For paranoid people, the process of @HSBC_UK shutting counter service & getting business customers to get change from @PostOffice is like a dystonia nightmare. Every single visit is a problem, a different method, like a trick, a game. Ugh. I so miss the lovely HSBC staff.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@HM_Passport Why don’t you guys provide passport application forms for EVERY @PostOffice not just the passport service ones? Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

@kukuandchips @RoyalMail @PostOffice Mine was sent on 30th November to Ireland (10 weeks ago) and only arrived at Milton Keynes on 18th Jan and hasn’t moved since. No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

@PostOffice @RoyalMail A better resolution would be to campaign to reinstate the link between the PO and RM. The two should never of been separated. To see an example of what it would of looked like. Compare La Poste in France. Every town and village has a post office that's integral to the community.

Want to express my anger at being fraudulently upsold postage by #canningtown @PostOffice this morning. I've checked, and the "cheapest tracked service" is in fact £2.85 Tracked 48 for my parcel, not the £7.65 next day 1pm sold by your employee. Can't even trust the Post Office?!

@CyberMaxpower @PostOffice @RoyalMail We at our office has closed at a lunchtime or on a weds afternoon, it's no point opening on a sat afternoon if royal mail won't collect your mail. It might help if you saw how much was done by post masters after and before hours of opening and closing. They get no help.
