@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice No, I just went to tax my car at the Wolstanton branch, I pay for everything with Apple Pay since covid, the lady was awful with me behind the counter , not helpful at all, I can pay literally anything on Apple Pay just not my car tax? Come on!

@PostOffice fyi your travel cards don’t work in the USA unless it’s chip & pin, majority of the restaurants we’ve frequented have had cards declined because they don’t do chip & pin and so won’t read the magnetic strips. Had no issue with them 2 years ago but this time 1/2
