I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice went to 3 post offices today to get platinum jubilee stamps. Not available. 2 said they never get special stamps. 3rd said they were selling them last week and had none. As for the 50p coin, they didn't have them. Not that they were given randomly

@PostOffice Long enough to send that text and fume Tom. Newbury is a medium sized town and mid-morning there was one person on the counter who was the ‘phone for all the time I was there. It is just not adequately manned. If you want to time the queue pop down yourself, it’s always the same
