I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

Pay @PostOffice for Guaranteed next day delivery on Wednesday, no delivery or updates of any kind on Thursday. Friday “address inaccessible”. It’s a city centre office block. Sure worth the extra expense, great peace of mind service. Maybe it should be called “Guaranteed”

Hello @IndiaPostOffice my family’s 5 NSC matured on 16th feb 2022, but post master not issuing check to me. He said his sign gone to head office for verification so it will take time. Also system is not working from 26 feb till date, so he again started making excuses.#postoffice

@PostOffice I asked when they were open and I was told Monday 9 till 3. No mention of Sunday. The website should reflect when the post office counter is open. Seems that it's showing the shop opening times. They never even asked what service I wanted.
