@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice @One4allGiftUK I called the postoffice customer service no and there isn't an option for discussing a purchase. Of course, people will say I should have sent via Special Delivery etc, and if the items had failed to arrive then that’s a valid point 8/9
