@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@IndiaPostOffice I am at the Kandivali east Samtanagar postoffice here the server is not working .Since beginning of the month a lot of senior citizens also are standing in the queue since 7 am....should this not have been checked in advance...rectify if this can be done now..

@RoyalMail just took my PPI post down to Middlemore Road Post Office Birmingham they didn’t know how to process the manifest. Could you contact @PostOffice and ask them to train the staff on the counters properly please. Will try again Monday.

The @PostOffice in #Basingstoke is an absolute joke. They can't do Passports, SIA licence application or Driving Licence. Now I have to go to Reading to get what I need sorted. Poor service from them now & no longer fit for purpose, should never have moved into WHSmiths 🤬

Hey @PostOffice you might want to change your website. Just had a 30 mile round trip for nothing. Website says Barnstaple is open. It's not. The nice bloke putting post into boxes doesn't count,the sign in branch says closed & none of the advertised services available. Not happy.

@rob3047 @PostOffice @firstdirect This doesn’t help you Rob but I stopped taking cash and cheques in 2019. Under £1000 the cheque can be paid in via the app but is still a PITA. It’s card or BACs now and I only pay out in the same way.
