I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

Horizon was hosted on a terminal, not the network. It was the software/configuration/integration and interoperability of different programs that was the issue.

@PostOffice 5 pounds is charged for the transaction. Did not make no sense as I can withdraw money for myself without charges. She said there is no way back on the BANK account. Lady advised me to call the number on the back of the card to discuss my issues -

The culture in @PostOffice is loud and very clear. So many assumptions, that were handed down. No awareness that the contract didn’t actually state Spmrs were responsible for losses that weren’t due to their actions. There was no allowance for that possibility #PostOfficeScandal
