    @PostOffice I have two parcels posted using the signed for service on 15 December that have yet to leave Mottingham Post Office. I understand you’re busy but any idea why it’s been 6 days and no delivery?

    @PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice hello I have a problem. I am waiting for a parcel from Amazon l. Very important. It’s been 10 days and nothing. When I try to track it with you it’s says: An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item. PLEASE HELP!

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

    @kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

    @HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

    @PostOffice Ok so asked to post a parcel it went as a large letter so I asked to go recorded , when I went to tap card I realised that I wasn’t recorded so asked him this he huffed and puffed saying I need to tell him slamming the parcel , I explained I did but he continued to be rude .

    @PostOffice Faced issue during PAN card delivery EA886500215IN. Currier people (Ramesh) was asking to me collect the pan card from their location and telling if you are not coming ,i am not your servant to drop in your location. Request to you kindly take appropriate actions.

    @PostOffice I have no junk mail in big letters on my door.. the postman has just told me the have to deliver that crap whether the occupier wants it or not.... what right has the post office to decide. Private company doesn't have this right.

    @PostOffice is easily the worst postal service i’ve experienced. Canada post might take forever to delivery, royal mail gaslights you. Says someone attempted your delivery (if ur lucky) when no such thing happened b/c there was someone by the damn door all day.

    @PostOffice I applied through your in store digital service for a driving license renewal over three weeks ago and am yet to receive it. I can’t get hold of you to track or the DVLA. In complete limbo!
