    @Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

    @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    @santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

    After paying for ‘1st Class - Signed For Delivery’ on the 10th December I am very disappointed with @RoyalMail @PostOffice for not delivering a birthday card and gift to my niece for her birthday TODAY 🙁 Why offer and charge for this service if you can’t deliver on time?

    @revkollektiv While at Lidl there were a couple of irresponsible unmasked lads, it is a far more serious matter when staff fail to lead by example, it corrodes the whole approach of taking responsibility for each other. What do you say, @PostOffice ?

    @PostOffice totally not impressed by your service and response to a parcel being returned. Why have staff and not train them on how to send parcels and have something returned!! Furious well it’s your loss and @Hermesparcels gain as I will no longer use post office services!!!!

    @PostOffice I'm absolutely livid after a visit to my local PO. The counter assistant was so rude. I had some bags of money I wanted to deposit. They had a go at me for having some bags with mixed coins in. I don't know the rules and there is no signposting for this....

    @sandra86827099 as in lava from Hawaii, nope, never happen, apparently the back of the postoffice in Hilo on the Big Island is littered with pieces of lava rock people have sent back, pleading, begging for them to return the pieces to the lava fields, back to Goddess Pele to end the curse😳

    @scullyp @PostOffice You need to do the right thing though. You need to compensate all affected by this scandal. Without the Bates trial the truth about what was going on would not have surfaced. The govt must have paid POL around £100M to defend this and help then run out of funding. ☹. Help all
