@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

WHY IS THE @PostOffice WEBSITE SO RUBBISH….? ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER, YOU JUST GET SENT ROUND AND ROUND IN CIRCLES AND THEN IT HAS THE NERVE TO ASK IF YOU CAN DO A SURVEY TO HELP IMPROVE THE SERVICE…….. HOW ABOUT JUST HAVING STAFF TO ANSWER THE PHONE…?

Ecommerce Vendors, Pvt courier r delivering every product without fail but PostOffice team are nt able to deliver ATM cards/Cheque books & sending back to Banks. Could you pls look into this matter seriously, identify the problems, take necessary action🙏🙏
