@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I have already. it’s important for you to know how rude staff are. The woman was rude to my niece, she is 5, when we returned to her to buy a couple things. I have filed a complaint via website about this. I went at 4pm & was refused service, maybe tell your branches it’s working

@stugoo17 @PostOffice I'm not naive enough to expect computer systems never to go down. However it would be good to receive some prompt information. EG Is it just us, or local, or nationwide? Estimated time to recover? We only found out it was widespread when our neighbouring branch phoned us.

@uncledoomer One time I was out at the clubs and I had a red suit on and found a wallet so I walked down to the postoffice of the city it was and dropped it in outgoing . They had cameras in the lobby and it was at like 2 in the morning. They had to think that was a cursed item and a trick
