Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. The largest retail network in Europe yet the management and successive Governments totally missed the commercial opportunity to generate income/ profit s. They were some of the last to install ATMs, they farmed out Government services to other providers and the advent of internet transactions was the final naik- all of this went from very profitable Sub Post offices to loss making within about an 18 months period.
