@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@dwp dumped the Horizon IT project as unreliable - they cannot claim to have had no knowledge of the problems. If they used Horizon data to prosecute the 10 did they disclose their history with Horizon? Or are they as guilty as @PostOffice of hiding evidence? #PostOfficeScandal

@PostOffice absolute joke of a service. Paid for 48 hour delivery on Wednesday to be delivered today as the parcel is needed for this evening. And now I get told its not going to be delivered until Monday. What's the point of offering if you can't provide the service?

@BadBoukra @scullyp @PostOffice I think every last one of them is hoping to keep their heads in the sand long enough for it to become someone else's 'problem' - exactly the same as PO management. Too late for that, of course, past ministers and Scully should all be answering questions. Too many guilty parties.

Dear @WHSmith + @PostOffice. I want to support you, but #Lowestoft PO changing its opening hours without notice all the time, makes it impossible for those trying to send regular parcels. A scruffy, handwritten sign saying you've decided not to open today (Sat) doesn't cut it.
