    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

    @kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

    @HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

    @postoffice. How do I get my driving license renewed? One local branch machine is out of order. Another is no longer offering that service & another close branch you have to book an appointment but I can't find how and I can't get through on the phone to ask. Help please????????

    @PostOffice Hi Courtney, Are there any post offices that have the service up and running. So far I have tried Oxford, Banbury, Aylesbury, and Shepards Bush. Would like to avoid further wasted trips as you cannot contact offices directely.

    @nickwallis @PostOffice has been so far out of touch with its Postmasters since the year dot. Without them the business doesn’t exist. That is why I never joined the NFSP, I witnessss in 2007 their first pay negotiation with PO & thought they are so weak I may aswell keep the monthly subs

    @PostOffice I went to 3 post offices in London (Gloucester rd, Raphael street, Earls Court) that were supposed to do DVLA photocard renewal service. None of them did it, most claiming the system does not work. Could you tell me one office that still does it in RBKC and Hammersmith?
