Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

nick02 (@nicktighe02) reported@PostOffice Prepaid, click and drop labels. It seems you and the RM are not aligned. Without RM the PO is nothing, without the PO the RM cannot offer a service. My other option is to use Hermes and DPD. Is that the PO/RM future plans, watch customers disappear ?

Mr Zaye (@from100kto1m) reported@short_bernardo I had $STMP at around $50 range and sold out because got my 100% return but honestly it wasn’t a long term for me. At the time when postoffice term contract it was just still that it went down from 200-30 and with no debt n other stats being good. Definitely misunderstood biz
