@PostOffice what is wrong with the Harpenden Post Office. Total lack of staff and slow slow slow. No one is in any rush. Always a queue of at least 8 people. Oh and the self serve machines have been out for days

After paying for ‘1st Class - Signed For Delivery’ on the 10th December I am very disappointed with @RoyalMail @PostOffice for not delivering a birthday card and gift to my niece for her birthday TODAY 🙁 Why offer and charge for this service if you can’t deliver on time?

Okay @PostOffice - your poor workers in Frome! ONE person on counter, current queue 20+ - many elderly/frail - INSIDE! No self-service. You need to do better than this.
