    Alarmed to hear Martins newsagent in Blackbird Leys Rd will be shutting next month & with it the local Post Office. I hope @PostOffice secure another premises locally, I've asked @OxfordCity to support in our role as freeholder for the shops & partner in district centre rebuild.

    @PostOffice over a week now since a significant amount of money was taken from my bank account by a direct debit that was never set up. I’ve called about 5 times since then and still my money has not been returned.

    @LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice Regardless of all that, I had already printed it. It is an @PostOffice system issue I think. Both Royal Mail and post office agree they should have taken it.

    @IndiaPostOffice Complained 2 days back that JUNGPURA postoffice server not working since last Monday but still the situation is same as on day. It means nobody bothers common man complained.

    @PostOffice Is that a scam or creaming the profits Stephen ? Surely that would mean a customer can post their euros (at extra cost ) to a central hub for processing . Who do I report the @PostOffice to for defrauding customers ?

    @PostOffice shocking agents, service and overall experience. If your agents are at fault and give incorrect settlement figures and that is paid by the customer, you are at fault, and you need to settle your error, not the customer!!!!

    @PostOffice Over the last couple months, they are consistently rude and unhelpful. They have tried to refuse to give me proof of postage, then charged me almost double it should be to send something and then most recently refused my parcel, as they didn’t want to take anything prepaid.
