@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@Hermesparcels I have been waiting for a parcel pick up. This hasn’t happened. Several drop offs have happened but no pick up - poor logistics. The app gives you know help. The virtual assistant is no assistance and just a stall tactic. Should have stuck with @postoffice.

@AmazonHelp I just spoke with ur support team and as per them it was sent through post and there is no update from the postoffice yet so Amazon will refund the amount, but this is not a solution, after waiting for a product for 2 weeks Amazon is cancelling the order is just not acceptable.

@PostOffice Hi, not heard anything back as if yet but my items been in transit for more than 2-3 weeks so it must be lost, the issue I have is on the claim it’s only covered up to £50 but the item itself is worth more and the counter assistant was aware of that but sold me the wrong service

Laughably bad customer service from @jajayourlife. After 10+ happy years with @PostOffice and an enforced, unwanted move to these clowns, it's taken less than 2 months to push me to cancel my account. What a joke. Just trust me and #avoid. Unreal
