@PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

Appalling @PostOffice service @WHSmith Woolwich, queue closed 45minutes early, machines all out of order. They promised us an improved service when the Crown @PostOffice was closed.

@kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

@HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

Went to post some Christmas Cards in a local postbox and 2 envelopes dropped out because the box was THAT full. So collections are irregular and yet you'd think the PostOffice service would be better, what with shares better and their new parcel service and postage increasing !!

@PostOffice was told by your broadband suppliers that I would need to pay for an engineer to place my router, he came but would not put router where it needed to be due to ‘covid’ so put in the the bedroom. WiFi in house non existent. No one is helping fix it. Terrible service.

@PostOffice Post Office Orpington during lunchtime, closed, with (non socially distanced) queues in several aisles of WHSmiths waiting for it to reopen, I walked straight out in utter disbelief. Only a publicly supported business could survive offering such poor customer service.
