@sarahcrowsnest @PostOffice They gain by getting customers who can pay without having to go to the trouble of getting cash, from whichever machine is closest. Instant purchase. Cash is dead. Completely pointless in this day and age.

Hi @PostOffice Just had a parcel returned 'Unclaimed' which I posted to an address in Czech Rep on 13/12/21. 'Unclaimed' implies it sat in a depot but recipient never received a 'while you were out' card. How do I claim my £11.50 postage back, please?

Appalling service from the Royal Mail! @PostOffice @RoyalMail Sent a tracked package to Ireland on 4th March, and it still hasn't arrived! Tracking details show it's been in Dublin since 7th March, with no sign of even attempted delivery! #RoyalMailShambles #PostOfficeJoke

@jeni_parsons @PostOffice I don't know but the postal service there is abysmal. I sent a photo to Glasgow. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Stuff from here to there same. Everywhere else no problem......

@PostOffice 'Technical issues' aside, her attitude stank. And what is technical about not having the forms available. Surely, if you are having 'technical issues' with computers you should have more forms available! @DVLAgovuk are you aware of these issues and why can't I just apply online?

@PostOffice Kempston post office, no wonder it's got so many poor google reviews. Just wanted Special Delivery next day (for the tracking and better insurance) didn't want Saturday delivery but they added it anyway and fleeced me for an extra £3 after I said I didn't want it!

@IndiaPostOffice Worst services at local postoffice. First you have to entry names early in morning 2am And then again visit postoffice around 9am to get token and then visit after 11am for the adhaar services. And many times post office display notices at 11am their machine out of order.
