-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help I’ve had to make a complaint about them. I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.
-
Joyce Benaich (@JoyceBenaich) reported from Camden Town, England@PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!
-
Richard Miller (@DrDotPepper) reported from Stratford, England@jdsunset @ThomasWinward @PostOffice Shit.
-
Brian (@BrianMcAuslan) reported from Hackney, England@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

-
Ellen Monaghan (@monaghan_ellen) reported from Camden Town, England@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis I am having a terrible time with the post office in #Holloway - the complaints systems seem to be corrupt. The manager of the post office lied about being the manager. It’s a shambles. I’m doing a charge back via @MetroBank_Help for £45 that has embroiled me in 4 hours of admin
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, England@chrish9070 @PostOffice @beisgovuk @scullyp @BBCPanorama @BBCRadio4 @BBCfileon4 @PrivateEyeNews @nickwallis @MetroBank_Help so far & it’s not over yet. They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)
-
Ruth Robinson (@RuthRobinsonLon) reported from Islington, EnglandPerhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝
-
Lucia Morciano (@LuciaMorciano1) reported from Tottenham, England@PostOffice @massinotnow Why don't you do something now, instead? It never was supposed to happen and it had to be sorted yesterday, so why waiting until tomorrow? It doesn't make sense. Have you not investigated yet?
-
CB MM UTAG UCG 👊🏻 (@primrosetaxi) reported from Tottenham, England@PostOffice I’m sick of this now.. where’s my Money. You stole £300 from me and never paid @TfLTPH my money for my license!!! I raised a dispute with you and you’ve not even acknowledged my dispute or email! Seriously!!!

-
Joseph K Bennett (@JosephKBennett) reported@keir50443 @lily_lna @PostOffice That is by far the likeliest explanation and you know it. Postmasters / staff would not give a monkeys about a customer wearing an evening dress. Their pyjamas or a dressing gown? Maybe
-
RLK (@RLK303303) reportedAn update regarding the wearing of a backless dress on Post Office premises. Apparently the note has been taken down ‘for now’. Why would a backless dress make anyone feel uncomfortable? A bit of a non-response from @PostOffice - it doesn’t really answer any questions, nor does it make explicit, a stance on this.
-
AreWeThereYet? (@YetAre45328) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice Need to write that you're a customer! Wear what you want to buy a stamp FFS!
