I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thank you - there has not been 1 single update on the tracking number provided, just the date it was posted - so I’m not sure why I was charged by the post office for a service that provides no tracked information.
