@jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

@jet2tweets @PostOffice Perhaps more staff would help or an automated response to assisted travel requests. The service to purchase is instant.

@JamesMelville Totally agree. I tried to help a 93 lady. Bright and chatty not IT literate, couldn’t pay her TV licence at our local PostOffice so drove her to CoOp. Didn’t have a bar code do we gave up. She said “the world is against me now I am old” broke my heart @PatrickChristys

@lily_lna @PostOffice Was this Post Office in the Middle East? If so, I imagine there are dress codes expected in areas of public service.

Wow @PostOffice I see a well dressed woman who could be on her way to an event or a wedding using your services would you treat a person who spent the day on a beach who was wearing a wrap the same way. ?

@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice low iq retard thinks she said she works there. are you a ******* idiot?

@lily_lna @PostOffice As a customer I’d say you are fine to wear this outfit, this is the UK after all and you see people wearing less in the street (I am including men in this) but if you were an employee then they may have a point. It would really depend on the company dress code.
