Post Office Issues Reports Near City of Westminster, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in City of Westminster and nearby locations:

  • sarapittack sara pittack (@sarapittack) reported from Barnet, England

@PostOffice @BootstrapCook So much excellent advice from the Post Office to help us save money. An extra tip is to only use free email to send messages as oppose to using stamps to send letters

  • ratman97 chris summers (@ratman97) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

  • mmcdstudio Michael McDonough (@mmcdstudio) reported from London, England

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

  • Goonerlover69 G👀nerlover69 (@Goonerlover69) reported from Croydon, England

@PostOffice I think my postman has been kidnapped! 🤨🤨 ain't seen him since last week and I've had nothing in my letter box since Tuesday last week, which leads me to believe he's been kidnapped by some long legged blonde! Poor bloke!😔😔😔

  • BigCaper BigCaper (@BigCaper) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

  • no1snoopyfanuk Pudding (@no1snoopyfanuk) reported from Brentford, England

@PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

  • LauraPopkid Laura Newbould (@LauraPopkid) reported from Richmond, England

@PostOffice such rude staff at your Kingston Road branch in Hampton Wick. I cannot believe how many years I have been subject to this poor level of service and attitude.

  • Dawnf1 Dawn (@Dawnf1) reported from Hammersmith, England

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

  • misterscoop Darren Boyle 🇮🇪🇪🇺 (@misterscoop) reported from Brentford, England

    @PostOffice No problem!

  • ianfreeman Ian Freeman (@ianfreeman) reported from Lambeth, England

@BalhamDailyPRSS @DuCaneCourt @BusinessWandBC @NightingaleSMcD @TootingPRSS @naturalforbaby @NNsw1217 @weareBATCA Great news about the @PostOffice - save us having to queue for 20 minutes for the dubious pleasure of being treated like shit by the miserable bastards in the main #Balham one!

  • GunshipGirl Beth Maundrill (@GunshipGirl) reported from Ealing, England

I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

  • AntiqueFletcher R Fletcher Antiques (@AntiqueFletcher) reported from Bromley, England

@PostOffice Thanks for your help. I'm assuming that we don't need the customs stickers for the EU until told differently then.

  • ceemoon51 Simon Welburn (@ceemoon51) reported from Wandsworth, England

@PostOffice As you will no longer have a banking service after the 11th September, is this not superfluous to your business profile.

  • DavidTovey1975 David John Tovey (@DavidTovey1975) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

  • monaghan_ellen Ellen Monaghan (@monaghan_ellen) reported from Camden Town, England

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

  • LJPerks Lawrence (@LJPerks) reported from Lambeth, England

@PostOffice Staff were rude to a number of customers, pushing people out of the way without saying excuse me, threw my letters on the side, no care at all.

  • MrChrisLouis Christophe Louis (@MrChrisLouis) reported from Camberwell, England

@PostOffice Other staff members would not help, most of them finding refuge behind the door. 40+ people waiting in 2 queues, main desk & self service tills. A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

  • deserrey 𝐃 (@deserrey) reported from London, England

Whew. The way this letter of complaint is going to get written to @PostOffice. I am fuming. Fuming.

  • Mehrin_21 mehrin (@Mehrin_21) reported from Walthamstow, England

@PostOffice when is the postal service going to get better at their job

  • eniolaxx EnnyCooks 🇳🇬🇳🇬 (@eniolaxx) reported from Islington, England

I’ve just had the most horrendous experience at @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews and trying to make a complaint has never been so long

  • samantha_salmon Samantha Salmon (@samantha_salmon) reported

@DVLAgovuk hello!! I need to renew my driving licence by the end of February. The nearest #postoffice offering the service is half an hour drive from my home. Will this be classed as an #essentialjourney?

  • MsLauraWilson Laura Wilson (@MsLauraWilson) reported

@PostOffice Tom, "As I've said" is a really frustrated-sounding and rude way to address a customer. And as I've said, every time my father has tried to ring that number on his mobile, it just cuts him off.

  • JimChavez81 James ingram (@JimChavez81) reported

@PostOffice I can understand you have processes but surely this needs to be done in the background so it does not effect interaction with the customer. It's a risk that can easily be avoided but you choose not too!!

  • foxlet Claire R (@foxlet) reported

@PostOffice I did both a month ago and clearly it didn’t help. I have just emailed again

  • LachlanShanks Lachlan (@LachlanShanks) reported

@PostOffice Hello, I sent a parcel from my local Post Office before Christmas to a recipient in the Netherlands, it's not arrived yet. The online claims process is really confusing and threatening, suggesting I'll be charged if my file my claim incorrectly. Can you please help?

  • Sarah8Sheffield Sarah Wood 🔴⚪️⚽️ (@Sarah8Sheffield) reported

Super customer service from @PostOffice broadband today. Answered the call quickly and was able to help and resolve my enquiry

  • kagrrashin ⭐Mariko💙👁👁✌ (@kagrrashin) reported

@ohnor3i Dun really know what is the extent of damage so they say they will repack and redeliver and ask me to check the contents, if its items inside is spoilt, then have to go to the postoffice to file damage report. faintt

  • GregPar17688638 Greg Parker (@GregPar17688638) reported

@PostOffice Why hasn't this been publicised in the village and surrounding area, please? Where and when will it re-open? Awful timing in midst of pandemic when we are told to stay home and, for essentials, as local as possible. P.O. is essential.

  • leftywoke Gabriel Earnest and Florence (@leftywoke) reported

@PostOffice I posted a moan on here a few days ago about my Internet not working and the PO weren't being exactly helpful but they have now sent an engineer and the problem appears to be resolved.

  • michaeljflexer Michael J Flexer (@michaeljflexer) reported

@PostOffice No worries.Just brings home that the 'market choice' is only a choice between branding, price structures and 'customer service'-it's the same rubbish underneath the bonnet, and why should any 'provider' even pretend to understand or care about a user? Aside for 'retention' natch?
