I should hv left the insurance live untill end of term which 9th May. I spent my time to call and incur £36 and your cover is only for 350 days instead of 365 days.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Just imagine,so many elders from rural areas come to postoffice for so many works, they dont know anything except Bengali, they have so much problems for simple works in post office.
