    @santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

    @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

    @PostOffice Travelled 50 miles to renew a photcard license and the machine was broken. Why is the post office offering this service when no branches have working facilities? No branches are contactable as no one answers a phone and the website is very poor for up to date information.

    @GinoProg @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp See your point but no customs charge was demanded because it was never delivered! Or if it was attempted, no card was left. And it was decided that flying it all the way back to the UK and to me was better then attempting to deliver it in CR.

    @PostOffice really is a shocking service. Update my delivery details to leave in a safe place they email confirmation to say thanks your request to redeliver Tuesday if your not home has been accepted. Can’t change it again even though not what I asked and 40 minute wait on call

    @LeydenPete @PostOffice Hi Pete. One of my customers had some of her mail stamped with that; she’d bought the stamps from my PO & I can assure you that they’re not counterfeit. Royal Mail had made a mistake & reimbursed my customer, eventually. Shouldn’t happen tho’!
