And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

There isn’t a service called Recorded Delivery and hasn’t been since 2003. All delivery gets recorded nowadays unless you just put a stamp on it. £9.25 is the price for Special Delivery; what was Registered until 1988.
