@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice shuts at 12:30 on a Saturday and not at all on a Sunday. Whoever’s stupid idea that was needs to give their head a wobble. We will never get back to normal if the places that CAN open just can’t be bothered

Bought the thing to post, wrapped it, went to postoffice, went to shop to get cardboard then home to rewrap it because it wasn't suitably wrapped the first time, back to post office: a whole day gone. I will never get that day back

@DanRather I wish you could see how bad the Postoffice has got to be i’ve been a mailman for 23 years and I never seen it this bad the pandemic the weather people are afraid to go out and everyone is ordering online it’s unbelievably how many packages we are delivering a day
