I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

If you wear hearing aids do NOT use the @PostOffice #Northend Rd #Fulham. I couldn’t understand the woman & she told me I was the problem. Man. What happened to this country.

@mrtundra2 I know and the neighborhood post office has a lobby that could be kept open. There are doors between the customer service area and the lobby I wasn't even the only one looking for the mailboxes. The main postoffice did have access for people with PO boxes

@IndiaPostOffice I think my medical issue was a urgent priority for me that day. If on request we are getting us arrogant replies what are we suppose to do? Was it not the postman responsible to come again and give the passport to me on requesting him rather me going to postoffice n collecting?

@PostOffice Thank you. It’s the last time I’ll be going there. Closes at 1pm for an hour but people are refused service around 20 mins beforehand. There was hardly a queue of customers and it wouldn’t have taken 20 mins to serve the elderly lady her pension.

@IndiaPostOffice Same issue with Chinchwad Postoffice (PIN 411033) they are asking me to come and pick parcel as it’s very large is size. @IndiaPostOffice should equip all postmen with appropriate size vehicle to deliver the package. Why should consumer visit PostOffice to collect parcel?
