@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@WhatWouldKirkDo @PostOffice I am assuming this would be a service that would require the hiring of additional staff by the Post Office to deliver and mitigate any queues. I think it would offer value to customers and be profitable.

@PostOffice It’s just a mess! Spoken to numerous ppl/companies no one can help so rang directly and then got cut off but it takes ages to get back through. You seem to have switched underwriters - I haven’t got time to sit on telephone waiting for what should be simple answer!!

@harryjmunro @PostOffice As a postmaster there would be no way I would want to offer this service. There's the time that would be taken (which Post Office Ltd wouldn't pay us adequately for), the queues that could be caused, and the liability should something go wrong...
