@kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

@HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostieMcPost @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp That's not my problem though. I print at home now and I save a large queue build up posting 100 parcels that need a stamp and pop. The issue here seems to be royal mail not paying the post office for providing a proof, that itself is not my problem.

@PostOffice But ,as I’ve said, I can’t communicate via telephone which is why I e been using the customer service email I was given. Waiting 2 weeks to get a response is not helpful when contract issues are time sensitive.

@PostOffice I got bad customer service from Ullapool- afaic my parcel has not been delivered to me or been returned. Apparently you cannot handle complaints any more or you will throw mail away. That’s theft.

@PostOffice Well you need to sort this out as the parcel has not been returned and he said when it was delivered he would throw. So who is in charge of the @RoyalMailHelp in Ullapool which is in the same building which he sorts. In that case it’s bad customer service on both of you

@Ofcom Can you also sort out Ilkley @PostOffice refusing to take prepaid parcels & post as they "don't make any money from them"? They shout at people, tell them to "get out & don't come back", very rude, & don't understand the function of a post office. They've been like that for years

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Funnily enough the same person sorts out royal mail in Ullapool @RoyalMailHelp so this needs to be sorted or it’s theft. It’s bad customer service on both parts then.
