Lucia Morciano (@LuciaMorciano1) reported from Tottenham, England@PostOffice @massinotnow Why don't you do something now, instead? It never was supposed to happen and it had to be sorted yesterday, so why waiting until tomorrow? It doesn't make sense. Have you not investigated yet?
-
Alan Scott (@AlanScott) reported from Walthamstow, England@PostOffice Yes, this is the second time I've tried, but each time the post office has closed down. I can't track it as I was never given a tracking number either.
-
Ellen Monaghan (@monaghan_ellen) reported from Camden Town, England@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.
-
Dave Taskis (@FatherFantaskis) reported from Romford, EnglandHey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal
-
sickamps (@sickamps) reported from Harlow, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

Andrew Brooks (@Real_Blue_Meani) reported from Epping, England@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.
-
Judit Szarka (@Judit_Sz) reported from Enfield Lock, England@PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help I’ve had to make a complaint about them. I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.
-
David John Tovey (@DavidTovey1975) reported from Camden Town, England@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service
-
Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, EnglandPerhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

Secularis Occidentalis (@secularmammal) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice When I last checked this was still the UK, despite the best efforts of successive governments to turn it into something else. So no, you're not wrong, you're entirely in the right and within your rights. It's the proprietors who are are the problem. Thanks for highlighting this.
-
Frankie (@FrankieJFea) reported@juliedoherty29 @PostOffice @lily_lna what a horrible reply. She’s a customer in a UK post office. If you have nothing good or constructive to say, please just zip it 🤐

Joey Tee (@flowwiththejoe) reported@MR45198994 @PostOffice You’re the type of person who would likely shoot down misogyny while calling this white woman a liar. That’s what I’m on about. The irony of the left. So many plot holes to choose from!!

-
Marv147 (@Marv147) reported@Rahmani_Mreza @lily_lna @PostOffice If you read the note, it clearly says ‘backless’, not ‘blackless’. Also, an employer can, within reason dictate what is or isn’t deemed work attire. That outfit doesn’t bother me but may be too risqué for others. I can also dictate what people wear if they want service
