  • sweelee1 sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

  • equalitywarrior sarah guerra (@equalitywarrior) reported from Wandsworth, England

  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

  • schulkes James Schulkes (@schulkes) reported from Hammersmith, England

.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

  • Streethats Deborah Brown (@Streethats) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice again #hammersmith king street PO and no self service but a queue....#CustomerExperience

  • msjw1960 Joanne Westeng (@msjw1960) reported from Richmond, England

  • Rvr1991 River (@Rvr1991) reported from London, England

  • soniasaralegui sonia saralegui (@soniasaralegui) reported

@PostOffice @Collinson @financialombuds after almost two months of dealing with you travel insurance, your unprofessional employees, lack of communication and very poor customer services!! I am still waiting for my money back more than £1600, which is affecting my finances!!! Unbelievable!!!

  • triumphumphumph Triumphumphumph (@triumphumphumph) reported

@jv_uk2011 The govt have intervened & bailed enough banks & companies out, so they can now help the PO do the right thing. I know the Tories struggle to identify 'the right thing' so here's a clue; It's about time the @PostOffice put their hands up & compensated them all. #JohnsonOut21

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported

Let's hope the inquest into the PostOffice Horizon scandal rapidly lead to full reparation and accountability. The fact no one questioned the numbers of incidents is highly suspicious.

  • sailingbikeruk 👨🏼‍🦳 Ian - 💉💉 out of breath, out of ideas. (@sailingbikeruk) reported

The trauma imposed on innocent people by @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk is absolutely unforgivable. Nobody from these organisations or barristers that represented them have been held to account is disgusting A public enquiry is a help, but why is there not a criminal investigation

  • PhyllisStein2 PhyllisStein2 (@PhyllisStein2) reported

@_Brian_Hunter @PostOffice True and that is the only way for people on the receiving end to be safe. The Hillsborough Law would be a good start, but there are wider problems in a society that protects wrongdoers.

  • melmacnab Mel Macnab (@melmacnab) reported

@PostOffice The best gift you can give is to compensate properly the 700 postmasters who’s lives you devastated and prosecute the senior management and those who knew the problem and did nothing but hide facts and cover up to save their own skin. #PostOfficeScandal

  • rashyboyy louie🔰 (@rashyboyy) reported

@PostOffice We sent a passport application with my local post office nearly 10 days now & no update on the tracking ?? WHERE is it, all my documents are inside like birth certificate?? This is a disgrace Please Help!

  • H3AD5_UP Kman6 (@H3AD5_UP) reported

@Postoffice East London Post Offices have never heard of the new Platinum Jubilee 50p coin. Either they really don’t know about it or they’re refusing to distribute (seems franchisees make up their own rules). Which is it? Next time @RoyalMintUK should distribute via banks :(

  • Lieutenantleft1 Liberal lieutenant (@Lieutenantleft1) reported

Poor bastards who suffered at hands of @PostOffice @Fujitsu_Global for their **** ups! Hold someone to account, these people lost livelihoods, loved ones and their health

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported

@kirstieclegg @PostOffice Who is Sean? Im not sympathetic, you've firstly complained to the wrong company, and complained about not receiving a service you didnt pay for. You stuck a few extra stamps on something and hoped for the best even though it was 'potentially life saving'
