No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
