    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    @PostOffice Well we’ve submitted our complaint to Royal Mail so let’s see! Doesn’t help the fact important payment not received in time so our case thrown out of Court!

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice Your Post Office (Wexham Rd, Wexham, Slough SL2 4HE) refused and destroyed my stamps (2nd Class Large) because they didn't have the royal mail text on the surface (these stamps never have). I have lost 2 stamps and a lot of my time. No one responded to my complaint.

    @Mystgourmet @niyoppe Used them once, but my address got put on the wrong box, so I received like 50 felt shirts that they wanted returned. Spent a week trying to explain to customer service that they'd have to pay for the return shipping, because the postoffice wasn't going to pay for dhls mistake
