Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@jos02611 @GouldsBlog @PostOffice The decision makers should be tried & if found guilty undergo punitive sentences. This is required not only to serve as a deterrent but also on policy grounds for the significant & deliberate harm done. The organisation should also be fined & possibly wound down.

The @PostOffice in @WHSmith Sutton is one of the worst post offices in the country… The staff are slow, queues huge, its disorganised, the most frustrating experience going. I waited 25 mins & bang on 1730 the bloke refused to serve everyone else in the queue… Pathetic

@angry_corner Hi. We're not aware of any reason why the PO wouldn't accept an international item, it's only Tracked 24/48 items that can't be posted there. Hopefully @PostOffice can shed some light on the issue. In the meantime, you can post any item type at your local RM delivery office Oscar

@slkbeauty2019 @PostOffice The only receipt that can be reprinted is the one that has just been produced. As soon as another customer has been served, or the clerk has logged out, it is gone and cannot be reprinted; no matter how many different ways you ask, sorry.
