@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice You are suggesting the branch CLOSES Tuesday for the afternoon. IT IS OPEN UNTIL 5.30 so NO NEED TO REFUSE MY POST. #discriminating. My complaint is about them not processing my post and you saying I can take it elsewhere. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND DEPEND ON THE LOCAL BRANCH

The #stamps for the 1 January tariff will be issued on 23 December. But the re-issued £2.55 will not be despatched by @RoyalMailStamps until 14 January - dual-dated FDCs? We'll have to check @PostOffice branches on 23rd to establish what the true first day of issue is.

@PostOffice you’ve told me emails will not be answered for some considerable time, all I want answered is what time is acceptable for “Drop & Go” business post? I am a disabled customer in a wheelchair and I do not want to be turned away again when branch is open all day. Thanks

@PostOffice Are you trying to be a viable business? The queues in Bromley are horrendous. Looks like 1 staff member working and non of the self service counters working.

@postoffice I raised issue on TUESDAY. The Post Office is OPEN UNTIL 5.30!!!! Why would they not keep post and process after thief lunch??? You are actually talking rubbish. They are rude about drop and go. Yvonne in particular. She left my post FOR DAYS last week.
