Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. I would not bother if it was just once or twice. Lastly there are plenty of things that can be done to improve services.

Orthoterminator (@orthoterminator) reported@PostOffice Stuck at Wraysbury Post Office. Travel money has arrived but postmaster says system refuses to release it. He had to phone in but there is long queue so getting on 15 mins waiting. Not good. Postmaster should be able to access help quicker. SORT IT OUT!

As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.
