@PostOffice The address I wrote on the label I was given was correct . I have the copy. However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. It’s also wrong on the printed receipt

@SouthEalingRoad A very big surprise. Stopped using the place when they closed the post office and replaced it with a useless severely reduced service. South Ealing deserves better from the @PostOffice.

Can I just say the @PostOffice @WHSmith in Burnley is run so bad that customers avoid it, they queue for hours as staff don’t care how badly they run it, it is a joke & needs closing! Get @DPDgroup_news doing parcel shops & show these clowns how it’s done... EFFICIENTLY! 😡😡

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp Morning. I bought a laptop battery from eBay. It wasn't the issue on the laptop so I packaged it back up and went to the PO to post it back. But they would not accept it. Why can they send it to me, but I can't send it back to them?

@PostOffice Help! My son (in Sheff) posted some festival tickets to me in Bristol, on 14 Aug. Unfortunately the P.O. Server didn't tell him that one 1st class stamp wouldn't cover an A4 envelope. The tickets have not turned up, I've not had a card to say excess postage required.

@PostOffice It's not just the inconvenience. It's the rude attitude from the staff who opened the door just to refuse to serve me. It's the hour spent packaging things up which is wasted. It wasn't just me either.

@HayteratLords Time for @UKLabour to commit to bringing back the @PostOffice back into public ownership &/or control, ESPECIALLY after the false accusations of sub-postmasters scandal. Could be a public network offering banking services etc for areas with no banks. Why isn't Labour more bold?
