Because I need them for an appointment in London on Friday & I’ve been to three Post Office counters that don’t have them, which is ridiculous.

I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

No help from their staff! Their service is shocking blaming it on strikes in December and a “cyber hack” in at the start of January

Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

However, the lady who has FINALLY received the parcel today, has sent me the nonsense that your employee wrote down - despite my parcel force label being 100% clear. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.
