@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice £1000 missing from my account .. after depositing way back 30/10/2021 at one of your branches .. I have emailed customer service on the 7th November and still no work back also a complaint was raised on Monday the 8th .. still no word back!!!

Went to the #postoffice yesterday. Oh. My. God. I weighed and purchased postage for a small pkg using self-help machine. Bought some stamps. No problem. But trying to mail the stuff?!? Every single slot, mailbox, pkg thing was FULL. GRRRR!!!! 🤬

India not having PINCODE tied to a geographical location have created a problem for me. @IndiaPostOffice PINCODE in India is tied to a post-office and therefore your PINCODE can change when a new post office is created or a postoffice shuts down.

@PostOffice If you could please report this and let me know the outcome. I should not feel pressured into wearing a mask when it is not mandated. The owners of this establishment should not be able to force this upon anybody especially as they facilitate a public service.

Since @PostOffice moved into @WHSmith it's become an absolute joke. Massive queues and never enough post office staff but whsmith staff stood about doing nothing!

Went to #PostOffice yesterday, they say come 2morrow since its already past 12pm. Today i went, they say come on monday since system not working !! it take at least 3 days to post one letter in Imphal. #Manipur. @IndiaPostOffice

@PostOffice One person on the desk, none of the self service machines in use... Poor show in Peterborough town centre Post Office. Over 45 min wait and still didn't get served.
