    @PostOffice absolutely shocking way to treat a customer. And to top it off I can’t even contact anyone to speak to them ! Shambles and completely out of order.

    @PostOffice The address I wrote on the label I was given was correct . I have the copy. However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. It’s also wrong on the printed receipt

    @PostOffice I've got to tell you that it's the worst branch I've ever been in. I worked for the post office counters Ltd for 15 years and its awful

    @PostOffice why don't you have more people working in your town centres? The few staff you have look stressed and over worked, they are sat at positions next to each other, so not social distancing, and as a customer, I don't enjoy waiting for 20 minutes, no-one does.

    @IndiaPostOffice Is is not only my issue. charkhari post office, which was in main charkhari, is now sifted to another place , which is not right. Second rayanpur postoffice is close for 5 or 6 year. I requested you to try open rayanpur postoffice regularly. And shift charkhari p.o.ti main

    @PostOffice your Southwark park road branch has completely gone down hill since it’s been taken over by new people. Saturday there is only one person working behind the till! I’ve waited 20 minutes to be seen!

    @PostOffice The counter staff at the Lichfield branch need retraining in customer service and the one in Sutton Coldfield needs a commendation.

    @PostOffice I have chased to no avail - it is a real shame that your branding is used on a such a below standard product that you have no control over. I will never use Post Office for anything like this again and will recommend no one else does either.

    @PostOffice I'm afraid we don't have that - but we are enquiring on behalf of the library member and request that counter staff at The Strand Post office in Kirkholt are trained on what 'Articles for the Blind' is, how it works and to support customers who require this service.
