@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@EyesWatchin @ElleInTheUK @PostOffice Everyone can use a bank account. Bank accounts have been around more than 300 years. If you have bad credit you can get a basic account. Everyone who can operate a Post Office account for benefits can operate a bank account. Everyone.

@PostOffice Cash is dying out, just like broadcast TV and oil powered cars. BUT we should ensure no one is left behind if cash does disappear. Perhaps the post office should be trying to find solutions to that rather than slowing change. Let’s support those effected not reverse the tide.
