In the 1st instance, he forgotten the letter RT305548905IN while on tracking it is showing delivered. And now when 2nd letter RT070220405IN is with him (confirm after asking in PostOffice and also tracking showing out for delivery), he is not delivering letter in my home. Help!

@PostOffice About 15 minutes. The queue went around the shop, the post office is in WHSmiths. Really bad move as the queue blocks the already narrow aisles of the shop causing congestion.

@PostOffice Got cut up twice by one of your vans this morning PJ16 YSU was their number plate. Both times the driver swapped lanes at the last minute at roundabouts and almost ran me off the road! Great customer perception for your business! #postoffice #dangerousdriver
