The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

You sell packaging but it's not clear whether customers need to bring tape, scissors, etc. So uncertainty puts off just showing up with an item to post.
