TGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice

  • millyjohnson 📚Milly Johnson Author 🐕🐾🐈‍⬛ (@millyjohnson) reported from Barnsley, England

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported from Sheffield, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

  • timmoncaster Timmy two chins™️©️®️🏳️‍🌈 (@timmoncaster) reported from Whitwell, England

@coopuk yet again no one to work post office local on the #whitwell branch on a Friday night! Why offer a service then not have staff to work the service @PostOffice

  • millyjohnson 📚Milly Johnson Author 🐕🐾🐈‍⬛ (@millyjohnson) reported from Barnsley, England

@PostOffice I need an email address if your telephone lines aren’t open until Monday - I read they were open tomorrow, but your line says you are **** all weekend!!!

  • julescops 🌟Jules🌟 (@julescops) reported from Sheffield, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

  • intuitionismRus Neil Davies (@intuitionismRus) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice Where are the professional bodies here? Individuals are likely to have broken the ethical rules in supporting this - they should loose accreditation; professional bodies could easily loose legitimacy without appropriate action

  • thatdbemethatd me. (@thatdbemethatd) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice The extraordinary thing is just how many jobs people like Venetia have all at the same time. The obscene thing is the damage she caused to people's lives with seemingly no legal consequences.

  • jarede Jared Evans (@jarede) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice It was insane that the otherwise relatively successful CEO of the FAW seemed to want to employ the former HR person from the Post Office. **** knows what was going through his head at that moment.

  • Sploren85 Lauren (@Sploren85) reported

@PostOffice can you help re:drop and go query?

  • clarehayns RevClare (@clarehayns) reported

Deeply sad to read about the terrible way @PostOffice postmasters have been treated, including the Patel’s in Horspath where we used to live. Thanks to @sabahmeddings of @thetimes for highlighting this. #PostOfficeScandal

  • saj__azim ZAYN (@saj__azim) reported from Southport, England

Wasn’t in my office last week did go in on Saturday hope my boss hasn’t messed anything up to make me look bad @PostOffice #ManCity #bwfc #mondaythoughts

  • KRTpro_News KRTpro News (@KRTpro_News) reported

Internet down completly. @PostOffice no customer service on a Sunday. DRACONIAN! @ShellEnergyHome everything offline and have not even been in contact since taking over Post Office Broadband. Not a good sign.

  • journo_kituno Nick Kituno (@journo_kituno) reported

Paula Vennells, who stepped down as @ImperialNHS chair last month, has apologised after 39 @PostOffice subpostmasters' criminal convictions were overturned last week. She has also left other board positions at Morrisons and Dunelm respectively following the court ruling.

  • mjj122 Michael Jennings (@mjj122) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice And innocent people went to prison due to these horrible decisions made by people for bad reasons. Justice requires that the people who made the horrible decitions for bad reasons get the same fate.

  • CrickeyYard Conor K (@CrickeyYard) reported

What sad stories from sub postmasters on the Jeremy Vine show. They should all sue @PostOffice . That poor lady was bullied into resigning and her life and her families destroyed over the past 20 years @theJeremyVine
