    @kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

    @PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

    @PostOffice hello I have a problem. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon l. Very important. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I try to track it with you it’s says: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item. PLEASE HELP!

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    @HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

    @DWynneJones @NickCohen4 @PostOffice Rather than being fair shall be honest? Post Office management decide to collect packets/parcels before Christmas. This was so successful they broke their own distribution network which was never designed for this increase in volume at the busiest time of the year.

    @USPSHelp If you pay for a service the postoffice should have to refund the money when they give u a date an its not delivered on time. Not on that day at Christmas doesn't always mean the 2 days promised I get that but 16 days and still counting I want a refund

    @PostOffice I'm trying to find a priority post box for my COVID test but the web page doesn't work? It asks me for my postcode, which I entered, and then nothing happens. The page just stays the same. Have tried it on both my phone, and my laptop. Same thing.

    @VodafoneUK A few months ago we changed from @PostOffice WiFi to you & was told on phone & letter you would contact the previous supplier to cancel. Just noticed that this wasn’t the case & have still been charged by PO, losing out on a lot of money. Please can you advise?

    @NickCohen4 You know whose to blame? All those terrible customers who sent the highest volume of post in its history, in the middle of a covid crisis where some of @PostOffice staff were working 2 metres apart, with some off. Be fair.
