  • BrianMcAuslan Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

  • shah4569 Shah™ (@shah4569) reported from Romford, England

@PostOffice my local post office charged me for a service that I shouldn't have been charged for, now he's refusing to give me a refund. Can anyone help?

  • MarkGra11601194 Mark Graham (@MarkGra11601194) reported from Hertfordshire, England

@NFTSAlumni @PostOffice A lot of the comments on here really do show why it is necessary for @PostOffice and other large bodies to show support and solidarity like this. If you cannot see what is positive about this then the message was probably meant for you.

  • primrosetaxi CB MM UTAG UCG 👊🏻 (@primrosetaxi) reported from Tottenham, England

  • FatherFantaskis Dave Taskis (@FatherFantaskis) reported from Romford, England

Hey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal

  • primrosetaxi CB MM UTAG UCG 👊🏻 (@primrosetaxi) reported from Tottenham, England

@PostOffice I’m sick of this now.. where’s my Money. You stole £300 from me and never paid @TfLTPH my money for my license!!! I raised a dispute with you and you’ve not even acknowledged my dispute or email! Seriously!!!

  • V_Putrino Valentina Putrino (@V_Putrino) reported from Hackney, England

@PostOffice You can send me an engineer to come and fix the problem?

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • sickamps sickamps (@sickamps) reported from Harlow, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • suegyford Sue Gyford (@suegyford) reported

@twintay_9 @mark_mclaughlin @PostOffice I mean, if Kasper Crakk is such a genius, I'd have though he could design an Insta account that doesn't scream "Scam" quite so obviously, promoted by a Twitter ac that claims he can help with everything from Post Office to twitter to Roblox (when it's on a break from NFT promos).

  • mills_alan Alan Mills (@mills_alan) reported

Received a Christmas card today, posted in November. Initially thought poor service, but the 92 year old who had sent it got the surname right, the house number right, the street name and postcode wrong, but the town right. Fair play @PostOffice - that’s good detective work.

  • F88467672 Andrew Farmer (@F88467672) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Ah, the Post Office, where your staff can’t even be bothered stopping chatting whilst serving customers.. You’re both as bad as each other, separate or not.

  • braincell_23 Wai 💙🌈 (@braincell_23) reported

@PostOffice Alas, no, but he's usually at the self-service points. PS So impressed that he was looking after several customers simultaneously, and went out of his way to help. Thank you #CustomerService 👏

  • willstott77 Will Stott 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇮🇪 🇪🇺 (@willstott77) reported

@jamesdoleman I order my starter & craft a letter for help. Cant send right away as the local postoffice closed. I go to local Tesco after meal & buy 6x 2nd class stamps & envelope. I drop in nearest box. Can’t be helped if it’s a Saturday night and the posties are striking Monday & Tuesday.

  • Ezeetruth EzeeTruth (@Ezeetruth) reported

@PostOffice Ignorant people like this person are quick to blame an already exhausted network of Post Offices struggling with loss of business due to internet, strikes, removal of services. Theft is a horrendous accusation.

  • levigbla Abdul Gbla (@levigbla) reported

@edfenergy Thank you for getting back to me so soon. I have looked through the link you sent me but my question is yet to be answered. Have you authorised @PostOffice staffs not to issue out cash to the beneficiary? I have received plenty of complaints of these practices from post office.

  • ramnharsh Ram (@ramnharsh) reported

@DoT_India Is this @DoT_India or postoffice. From last 4 months you are only forwarding but no solution or action.

  • Books4forSchool Books for Schools (@Books4forSchool) reported

40 minute queue at local @PostOffice. There doesn't seem to be a sense of urgency behind the till. That may be unfair. However, the fact we're all stood queuing that long shows it is still a needed service. But...I feel efficiency would be beneficial.

  • BouvierJourno Stephen Bouvier 💙 Get vaxxed, fix the climate (@BouvierJourno) reported

@PostOffice Well, you need some new scanners, because I can promise you that I've bought these items online in the UK and they always arrive by the tracked service. A properly packaged, discharged Li-ion battery is at least as safe as one fully charged in a mobile phone. Time to rethink.
