@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@RoyalMail Realise how busy you are but getting fed up with redelivery service. 2nd attempt said it would be 10am; arrived at 7am & was in shower. So booked for it to be delivered to local postoffice: just tried to deliver at home I wasn’t in! Waste of time & resources.

@PostOffice I’ve just travelled all the way to #brentpark to catch the late opening office to find it shut down and the closing times covered up! Why wasn’t this put on the website?
