    @PostOffice in Horsham. Absolutely shocking how slow these guys are. More interested in drinking tea and having a chat than actually serving the customer

    @postoffice Anybody thinking of getting a #postoffice money card please don't bother..arrived in Spain to find I have a faulty card and doesn't work..they are not worth the hassle ...now gonna be lumbered with bank fees because of it.

    @eves_sarah @PostOffice In fairness, it isn't the branches fault that Post Office Ltd provide IT equipment that just isn't fit for purpose... For more info, look into the Horizon IT fiasco, many of the issues raised still crop up because the equipment STILL isn't suitable for the job

    I don't know what is up with the Indian Postal Service. THE DIGHI POST OFFICE JUST ASKED ME COLLECT IT FROM POSTOFFICE AND DENIED DELIVERY TO HOME. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE SAME. EW908077861IN @AshwiniVaishnaw @IndiaPostOffice

    @Rajeev_GoI everytime I go to postoffice, server is down. Same with most govt depts. Will @BlueDart_ ever say server is down? Efficiency? Helplessness? Entire govt back end should be put on cloud ofpvt cos. Only way out

    @PostOffice Unfortunately it’s these exact people who I have been dealing with and getting no where with. Extremely rude person replying to the emails. Guess I’m stuck then and won’t be seeing either the card or my money back. Basically scammed. Disgusting behaviour during hard up times 😞

    @PostOffice awful customer service from the post office pass card department. AVOID like the plague people. Took my money and I have nothing to show for it

    @NPhilatelics @PostOffice Is it just me, or are the Northern Ireland definitives lacking any kind of identity? It’s easy to pick the other countries out, but N.I. looks like it was designed by someone who’s never been there.

    Finally had to login online so definitely a problem in @PostOffice app
