@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice The queue in the PO in Staines was so long today / stretched down most of the store! I wanted stamps. I went elsewhere. Maybe install a stamp machine like there used to be?

@PostOffice the ‘staff’ in your Darlington WHSmith branch are appallingly shocking at customer service. Instead of serving a line of waiting customers they decided to sort out their own BooHoo return parcel and ignore instead and then have attitude when asked 😡 #CustomerService

@PostOffice Hi Tom. I didn’t wait because the queue was so long and it was really warm in the store. I was looking at other items for about 10 minutes and the queue hadn’t moved. There’s never enough staff on.

Think back to when it was just the #postoffice how bad that got. When the courier companies arrived, you could actually guarantee a delivery day, tracking info, it was much cheaper etc. It shook things up for the public. The #nhs needs the equivalent to happen.

I wiped up pee off the PostOffice floor after a kid wet himself, he was crying, the mum was flustered, twas only a dribble, I'm in muck soil & manure all day, a little floor piddle is no problem! She gave me some wipes & I just got on with it, also, he was in a dinosaur T-shirt🥰

@IndiaPostOffice @narendramodi long queues, only 1 counter wrkng & no service. Quite inefficient, this is why customers prefer private courier services. It is interesting how purposely u push people to take private services whl we pay taxes to support u postoffice chandanagar hyd

@HaidoAe You should contact artix support to check why it’s taking so long. But sometimes it’s up to the postoffice, so AE might not be able to help. Should ask the support first though. And this poster is also on sale on heromart.
