    @coopuk yet again no one to work post office local on the #whitwell branch on a Friday night! Why offer a service then not have staff to work the service @PostOffice

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

    @PostOffice I hope you do and I hope she takes action It's getting ridiculous. They're unbelievably rude in there apart from one guy(Usman) behind the counter. The owner just doesn't treat her customers with any respect - constantly shouting and being rude. They better fix up. Annoyed.

    @TimRunsHisMouth @OreoExpress In Portland Oregon the postal service has been continuing to removed postoffice boxes from street corners. I can only assume it’s the Biden administration trying to keep people from voting.

    @RealKiraDavis @USPS This happens in so many neighborhoods with these types of boxes. These boxes are so easy to get into. The PostOffice take months to fix and meanwhile residents are at the mercy of the thieves.

    @PostOffice need urgent assistance asap regarding a live species stuck at one of your post offices after it was meant to be returned to sender the following day. It’s been sat there since the 28th and I can’t get hold of anyone to help.

    @PostOffice Huyton village in Liverpool is quite possibly the worst post office in all the land. Only ever 1-2 people working and the queue is massive! Hats off the one guys working today like but he could do with some help

    @postoffice Please help. I raised a travel insurance claim over 4 months ago and your provider (Collinson) have not provided an update despite multiple promises. All I want is an update not a decision. Does your travel insurance product actually exist? #travelinsurance #claim

    @PostOffice how do I find out if a branch is open or closed? 2nd time I’ve trekked to my local one to find it closed. I am disabled so it’s quite a challenge to get there. I know staffing issues might be a problem at the moment so it would be good if I could check in advance.
