@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

@kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice what an awful service. Took out holiday insurance. transfered holiday to next year as my son was very ill. He passed away in March. Rang to explain and no one knew what to do. Spoke to five different people. Had to explain over and over. No bereavement dept. Awful!!

@PostOffice I have already agreed that it is non-prohibited/restricted. Or just like posting it and parcel post box / delivery customer service centre -they do not ask this has you have already paid and signed to say it is non-prohibited. And this was an already paid item. Went somewhere
