@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

  • FatherFantaskis Dave Taskis (@FatherFantaskis) reported from Romford, England

Hey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal

  • JoyceBenaich Joyce Benaich (@JoyceBenaich) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

  • BallardsLane Barbara (@BallardsLane) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice And the National Health Service? They use 🌈 now.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

  • shah4569 Shah™ (@shah4569) reported from Romford, England

@PostOffice my local post office charged me for a service that I shouldn't have been charged for, now he's refusing to give me a refund. Can anyone help?

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ViscountLe8ton @leah_c86 @PostOffice No it doesn’t. I support it I’m gay myself do I have to prove that for you?

  • RuthRobinsonLon Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice 2/2 But is the really a need to force the agenda? Like 24/7? Like I want to see a more measured approach and not this rioting and protesting all the time. We don’t need the #BLM Movement protests they’re just stupid. But I’ll probably labelled a these days as racist for that.

  • julian2017123 Vettel (@julian2017123) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

  • DeFrenZ Davide De Franceschi (@DeFrenZ) reported from East Ham, England

    @alexforey @PostOffice It’s so bad that I wouldn’t publicise it

  • symbosimbo SiBurman (@symbosimbo) reported from London, England

@PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

  • sandratizzard Sandra Tizzard (@sandratizzard) reported

@CWUPostmaster @NFSP_UK @PostOffice We were seen as a cash cow, a cost not an asset. POL creamed off & demanded every penny they could wring out of us, and then launched NT which offloaded even more of their costs onto us. They had no incentive to fix issues when they could garner so much money using fear and power

  • cath21_98 Catherine Lombardo (@cath21_98) reported

@PostOffice It's a regular thing at this particular post office. It's especially awful because it's the Bristol City Centre post office - it used to be amazing before you shut the standalone post office and moved it to @WHSmith - such a shame.

  • LeesaEdwards1 Leesa Edwards (@LeesaEdwards1) reported

@Barclays thanks for the recent email directing me to do even more of my banking at @PostOffice. You fail to understand if I wanted a post office account I would of opened one.I need to close ALL my accounts to another bank or post office. Can't even contact you

  • trinode A (@trinode) reported

@PostOffice it’s a simple fix always have someone on the drop and collect desk, give it a counter number, when no one is collecting / dropping off they can call customers / serve from the main queue.

  • AndyHar99612377 Andy Harris (@AndyHar99612377) reported

@ora78890690 @UKLabour @PostOffice whenever I now order something on line, I will from now on, never ever select the Royal Mail option. Even if it costs me a little more. I'd rather keep the hard working courier's in jobs than this bunch of lazy bar stewards.

  • grex9101 grex9101 (@grex9101) reported

@PostOffice Longer than necessary, had the self-service machines been in action, it wouldn't have been an issue. Seems somewhat at odds with your usual policy of directing everyone possible to them.

  • LincsPilot Someone, somewhere (@LincsPilot) reported

.@RoyalMail twice failed to deliver a Special Delivery item to my house, so for the third attempt I requested it be delivered to a local @PostOffice, but in the 90 minutes since delivery the PO has managed to lose it. There’s crap service, but then there’s Royal Mail

  • dmcfuge D C Fuge (@dmcfuge) reported

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice @WHSmith Exactly this. I find it astonishing that publicly and repeatedly the blame has been laid at their door in this thread. Even just one extra full time member of staff would make a massive difference. They are a public service and the service is appalling! It affects people's lives
