.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@Kate18660449 Why I bank with two different banks. In case one has an internet outage. The C/w where I am closed the branch and removed the ATM. Now have to use the PostOffice and pay additional fees. Just using online banking for that. Use cash for everything I can.

and nobody said there was any issue, today I called you guys again and you said that the document was sent back to BR. Nobody from PostNL was/is helping with anything. I have confirmed with Brazilian postoffice, everything went correctly and when it arrived here it was neglected.

@PostOffice Sorry, I meant to say that although I asked the retailer if they did Local Collect I can't be sure from what they said until I order. So I wished to have the back up of the Poste Restante service but those locations aren't listed on your website. Thanks.

@PostOffice like it generally no matter when you go to the Lewisham store, one man serving feel sorry for him another staff member over seeing self service is rude. Queue the last three days been half way down the store, customers moaning. Needs at least another staff member, crap service!
