The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
