@RoyalMailHelp i disagree I looked online for a parcel that weighed 1.2kg and was quoted nearly £14 where I went to the postoffice and was charged just £6 so please explain that my issue is that the app limits what options you are offered that's unfair

@PostOffice Probably better-off asking the staff in the branch. I was a customer waiting in line and it just seemed odd the way the PC was badgering a female member of staff about something obviously out of her control.
