@PostOfficeNews @BernieSpofforth If only your staff would actually do the job, instead of dealing with such nonsense. The at post office counters is woeful at best of times, unnecessary long queues, or the 'self service' machines aren't working. Focus on that. @PostOffice

@PostOffice Always amazingly long slow queues at my local #postoffice in Church Road #Hove Any plans to reopen the POs you’ve closed down over the last few years?!

@BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews Omg this is despicable!! That poor lady should never have been questioned like that! What a cowardly little Hitler hiding behind his glass screen & mask being absolutely vile to her! @PostOffice I hope he gets dealt with asap! He also needs #CustomerService training!

@brianwhelton @PostOffice So did the defence not ask ‘are there any issues in the platform that undermine the accuracy or evidential nature of the data used’? Or did the witnesses just lie in court?

@PostOffice @nzpost all I can say is you should be ashamed. An Xmas GIFT to a close friend, value $78NZD (38GBP), charged ($34NZD) 17GBP + 8GBP handling fee. Any wonder why the postal service is in decline?

I've seen nothing from @PostOffice or @coopuk about the disgraceful denial of service recently in their outlets over mask wearing.

I was in my local @PostOffice at the weekend. The girl behind the counter asked if it was a sympathy card I was posting. When I said it was she said she would put a normal stamp on it rather than Christmas stamp. Great service and thoughtfulness for bereaved people.

@MarkKL29 @B0mberHarris @PostOffice There are two ‘greeters’ at my Post Office who are particularly aggressive in their policing of their branch. Makes you wonder what direction is being handed down to the staff from on high.

@tradeinnsl This is what I mean. The postoffice says it has been delivered. But it is not. Tradeinn wants me to file a complaint with the postoffice, but the postoffice says I cannot file one, because I didnot send the package. They refer me back to tradeinn. This is going in circles.
