TGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

@PostOffice This is where the government should step in and offer emergency loans or grants to those suffering domestic abuse. They would not then need to stay in an awful relationship but can get out immediately and then save to pay the loan back.

@hosker_a @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Typical post office response. They take the mail at the post office but wash their hands when it goes missing and fob you off to Royal Mail. I get you don’t deliver it but surely you can be more help as you accepted it??

@PostOffice Never put money on a kitchen/fining table. It is disgusting!

@jasrichards2 @PostOffice I’m not offended by this. I used to check his pockets for cash and he never noticed - it could backfire very badly so you have to be careful, but squirrelling away cash is a great tip for anyone in an abusive relationship

@PostOffice I’m struggling to see what anyone’s problem with this is. In an abusive relationship card transfers/ payments can be tracked, saving £20 a week for years IS how some women get away. The PO aren’t plugging accounts, they are campaigning for physical currency not to be eradicated.

@ChrisNJWilliams @PostOffice Wrong it's like complaining about how hard it is to buy petrol, but you'll have that problem soon enough too.

@PostOffice I thought you were going to talk about all those poor victims you took to court or imprisoned

@jasrichards2 @PostOffice I agree. This is appalling. Not surprising though when you consider they were prepared to put innocent people in jail, when they knew they were they were innocent, rather than admit their accounting IT software was pile of crap.
