@PostOffice The address I wrote on the label I was given was correct . I have the copy. However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. It’s also wrong on the printed receipt

@ChrisFarrelly @PostOffice Your contract is actually with royal mail, you purchased a rm service, rm handle deliveries and in the event of non delivery you would make an claim to rm not post office

Well done @PostOffice. If you're going to offer a service to renew driving licences, it might be an idea to make sure your staff are trained to take photos in accordance with @DVSAgovuk requirements, so that applications don't get returned and you don't have to do it again.

@PostOffice -2 they offered the facility only to find they didn't. So unhelpful too. Not very customer orientated. Not a fan of The Post Office at the moment. Perhaps sometime they will get their act together. Finally, with the size of Sleaford why haven't we a main office.

Everytime I go to the postoffice with another international winner the poor USPS man is so confused. Bless him and his patience as we figure out different countries' postal codes together.

@PostOffice Yes-he gave me false Receipt when i topped up first time with £40 but i never looked at the Receipt
