@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice your Chesterfield town centre branch is joke. One member of staff on this morning. I was waiting about 30 mins to send a letter. Self-service machine were switched off!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice I don't think having this booth in front of the counter makes it very easy to see who to go to when you are there. Plus I found the staff rather patronising. But then, I expect poor service from a visit to a Post Office.

@PostOffice High Barnet High Street Post office refused to take our click and drop parcel to the USA yesterday saying it was suspended. I had paid over £30 online for the service. @RoyalMailHelp say there are no suspensions. Can someone explain this?
