@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

Hi @PostOffice your partner @RoyalMail won’t pay my £1000 special delivery claim. They asked me to provide a manifesto from the Post Office with data on all goods handed over that day. My local declined and said this is private info and you cannot disclose this to me. Please help

@PostOffice I have PO travel card. Just had a phone call from your number saying I have a parcel for delivery and select three options. What is this about? Rang Travel card line to be told that I should ignore the call and I cancel card. BEWARE!!
