    Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

    Debt to the #postoffice, which closes at 6pm. Shutters are half down, door being locked, at 5.40pm. Now I’ve got to lug a bunch of parcels round the pub with me…

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thank you for your response. Got through. It appears, like many other sectors, the PO has COVID issues. Informed no guarantee of delivery of ANY of the packages sitting in depot and without 'card' may not be given them if I go to collect. We wait and see.

    @PostOffice there’s an issue with buying travel insurance online via mobile platform. Unable to progress from Policy section to Pay section. If you’re going to have the cheek of doubling the price of the insurance in the last 48hrs, at least make sure your online platforms work

    @PostOffice How about something that was sent 10 days ago from @WHSmith post office in Swansea? My card had vouchers for my sister that were intended to help her buy Christmas dinner! I am so upset for her that they haven’t arrived! 😔😢😡
