@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice If I ask today for a parcel to arrive on a Tuesday I don't expect to be offered a service for a Guaranteed AM delivery for double the price when a 24 HR SVC is available. Blatant up-selling at 3 different counters in a week. #PostOfficeScandal #postoffice #ripoff

Never known such a stupid system as a @PostOffice branch not doing post at counters only at self serve. Didn't save staff time at all as special deliveries make staff come over numerous times. @WHSmith

@PostOffice Parcel was sent to me Saturday 30th April and has not arrived. Sender used self service kiosk and it did not give receipt as out of paper and no staff. Are they able to go back and get another receipt printed if they have all the relevant details about parcel?

I went to post a birthday present to my granddaughter and the Post Office says it’s systems are down and it can’t even weigh it or take it. And they have no idea what’s happening @RoyalMail @PostOffice

This is post office Keshav puram, I had bad experience ,Here I went to parcel my packages 1:30 pm 10 may 2022 first they deny to accept my parcels for non logical reasons,after wasting my half hour they do nothing ..... #postoffice #DelhiGovt

So, @PostOffice just delivered my PC back as they told the local post office it was too large and too heavy, so now I gotta find another delivery service to help me out. Need it pretty cheap please as I bit short on cash cheapest I found so far is @parcelforce £80 a need cover
