The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Similarly the BMW E39 engine problems all seem to be clustered in the North also? They blamed it on the chemicals in fuel didnt affect rest of UK or Europe!.
