  @PostOffice The address I wrote on the label I was given was correct . I have the copy. However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. It’s also wrong on the printed receipt

  @PostOffice can I please clarify Drop & Go:should I be able to walk to a counter&hand over my items rather than Q-ing?I’m currently being made to Q & feels like the staff don’t understand the service. But maybe I’m in the wrong and just need to Q? If so, might not bother with D&G

  @scullyp @PostOffice @ChrisPincher 2/3: Many of us want to see the service resumed and I have found the voluminous correspondence I have had with Post Office HQ to be very frustrating.
