@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

@PostOffice Thanks. I’ve already done this but no one has got back to me. I also sent an email to customer care and have not had a reply. Post office staff unable to help either. Very frustrating as it was their mistake any I’m £81 out of pocket!

@TankerTimelapse @PostOffice We have lost at least 6 rural post offices in recent years. Just before Christmas we lost the one in a pretty sizeable town. There are rumours they will get something back in the Coop, but it’s left a lot of people without a basic service

But that means lugging the parcels into the p.o. to weigh them first, then home to print labels, then back to p.o. HELP!

@djshepdog @RoyalMail @PostOffice As a postie we’ve been collecting from customers using the on line collection thing for international parcels as well as uk. We even bring the printed address stickers to your door and I’m pretty sure the service is still free.btw I hate Royal Mail
