Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear.
