@PostOffice in Horsham. Absolutely shocking how slow these guys are. More interested in drinking tea and having a chat than actually serving the customer

@PostOffice absolutely shocking way to treat a customer. And to top it off I can’t even contact anyone to speak to them ! Shambles and completely out of order.

@PostOffice DA594090641GB but this doesn’t work, looks as though it was never scanned. I dropped 2 parcels off that were both returns for ASOS at the same time, I’ve received the refund for 1 but not the other, and the post office only gave me a receipt for 1 parcel

Anyone use @Digidentity_eu to get Gov UK Verify with a Debit Card? There services are broken and they are not giving out a fix time. Turns out so do @PostOffice because they use the same provider. Modern day @GOVUK showing that they are still woeful from a digital perspective.

@adamdalston @mehshake @PostOffice It’s not her responsibility to play advocate for fair pay. Why don’t you bring this up with Royal Mail. This woman is just trying to do what’s best for her own life and business she’s not mother Teresa or a post office strike captain like wtf
