@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

I’m a postmistress and I’m one of hundreds that have had a letter through my door to say they’ll be paying me £2000 less for doing exactly the same work. I recall that after Royal Mail was privatised & sold off , the #PostOffice business model was fattened up to be sold off too. Seems their fancy new systems didn't work, but that would have got in the way of privatisation, so no problem, throw the people under a bus.

@_andrewtowers I can’t get over the fact they prosecuted 700+ people over it... that figure in itself clearly shows a deeper issue than odd postmasters trying to defraud. Sbd yet the @PostOffice KNEW there was a computer issue. Shocking what’s been suffered. Some heads need to roll!
