Hey @PostOffice, Jackie just visited your branch in the @midcountiescoop in Stourport. They abruptly refused to give proof of postage as they "don't offer that service". Is this the case as we've had no other issues anywhere else? They were quite rude, which is a real shame. Rich

@PostOffice very disappointed service in slindon street tomorrow because I wouldn’t state what was in my parcel but stated it was non-prohibited and allowed in the network. Will go somewhere else which accept non-prohibited as an answer or online where you accept the terms 1/2

I want to make a complaint against pathetic Service by Hayathnagar Postoffice 501505. @IndiaPostOffice , Updating incorrect information in Tracking ID and neglecting their duties and sending the packages back has become common for them. Need a stern action to be taken and (1/n)

@PostOffice Hi, please can you tell me how to see which branches can renew photocard driving licences? In replies here you say the issue was fixed on 28th. Not in the midlands! Website & my local postmaster say unavailable locally (for months). There must be a way to tell?

@PostOffice But when I went to your Post Office in ALFRETON as they couldn’t do it for me because the lighting was CRAP THERE THEY SAID MY NEAREST ONE WAS AT Chesterfield, what a crap service there’s no wonder Post Offices are closing with that sort of poor service.

@PostOffice and conditions and don’t have to state what’s inside. Manager came over abruptive and very rude. Lady at counter was polite. Very I know everything as the manager stated don’t try to tell us how to do our jobs. I send parcels day in day out at my local branch no prob.
