@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice hi. Can you help please? Posted something special delivery on Saturday and the tracking still says it is at the delivery office. It needs to arrive by Thursday. Went into local post office who weren’t much help.

@imteddybless @PostOffice Beth, the exact same thing happened to me in September and I didn't manage to get anywhere -in the end I had to cancel my PO insurance and go with a different provider. I hope they solve it for you.

@PostOffice all old digital machines have been taken away by postofice. It should have been replaced by tablet but all nearby postoffices are still waiting for tablet delivery. still cant find a branch which has digital service.

@HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

@PostOffice So you launched a new system without checking it worked. The Post Office has learned a lot from the Horizon failure, hasn't it? And by the way, it's not a handful of branches that cannot offer the service, it's all of them

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I’ve done that and they told me to go to my post office to see if they were still at the post office. My post office refused to do anything. You’re both useless aren’t you. Neither of you are actually willing to help any customers are you? You just pass the blame on to each other
