Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

@PostOffice DO NOT use @PostOffice Travel Card for your holiday money - bad advice = my son was charged $83 for taking out $160 and yesterday their system randomly changed the currency on his card from GBP to USD losing £10 in the process. It takes six weeks to look at a complaint AVOID

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Post Office at Swan Island Burntwood Staffs. It was 12:55 and they close for lunch at 13:00. I got the distinct impression she just didn’t want to deal with it. I had to go back home, cancel the return with Amazon, use Hermes and then drive back to 25yards from them to the Coop!

@PostOffice Main post office in southend town centre, 1 cashier with massive queue, all the self service machines closed, people walking away. Many congratulations on your campaign running post offices down,so hard to use,driving people away & making it easier to close branches 😡
