Some1 was in bed during the webinar. I spoke a little & didn't sound too bad. I will be happily quiet till tomorrow to give my throat a rest. Only the last half hour was tough cus of how I felt, but 6 weeks completed so far! Mini rest now, then paperwork. Postoffice. Dishes. Bed.

@BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen how does my homecare cover nearly double this year... told because I've had so many call outs - yes due to incompetent engineers making everything worse each time! no response to complaint either, and it's been weeks and weeks... amazing I'm even thinking of renewing?? #ripoff 🤬

@PostOffice Could you please tell me who the governing body overseeing these payments are? So I can make an official complaint as @BulbUK told me they have paid @PostOffice and have contacted them to see why they are withholding payment and I have heard nothing

Who is fed up of #postoffice deliveries leaving cards cos they didn't wait long enough at the door? Major #inconvenience if something you need. Either have to arrange redelivery - potential for same issue cos it is THEIR timing, or u have to pick up from a depot! RT if you agree

@PostOffice Thanks, there’s an issue with transfers & withdrawals, the extremely monotonous lady I spoke to told me to call back as her system was also down. Great. Needed that money today.
