@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

@BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen how does my homecare cover nearly double this year... told because I've had so many call outs - yes due to incompetent engineers making everything worse each time! no response to complaint either, and it's been weeks and weeks... amazing I'm even thinking of renewing?? #ripoff 🤬

@PostOffice you keep closing the local branch early due to 'staffing issues' and it is inconveniencing customers (3 people just in the 2 mins I spent there). What's the point in me bothering to waste my time with your incompetent service when I can just use UPS in future? Useless

@PostOffice Thanks, there’s an issue with transfers & withdrawals, the extremely monotonous lady I spoke to told me to call back as her system was also down. Great. Needed that money today.
