@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@PostOffice @Tesco I don’t know who employs the staff at the post office within tesco Front Lane Cranham RM14 but your member of staff Michelle is so rude and unhelpful. I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

@PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@Mark_Fell_Photo @PostOffice Our local sorting office is open 8am-2pm on 4 weekdays 😢 I do click & drop too although not as cheap as it used to be of course! There are plenty of times I have paid though, must spend £500 there a year on top of my prepaid. Not a great service!

@PostOffice you’re a failure of a service. Finchley Road post office. None of the postage machines are working. There’s only one person working. 10 people in the queue so far. It’s a joke. This should be a public service. @CWUnews all power to the workers

@harryjmunro @PostOffice As a postmaster there would be no way I would want to offer this service. There's the time that would be taken (which Post Office Ltd wouldn't pay us adequately for), the queues that could be caused, and the liability should something go wrong...

@Mphillips_LDFC @PostOffice The whole point of my suggestion is to give an option to the customer to pay extra for that responsibility to be outsourced to the Post Office. It's not rocket science. If they don't do it I imagine somebody else will.
