@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice I was never given a separate receipt as made clear, so the fact that this hasn't made it to the returns centre is on Royal Mail and the person at the till. Are you sure there is no way despite having the date and time with session number?

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Helpful then the post office has separate rules for domestic and int shipments. Of course, they could always do what I wanted, which is to adapt the service for everyone so that the shipments are labelled and sorted accordingly. I've asked for change. HTH.

@PostOffice I went home. The old branch was so much better, if there was a queue there was a drop off point. I pay postage online and still have to queue up. Why call it Drop & Go and then have to queue. No drop off point. How can there be such a poor service in a City centre?

My advice is to never sign up to @ShellEnergyHome. I had no choice as they took over my postoffice broadband. I have lost days of work because of them. Please do your research, because if you hit problems, they will not respond...

@AlihussainST There is a lot of miss-selling by @RoyalMail @PostOffice - they never quote you the right price eg: if you want it signed for & ask for that they will sell you the price for ‘special delivery £5.10 tracked and signed for’ where as the one you asked is just signed for & cost £1.90

. @PostOffice why not a single self service machine at Woolwich Arsenal #PostOffice is functional? only 2 manned windows working, the queue is exceeding 45 min. while a guy at your #financialServices glass box is sitting there playing on the phone.
