Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! New Kent is the Home of the First, First Lady, Martha Washington and the First Lady to John Tyler, Leticia. Also home of the original White House and Church where George and Martha married. ZERO post offices named after them!!!! Sick of the erasure of history!

Why then would an appt be needed if no other customer required a service. Poor customer service. Swansea branch helped them. Staff were lazy
