They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

I never tweet anything but had to post an FYI. If you're shipping anything fragile, grab a marker and write it yourself. Fleetwood NY PO just tried to charge me $12 to stamp a package as fragile. #postoffice #usps
