@PostOffice what is wrong with the Harpenden Post Office. Total lack of staff and slow slow slow. No one is in any rush. Always a queue of at least 8 people. Oh and the self serve machines have been out for days

@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

Certainly over the last 18 months , since 39 wrongful conviction were overturned and a lot of very harsh statements were made about #PostOffice issues around integrity and ethics of inhouse lawyer have been in the spotlight.

No point using @PostOffice branch in Orpington anymore. Third and final attempt to use a simple service. Closing at 1pm at 20 minutes beforehand they refuse to be serve. Self-checkout switched off too. Staff in there rude again. Cheers 👍🏻
