They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Yes,I will claim a refund again.And I suggest there has to be a systemic error somewhere between Post Office and Royal company on how they deal with received letters from customers.And the extra documents required to fill in for each abroad letter could cause the problem as well.

But isn't it sounding a bit odd that it was just the Post Office in Spring Gardens,Manchester taking from me all the letters which finally were never delivered to the address abroad? Certainly, I don't know the relations between these two companies.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @WHSmith Frequent issue - we had only just spotted the sign in the window saying that it was shutting at 2pm, so rushed to get the post down and joined the queue at 1.30pm. 30min wait-we have customers paying for a next day service! Hence why we use Special Delivery
