So as 2 avoid further lowering of my already low self esteem, I've resolved 2 avoid going 2 the Postoffice in future, 2 renew our car licenses. As I'm clearly unable 2 conform 2 their exceptionaly high operational standards, thus never having all the required documentation @ hand

@PostOffice Queue times were 40 minutes 😔 having 1 member of staff on isn’t fair to the staff tbh. At those busy times you need at least 2 at the counters not 1 on the counter and 1 doing the self service thing which we didn’t even have today

@PostOffice your advert for life insurance really sucks. Unfortunately you just can’t understand the dialect or child very easily. You shouldnt have to really concentrate if you want to get a message across it should at least be easy to listen to and understandable.

@PostOffice I wonder how many hundreds of thousands of people have been charged for items that are being waved through in branch because of a Post Office that can't provide basic customs info anymore.Props to you for trying here, Courtney but it's not a good look to blame the paying customer

@PostOffice The Post Office is the supervisory authority. One4all will not speak to me. They know they have breached regulations by contacting the intended recipient not me and, they have my bank details. You can't help. Post Office not concerned? FCA will be.
