@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

@WorldFamousHot1 @PostOffice Do you use the “Drop and Go” service of Royal Mail? You open an account online, top up your account, do a basic online manifest, then just drop the packages at the Post Office. They’re legally obliged to take them, as you’ve paid in advance. Saves time too no standing in a queue!

@Schadenfreudian @PostOffice No, they recommend postage depending on the value of what youre sending. 1st and 2nd class cover up to £20. Tracked 24 and 48 cover up to £75. Anything over that needs to be Special Delivery but its up to the customer.

Why am I being charged £7 for an underpaid item sent by a friend that was posted at a post office @RoyalMail ? Surely the @PostOffice staff know how to weigh something 😡 it’s also taken them 3 weeks to tell me. 💩service as usual 🤬

@WorldFamousHot1 @PostOffice Are they labelled up, with postage paid? 🤔 You don't even need to go to a Post Office. Take them to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office where you can park easily nearby. NB: The Post Office and Royal Mail are not the same organisations (and never have been).

@PostOffice Hi! I use the USA PDDP service via click & drop but my P.O refuses to accept packages - they show me instructions from RM to not accept *any* USA packages. But RM assures me this does not apply to duty-paid packages & that the P.O should take it? I'm stuck in limbo!
