@PostOffice That's privatisation for you! I just can't believe a service in your name does not trust @PostOffice to get them here safely! It says it all. I suspect they own the courier they use.

@PostOffice Actually no as I abandoned my wait in the end. The self service machines were offline and there was only one staff member and I was 11th in the queue. I'll try tomorrow.

@RoyalMail normally a big fan of yours… but not happy with recent dealings. Had far to many cases recently where customers have received fines for postage issues when everything has been sent with POP from my @PostOffice @eBay_UK

@PostOffice 2/2 him sorted in the end. The branch couldn't do it because they didn't have the kit. Your service level measurement needs to be world class to understand the impact of your inventory or equipment failures. If it already is then this was a mgt inaction failure pure &simple

@PostOffice 2/2 customers who want this service must travel 50 miles for the same service. Someone senior at PO HQ needs their arse kicking daily until they have remedied this. Old ppl in particular now suffer. No doubt yr service stats show 99%. Usual BS. Fix it or sack the fool

@CrookesAnn @PostOffice That is awful! I always feel really bad for the poor colleague who is the only one in store, They always seem to be getting abuse when they are the ones that have actually turned up and are trying to help. What a sad time we live in 😥

How in 2022 can I NOT buy an envelope without paying in cash from the @PostOffice. No wonder they are going down the pan. Who even carries cash these days. Joke of a place

@PostOffice I have a complaint open as @RoyalMail damaged one of my items and I quote ‘Royal Mail would like to point out that @PostOffice employees are not experts in the Royal Mail packaging requirements. Totally disagree with that
