    @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice @Barclays Getting rid of counter staff was ridiculous decision. Not everyone is retired or on benefits and have all the time in the world to queue.... there's more people on duty at self service because noone can work out how to use them. 🤭😣

    @PostOffice Charles Street PO, Sheffield refused to swap old stamps for new barcoded ones saying they'd already sent theirs (old ones) back. Server was rude and obnoxious to my mum (who doesn't use social media). Should they have swapped her stamps for her?

    @PostOffice I am exasperated about the level of service I currently receive by my local post office in Redruth, today I received a parcel that was chucked over my gate when I specifically asked for it to be placed somewhere safe. And no the gate wasn’t locked!!

    I hate it when you ship an item online (after weight and packing it yourself) and a week later the postoffice is like- “You ****** it up, so we’re charging you more to cover the difference, thanks for using our services!” 🙄 It was only $5 extra but damn.
