@PostOffice your Chesterfield town centre branch is joke. One member of staff on this morning. I was waiting about 30 mins to send a letter. Self-service machine were switched off!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice It’s not just me, my wife had the same problems on Saturday and I’ve previously had problems there… People were arriving with parcels and just leaving… One person on the counter just isn’t enough…

@PostOffice One bloke in the queue had been standing there that long that he started to feel Poorly and had to sit down… I only wanted to post a letter but a woman had closed all the self service tills to cash them up, they were all closed when I arrived at 1705… why close all of them…???

@PostOffice Liverpool One. 3 people working and one only wanted to do QR codes, whilst one sat down and the other lady did counter services when the 3 of them could be behind the counter working through the massive queue.

@PostOffice literally there is one lady walking around asking what people they’re doing today whilst the other is sat down chilling with only one behind the counter and a massive queue how about they get behind the counter and serve people ??

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp So it's been with Kennington Park Post Office all this time and they haven't bothered to look when I visited twice!!!!! I have the print out of all the times my parcel was scanned. And the staff was SO rude. Pointing fingers and shouting.
