I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

jaffamonkey (@jaffamonkey) reported from Poplar, EnglandA crappy alliance of #AmazonUK and collect service of #Ramsgate #PostOffice, will ensure the shittest service imaginable. UK does lead the way in one area at least. Oh, and xenophobia. Wonderful.

Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis I am having a terrible time with the post office in #Holloway - the complaints systems seem to be corrupt. The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin

m (@uddersfeeled) reported@PostOffice @PostOffice @Collinson can someone help rather than fob me off asking to call the claims team as they DONT do anything. They have escalated and expedited my claim on a twice weekly basis since the beginning of March, why hasn’t it been dealt with by now?
-
₿ISON 🦬 💹 🧲 (@condan395) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice So they made you increase your carbon footprint for absolutely no reason. Well done @PostOffice also it is appauling that you can charge £17 to some customers and £6 to others for the same service. Daylight robbery.
-
Rants of us (@Rantsofus1) reported@katiegilchrist @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Bet you be the first to moan if needed compensation from the courier and hadn’t paid for the service that covers your items

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedJust received this reply from @PostOffice (Charlotte) however interestingly given me a new complaint number (CAS-4652456-F5T0K2). They’ve only acknowledged receipt and say a Complaint Handler will be assigned within 15 working days. Until then, further replies won’t be monitored. What’s funny though is this came through just 15 minutes after I tweeted about the situation, I tweeted last one at 8:37am they sent the email at 8:52 am! Coincidence or not, the timing is interesting. All my other email was for not to dispute the appeal decision but request for a fuller explanation of the appeal outcome so it’s interesting that request is being treated as a brand new complaint, and also other part of that request was asking for information if they’re part of a ADR and the contact details, but when I clearly provided the original case number (CAS-4564626-W1G1F8) With 96 complaints as I say in 5 years at Camberwell branch (61.5% tactically closed), this slow, dismissive process is exactly why people lose faith. And I know @PostOffice sees my tweets. It’s time @PostOffice up their game. Either resolve this properly with a reasonable solution and apology, or respect my rights including my right to full transparency and the right to escalate this to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Why should I have to accept someone getting away with verbal abuse? No justice whatsoever. Otherwise, we’re just going to continue this very public spat for as long as it takes. The choice is yours. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice

🇬🇧👽❌Lisa J Rivers❌👽🇬🇧 (@ljriversauthor) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Our local post office used to be like some kind of gstekeepers. Insist on knowing EXACTLY is in a parcel and won’t let you buy postage that isn’t the most expensive option. I do online now and pay 30p to have collected! Better than those stupid queues too
-
Diane Brander (@DiBrander) reported@dyerAndie @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice That’s bad. People with no digital access are being penalised.
-
Pete Crowther (@thechelskikid) reported@818Gatsby @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice So you're happy to pay 3x the price for the same service for the sake of 5 minutes? Wow.
-
@mkerton@mastodon.online Green Env soc #degrowth (@michaelkerton) reportedIt's not NHS staff E.G. those on the front-line, saving and caring for the infirm. Nope, it's "management". The same characters who are involved in #Grenfell; #postoffice and government. It's the so-called "eletes" vs the plebs. Not creed vs the poor. Two-tier "justice".

🌻🌻Sukie🌻🌻 (@iunderstoodu) reportedI believe the PostOffice is in the Constitution, it’s not designed to make money it’s a service for the people …oh, that’s right, we’ve trashed democracy & ripped up the Constitution. People don’t need a means of communication that doesn’t make someone morbidly rich. @cspanwj

Justin (@Jabrthehut) reported@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Could be error by the staff , I have heard it before when staff seem to tell people needlessly to send by more expensive services eg guaranteed by 1pm when they really don’t need that service could explain the massive price difference
