@PostOffice @RoyalMintUK Been to 4 local PO counters(you closed down all our branches) none of them have been sent the 50ps, ironically not delivered on time. Only wanted 1 for my pops who collects coins. Reminiscent of the Alphabet 10p wild goose chase 🙄 Good luck searchers!

@postoffice you truly provide the worst service , Chester branch closed, a trek to Ellesmere Port to renew passport to be told it’s broken, no info on website or phone you can get through on , told to try my luck in Liverpool, do your branches not have the ability

@PostOffice That's not true is it? You've just picked up the phone and you guarantee during your migration that there will be no interruption in service. So just send out a new modem and tell me when it's coming and that cottage can get back online. Stop abdicating your responsibility.

@RoyalMail was supposed to collect a parcel from us today before 1.45pm. Where the hell are they? We have better things to do than wait in all morning and afternoon for someone who hasn’t arrived on time! We pay extra for this ‘service’! #postoffice #royalmail
