@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice 2/2 service is not for for purpose. As stated, the staff at these Post Offices have assured the sender that they've declared and paid everything for EU delivery. Are the post office now charging without ensuring proper postage? Why are the staff unaware of what needs to be done?

Sent small gift from UK @PostOffice to SA @PostofficeSa I asked for a certificate of postage. Was informed ‘it’s South Africa, I doubt it really matters’ at first I found it funny having lived there, but not good service at all, if they know that why allow me to post?

@PostOffice just had a very unpleasant encounter with Havant sorting office, lady at desk exceptionally rude as I dared to ring bell twice! I didn't know if she heard it, had cheek to say "didn't you hear it ring?" How did she know I wasn't hard of hearing!!! Needs retraining

@PostOffice @MrWeir Had the same issue. Post master didn’t mention tariff codes to me at all when I posted something to Belgium on the 3rd Sept. it still hasn’t arrived despite low value, a gift and recipient paying €25 admin free on 10th Sept to release parcel in Belgium!

@PostOffice Your #Beckenham branch is an absolute disgrace and your staff are beyond rude, how can i attempt to complete my SIA Application and ur rude staff tell me my bank statements arnt sufficient because i printed them from my online banking?

@PostOffice Yes print them myself I run a printing business so no issues with the printers I use . Post maybe ,4-5 items per week never no issues with the rest, then we get random ones that don't scan . Post office can't even accept the qr code in the email . It comes up unknown

@RebeccaWarhurs3 @PostOffice Friends/family have paid for numerous items/gifts from UK to Portugal and have been told to their face it's all in order only to have it impounded, returned and most recently charged for at this end. PO has put the onus on the customer instead of rolling out new methods in branch
