@PostOffice I t is sad that I have to contact you again about the same thing. I went to the same branch of the post office on Friday at 5pm and it was the same ******* ****. I saw 2 members of staff and a queue of 20 people and this post office have space for 4 members of staff.

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice Not that my transaction will make a huge difference but it does contribute to it. It’s called customer service for a reason. It has been like this pre pandemic so I don’t think this is even an excuse. Get a better excuse for a crap customer service or get a new job.

Is there anyone that is able to help me get in contact with the Post Office? I sent a parcel to USA on the 24th November,international standard. Should have arrived within 6-7 working days and it hasn't arrived I understand covid has had a toll on deliveries etc but..@PostOffice
