@PostOffice have send a parcel from London to India paying 150 pounds with 5 days guarantee delivery its been 10 days now and there is no update, plus customer service isnt reachable and there isnt any response to mails. Best service ever.

@IndiaPostOffice this is ridiculous, worst service ever. Close your support team setup just wasting time, I m waiting for my pan card since last month and today got to know that my pan card returned back why? There is no proper reply from postoffice everyone is just ignoring.

@PostOffice @S_J_Fisher Thank Goodness they didn’t charge you extra as well! That would have been TWO errors by that particular PO as they are not allowed to add to prepaid online postage.

@PostOffice so Ms Orgill thinks it’s ok to have disabled and old people have to travel to sorting office after this piece of crap that works for you thinks it’s funny to only wait 2 seconds at the door ..What a piece of work!!!

However, we want to let our customers know that we are doing our best for them, in sometimes difficult situations,& that we, in PO’s really appreciate their support. &How else do we let customers know that RM are taking our customers.

@StarlingBank @UnknownZhao I have the same issue as well. The @PostOffice card keypad says “Declined” every time I tried to deposit cash.
