I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

There was one staff member on self service who said to scan it there, but that didn't work. She said the other staff member was counting money so after already queuing, I'd need to come back in an hour.
