    @PostOffice I have two parcels posted using the signed for service on 15 December that have yet to leave Mottingham Post Office. I understand you’re busy but any idea why it’s been 6 days and no delivery?

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    Debt to the #postoffice, which closes at 6pm. Shutters are half down, door being locked, at 5.40pm. Now I’ve got to lug a bunch of parcels round the pub with me…

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    this #PostOffice story where those poor people were wrongfully accused of theft & convicted & it was faulty systems. how bloody awful, some lost everything. some died before their name was cleared 😰

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice I’m sick of this now.. where’s my Money. You stole £300 from me and never paid @TfLTPH my money for my license!!! I raised a dispute with you and you’ve not even acknowledged my dispute or email! Seriously!!!

    I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

    @IndiaPostOffice sir I have done speedpost having Consignment no EM382719409IN but it is not delivered. In online tracking it's shown address issue. It is returned to RMS Postoffice Patna today itself . I am requesting to that plz send it back to AIIMS SO .

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Could you please advise who is responsible for the refund then & how one goes about it. If the PO takes the payment for a service, where do they stop being responsible? Genuine question. Manager at Camberley PO was incredibly rude & unhelpful & threw a pen at him for his tel. No.

    @blindgary1 Not sure how much control @RishiSunak has over the postoffice, hsbc, virgin, court, police station, closing he has, but it will get worse with iceland and lidl joining the list along with many more, but not all bad we have gained some pubs in #northallerton

    @Postvox The Passpost renewal adds on national radio stations promoted by Government of Ireland is all about online renewal and don't mention renewal through the postoffice network around Ireland . Very poor support from Government bodies in supporting the Post Offices.
