Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. It’s also wrong on the printed receipt

One simple phone call would have this done in 5 mins yet you go back and forward. I’m assured my policy is fully covered!!

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed.
