Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

Insist on knowing EXACTLY is in a parcel and won’t let you buy postage that isn’t the most expensive option. I do online now and pay 30p to have collected! Better than those stupid queues too
