@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for that but I already have & we are NOT supposed to receive any of the crap distributed by the Post Office. However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice @Tesco I don’t know who employs the staff at the post office within tesco Front Lane Cranham RM14 but your member of staff Michelle is so rude and unhelpful. I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney - but I already called your advisors from South Africa (there is no online contact option other than email), and they were fully unhelpful. I'd recommend checking your Trust Pilot ratings and making some policy changes to support customers.

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice went to 3 post offices today to get platinum jubilee stamps. Not available. 2 said they never get special stamps. 3rd said they were selling them last week and had none. As for the 50p coin, they didn't have them. Not that they were given randomly

@PostOffice Long enough to send that text and fume Tom. Newbury is a medium sized town and mid-morning there was one person on the counter who was the ‘phone for all the time I was there. It is just not adequately manned. If you want to time the queue pop down yourself, it’s always the same
