I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

@PostOffice went to your Orpington Yesterday @ Eldred drive and really shocked at the service. You would expect during a pandemic there would be a level of service and kindness, so shocked to see how the lady spoke, unhelpful , rude and abnoxious I will not be visiting there.

@wymandatmercury @PostOffice I was there when this woman was so rude to our postal workers. She was patronising and offensive. The staff at LimeTree are amazing and I refuse to let this woman make her side of the story the only one. Please come to me if you want more info.

@VodafoneUK A few months ago we changed from @PostOffice WiFi to you & was told on phone & letter you would contact the previous supplier to cancel. Just noticed that this wasn’t the case & have still been charged by PO, losing out on a lot of money. Please can you advise?
