-
#99 (@HateToHate) reported
@PostOffice Yes, I realise that. What I mean is why don't you just offer the normal Royal Mail service at Royal Mail prices, and then Royal Mail send their post via Parcelforce Worldwide?

Eliza Thornscary (@junkfoodjitters) reported
@PostOffice Thank you. Unfortunately looks to be way too expensive to send some of the items I normally send for £5.85 with RM. the same size options are quoted around £34. Thank you for your help though Courtney.
