@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice Your new post office at Dyce in Aberdeen is a disaster. Always have to wait ages, only ever one very slow untrained person on the till who can't speak English. Why did you move it to a new shop when the old one was far better?

@PostOffice Passing the buck, as usual! Do THEY have a Twitter account? Because this seems to be the only way I can get ANY response. I have been calling that number for THREE days solid. All I get is the recorded message saying that you are too busy to answer phones, then you hang up.

I'll cancel my broadband account with @ShellEnergyHome - I did not sign up to be with them. I was migrated by the @PostOffice - obviously the member of staff on the phone is blaming #thepostoffice for taking money in March. I have been paying "Shell Energy" for more than 4 months

@PostOffice I’ve been told by a clerk in a post office branch that I can only take in 5 letters to be posted at a time (they need to be posted as ‘signed for’). Is this correct? The staff member was very adamant and rude about this.

@PostOffice been to 3 qualifying post offices that had the digital check and send passport service for my teen …1st doesn’t do service anymore , 2nd the system was down and 3rd told me they need a countersignature ? Think your website needs updating with correct information .
