    @HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

    @kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    @IndiaPostOffice Your postoffice/ bank is not operational everyday , they have 2 staff , it is very rare that both comes same day. Resident of Chainpur(852212) facing issue due this . Please make sure we get money/service on all open day. Today my parents has been denied money.

    @PostOffice O and 0 on your receipts (tracking codes) almost indistinguishable in that typeface - parcelforce told you - nobody uses O (letter) and 0 (numeral) together in codes and if they do the 0 is struck through diagonally… this is also an accessibility issue

    @PostOffice can you explain why you don’t accept certain debit cards? Have had a horrible experience in your Shawlands branch with a member of staff barking at me that my debit cards aren’t debit cards, I’m disabled and she was rushing me along and being incredibly rude.

    @PostOffice Could you ask the technical team please? The more you dig into this, the bigger the problem sounds. Reports of 900 printers broken. Printers are 7 years obsolete. Post offices being left in the dark is not good for customer experience? Do us small business need to look elsewhere?

The most convoluted claims process which is so nightmarish, almost like they designed it to put people off. Literally don't care they've lost your package.. all you get is a big '**** you'
