I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@Jan81200863 @Unathi_Kwaza The monopoly issue is a historical legislative issue. The law needs to be changed. But I am sure Wish could very well run the Postoffice and compete fairly with others as they have proven systems in place. Note that Wish uses other courier services to deliver, just like Takealot.

@PostOffice Hi Ryan, This relates to my home insurance. Your renewal quote has gone up, and I can do better as a new customer elsewhere, so I want to cancel the auto-renewal. I don't want to be forced to call to do that. That makes me spend my precious time on hold, with no gain to myself
