They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. julian (@Julian2017124) reported@PostOffice have now rejected my appeal (CAS-4635853-Q1P0W7) regarding the abuse I experienced at the Camberwell branch. After my FOI revealed 96 complaints in just 5 years at that single branch with a shocking 61.5% tactical closure rate they still refuse to uphold my complaint or even give a proper apology. They’re clearly gatekeeping the branch to keep it open, and this level of customer mistreatment is completely unacceptable in 2026. Post Office Management need to realise: I’m not going to let this go away until a reasonable resolution has been made. My next step is to take it to an independent body. However, @PostOffice still hasn’t informed me whether they’re part of any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or process something they are required to do. I’ve already referred the matter to Trading Standards and requested all records under GDPR. The fight continues. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice

Legal and security requirement for schools to be manned and message advising redelivery for tomorrow, when the school is closed!! 🤔
