@NatWestBank @PostOffice Why are all the banks closing, it is difficult to pay in cheques, yet the #postoffice which we are encouraged to use to pay in cheques does not provide cheque paying in envelopes. Visited 2 #postoffices , neither had cheque paying in envelopes #fail

@PostOffice EVERY time I use the Staines Branch there is an issue. Four desks empty, just the travel money desk in use. Hence the queue is all the way around the shop 🙄

@PostOffice About 20 minutes… fortunately 3 people in front of me just had return parcels to drop off, so were very quick. Why is there never more than one person serving? What is the point of having 4 other tills? I have waited a lot longer on other occasions
