@jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

@jet2tweets @PostOffice Perhaps more staff would help or an automated response to assisted travel requests. The service to purchase is instant.

@PostOffice I've had a very bad experience with one of your branches. It was a breach of health and safety by a member of your post office staff. I complained three weeks ago. Not heard back. When should I expect a reply? Do you take health and safety seriously?

Does anyone else have repeated trouble receiving items through #USPS ? I have had first class personal mail not delivered, lost, never recovered, and many packages from businesses not delivered, lost, never recovered. When I call the local #PostOffice they apologize but say

Hi @PostOffice. I know things are very difficult for your employees at the moment but could you please let me know what's happening in EN2? We haven't had any letter post for a week. I had to cancel my bank card and not receiving is starting to cause real problems. Thanks.

Been taking my work post to the local @PostOffice since March. This week their stance is that postage is "unnecessary" and you have to do it by self service or not at all. The counter staff are only there for Amazon etc returns with QR codes. Absolutely nonsensical. 😡

@PostOffice So how do I speak to someone about my broadband? I've lost my login details and if the phone doesn't work that leaves me rather stuck.

@Scarfie1 @SylvsBoy @PostOffice It's just something we have to do so the receiving country can treat it with their rules, such as tax for valuables or making sure it's not dangerous for their local environment.
