Back again in another long queue at Durham Market Square @PostOffice 14 people in the slow moving queue. ONLY ONE member of staff only dealing with all enquiries. I got here at 2:40 and will prob. have to leave before I can be seen. This is a city post office. What's going on?

another question is what checks and corrections are offered by #NDLS third question is what #PostOffice takes actions to circumvent the issue? At present customer is given causes and excuses rather than solution. Why customer should suffer for no fault of his/hers? 3/4

@PostOffice 40 minutes! It’s not on. 2 people standing in the office “looking busy” while only 1 counter is manned. Customer service means nothing. Why not tend to waiting customers then go back to what they were doing? I think I counted 16 people waiting to be served.

@CDubery @PostOffice Every office I’ve recently worked at has a pin pad fault where it fails to initialise 2 or 3 times when you access Cash Withdrawal. Then just clears and allows you to input amount. Known fault that seems to be taking weeks to fix!

@PostOffice My friend said she doesn’t want to get the branch in trouble as they are very lovely. I don’t think the cashiers in all branches realise how important it is to do those proof of postage when requested and shouldn’t be questioned. Makes me feel stressed.

@PostOffice Staff was extremely aggressive with zero people/customer service skills. I strongly request to take an action in this matter in order to have the same issues with other customers visiting the post office!
