Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.
-
Lucia Morciano (@LuciaMorciano1) reported from Tottenham, England@PostOffice @massinotnow Why don't you do something now, instead? It never was supposed to happen and it had to be sorted yesterday, so why waiting until tomorrow? It doesn't make sense. Have you not investigated yet?

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

-
Ethan (@ethanms10) reported@PostOffice dropped a special delivery at branch yesterday - it was weighed, wasn’t told but now Royal Mail claim it’s underweight and holding it?! Wtf
-
vikas sharma (@vstinku1) reportedIf you want to see the ancient india you must visit a #postoffice and that so in delhi only, slow server, crowded, employees are trying their best to do but no results, government should close it or at least privatise them, no point spending 2much on d failed system #postoffice

Isabella Vell (@IsabellaVel_) reportedEverywhere on this planet in every ******* #postoffice you find workers who are the local piece of ****. They can't do a delivery of a #phone case in 1 week. ****** people working for low ****** #money.

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedThe fact that they wanted to dismiss my complaint without even issuing a proper apology for the abuse I experienced speaks volumes. It really shows the @PostOffice as an organisation is more concerned with protecting its operations than addressing serious issues. This is reflected in the 61% of complaints closed as ‘Tactical Closure’ effectively a way of gatekeeping the branch to keep it running, rather than acknowledging or resolving the problems customers face.
-
🇬🇧 Lady Charlene 🏴 (@longtallshazza) reported@PostOffice @Fujitsu_Global You vile bastards. Why aren't you paying these poor people the compensation they deserve? It's sickening that you're letting these wronged people die. You will all burn in Hell #PostOfficeScandal
