@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

Now then @PostOffice to redirect mail "in special circumstances" you say interim death certificate is allowed. But these are only issued as PDF files and the local PO say this is not an original just a printout. Can you help? Back up email from coroner not ok either #surreal

@PostOffice You should not be promising "Insurance" on a service that @postoffice does not directly provide. Royal Mail offer discretionary "Compensation" for loss or damage depending on the service used. There is no insurance policy.

@TherealG_P @PostOffice 100% agree, I don’t see why the woman and every customer in my po should know what I’m sending in detail. From now if it’s soft I’m saying it’s wool and if it’s hard it’s a book.
