@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

@PostOffice really hoping you can help out a poor confused Christmas elf. I placed an order on my Mum's behalf and stupidly mixed both addresses as one. So my street name, but her town and postcode. Not track and trace. Is there anything we can do to get it for Christmas?

@PostOffice For 1 but not other. Cant believe u are accepting that one of your franchisees is not contacting you! @RoyalMail should be able to contact people trading under its name!! Please give me direct line to speak to someone in Customer Relations, not mainline as no option to complain.

  • BloggsJon Jon Bloggs (@BloggsJon) reported

@PostOffice Trouble is they do not always pay their staffs overtime. However their bigger problem is their competitor's work up to 21:00hrs Seven Days a week. They are still living in their Unionised past, if they want to survive they need to change

  • evfitzpatrick Emma FitzPatrick (@evfitzpatrick) reported

@PostOffice Awful. I'm writing now. How embarrassing for your company to not be able to speak to a member of it's own team, working under the Post Office name. That is not an answer, or excuse. It's awful.

  • FredGolightly Fred Golightly (@FredGolightly) reported

@PostOffice is it possible to get my email confirmed on the po broadband site? Every login it asks me to confirm via a link to email but it never arrives and I don't want to be charged paper billing

  • TimGue1 Tim Gue (@TimGue1) reported

@MrSuperFibre @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp A lot of it was first class, they should be refunding the senders. I have a bit of patience, like everyone COVID will not have helped, but the last month they have only been here 3 times a week, never on a Saturday
