@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

So, anyway, besides the gripe about you being stuck in the past.. How about clarifying @PostOffice policy on providing proof of postage .. and if you won't, how about @RoyalMailHelp fix their processes to not require it?

@coyleneil @PostOffice And while you are at it, please ask what's happening at the SE1 sorting office, Mandela Way. We get post once a week at best, every 10 days at worst. Plus, someone there regularly insists we have "gone away" and this holds up the post even more.

When you send something to the country of Georgia and once youve convinced @PostOffice staff that it is indeed a country and not a US state you find the item is on its way to the Falkland Islands because they’re too stupid to realise South Georgia is not Georgia!! 😡😡😡

The culture in @PostOffice is loud and very clear. So many assumptions, that were handed down. No awareness that the contract didn’t actually state Spmrs were responsible for losses that weren’t due to their actions. There was no allowance for that possibility #PostOfficeScandal
