    @PostOffice The address I wrote on the label I was given was correct . I have the copy. However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. It’s also wrong on the printed receipt

    @PostOffice my local branch changed its opening times every week, there’s been a shortage of staff for ten years and the customer service is substandard , i had to go to another town to do my business because of the pathetic behavior of the branch

    Aarrgh! Age Cymru carer got the cash from my @santanderukhelp account to go & pay for my #TVlicence at the local #PO (w a screenshot of the digital licence) & the PO can't issue one without a barcode! So now I'm stuck not being able to pay on @tvlicensing site or @PostOffice!🤯

    @Leighlines @PostOffice @ShelfordMark It's a security camera, same as what are used on construction sites. When active the camera will send an alarm signal when it sees movement. I'm guessing that this camera is inactive during opening hours and activated when closing up on an evening. Nothing to worry about.

    @PostOffice Again i had to endure rude post office counter staff who think its ok to make personal comments to its customers. When will the P.O. LTD tackle this growing issue and start making staff accountable. Al they do when you tell them ur going to report them they just laugh

    Facing a lot of issues with the application and services of I think the medium is changed but the mind behind the services are the same as before. Please help to improve, its more than a week my prob is not solved @IPPBOnline #ippb @PostOffice

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @ofcom what's this about my local post office manager advising me that my mail will all have to be manifested come the new year and won't be accepting bulk mail and providing individual proof of posting? WTF!

    @PostOffice The wait was about 20 mins. The lady on the counter was being as efficient as she could and was really polite but Hanley post office has been operating on one staff member for over 2 years and usually the service is diabolical
