@RetailWAFC @PostOffice So..I ordered the gin (despite the woeful website performance on the day), eventually had a receipt from PayPal saying I had paid for said gin....... and have heard nothing since! Early days under the new regime I know but it makes you wonder how bad things were.

@PostOffice My BRP card is yo collected from your Newcastle under Lyme 43 High Street Post office but due to covid restrictions or unforeseen conditions the said post office is closed I’ve tried contacting via telephone and email. My university enrolment is pending kindly help.

@kr15___ @PostOffice So the police are called and the shop shuts or a staff member has to monitor the queue. Your service is delayed even more and your problem is greater. The staff cannot enforce the rules if the public refuse to follow safety measures. It's not as easy as you may believe.

@PostOffice Branch ST5 1PN indefinitely closed since 8 Jan. On 7Jan counter staff said"Post Office is inside @WHSmith bookshop which is non-essential, cannot remain open in lockdown". PostOffice still an essential service, innit? When would it open?

@KMDgoBlue @angryobrien3 They do it alot where I live it sucks Prime trucks n UPS get overloaded and **** off to postoffice
