  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

  • equalitywarrior sarah guerra (@equalitywarrior) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice Why though it’s stupid and annoying

  • sweelee1 sweelee (@sweelee1) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@postoffice service you expect from somebody representing the Post Office! 2/2

  • Jacob_The_Pilot Jacob The Pilot (@Jacob_The_Pilot) reported from Richmond, England

  • Rvr1991 River (@Rvr1991) reported from London, England

The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

  • mridout196 Matt Ridout (@mridout196) reported from Wandsworth, England

Hey @PostOffice I paid for travel currency to be delivered to my local PO but it never arrived. I’m off on holiday tmw & now have no money to spend as refund takes 7 days.. #travel #tbloggers

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • stuart_laura Laura Stuart (@stuart_laura) reported

@PostOffice Thanks. I’ve already done this but no one has got back to me. I also sent an email to customer care and have not had a reply. Post office staff unable to help either. Very frustrating as it was their mistake any I’m £81 out of pocket!

  • ElaineH74188964 Elaine Harrison (@ElaineH74188964) reported

@PostOffice I read that you were now accepting international. How can I buy postage for the US online when I have no clue how much it is to send it? When will the service return to normal and enable me to send parcels to family in the US?

  • BongumusaZond15 Bonga Mancinza (@BongumusaZond15) reported

@MorningLiveSABC @PostOffice I think they must retrenc old ones first who have 30 plus service like me

  • alansiddall1 alan siddall (@alansiddall1) reported

@PostOffice diabolically poor service, sent recorded delivery mid Jan 2023, still not arrived at destination. Cyber attack excuse - not good enough. Whilst nobody loses their job at PO, not having these docs mean someone else could.

  • AndrewWRush Andrew Rush (@AndrewWRush) reported

@PostOffice counter staff would have the shock of their lives if they worked in a bank - there's no urgency & completely oblivious to the queue. No customer service stats on the wall here; probably because they'd be off the bottom of the chart. Open another till? Of course not.

  • LuciaMorciano1 Lucia Morciano (@LuciaMorciano1) reported from Tottenham, England

@PostOffice @massinotnow Why don't you do something now, instead? It never was supposed to happen and it had to be sorted yesterday, so why waiting until tomorrow? It doesn't make sense. Have you not investigated yet?

  • Mphillips_LDFC Martin Phillips (@Mphillips_LDFC) reported

@MichaelBalmer19 @PostOffice The message is that they support immoral living

  • twistedrao Amit TwistedRao Rao (@twistedrao) reported

@BOWdjMAN @PostOffice Basically, they have all become awful places. You have to psych yourself up to go to one!

  • eleonorasfalcon Sue🏳️‍🌈🌈💚🤍💜Women, Life, Freedom (@eleonorasfalcon) reported

@TankerTimelapse @PostOffice We have lost at least 6 rural post offices in recent years. Just before Christmas we lost the one in a pretty sizeable town. There are rumours they will get something back in the Coop, but it’s left a lot of people without a basic service

  • John16358019 John (@John16358019) reported

@TankerTimelapse @PostOffice Try Parcels2go. I’ve used them loads of times. Sent a 32” monitor to Netherlands cost me less than £12. Parcel down to Devon less than £3.
