However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

Just imagine,so many elders from rural areas come to postoffice for so many works, they dont know anything except Bengali, they have so much problems for simple works in post office.

The options are Special Delivery - tracked & signed & guaranteed next day, which is £9.95 or Signed for, 1st class which is £3.80 or 2nd class £2.77. PO clerk will have asked questions to determine which service the customer meant

He fixed it, i told the buyer to update via msg, he msg'd me later saying the item arrived, hes happy. that was Apr27 ago. ebay wont release $138 to me until MAY 16!!!! tried customer service, but i cant understand punjabi. **** #EBAY. do not use them.
