@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@_BecRx @PostOffice It’s been down for over 5 hours in Berkshire and impossible to get updates. Customer Services have no information and NOTHING on web site or when you log in to account. Good luck - I’ll be changing ISP first chance I get.

Just been to the new Chorley main #postoffice what a joke. Only 1 counter que nearly out the door. Why dose Chorley have such a poor main postoffice had to leave as I didn't have time #wasteoftime @PostOffice @LindsayHoyle_MP

@WhichUK @RoyalMail I get them all the time. Never responded yet, never missed an expected parcel delivery. If a retired police officer fell for it that is his problem. It is so obviously NOT from the PostOffice.

@PostOffice Service is a waste of time over half an hour on hold and not spoke to anyone yet my parcel has gone missing. That fact that the post said they delivered it to me and I never got it. Im@not going to complain about it if I already had it would I.

@EmilyKoch @PostOffice The service is called "freepost name" -- the whole idea is that a postcode is not required. So use the image of the receipt to show the staff at your post office how to complete the cert of posting.
