They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@VirginMoney @NeepyW To combat money laundering and fraud, the FCA has put pressure on the banks to improve their controls. This means that a majority of banks are now introducing these types of limits on their accounts. This is not down to @postoffice at all.

@PostOffice why has your Woodhill way store in felpham just refused to post a letter..... we asked for recorded delivery and got told they couldn't do this and have to go elsewhere. They are always soo rude and unhelpful in there!!
