As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.

No self service. 3 times I had to go home without posting anything because the queue was too long. I complained to PO cust svcs who thanked me for my queuing feedback. Are you stopping self-service in all branches?

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. Insist on knowing EXACTLY is in a parcel and won’t let you buy postage that isn’t the most expensive option. I do online now and pay 30p to have collected! Better than those stupid queues too
