@PostOffice Not happy with your Peterborough WHSmith branch. Website says open, Went down and they had a sign saying they closed at 2.30 today. Now I need to go another day but how can I know they are even OPEN?!

@PostOffice Prepaid, click and drop labels. It seems you and the RM are not aligned. Without RM the PO is nothing, without the PO the RM cannot offer a service. My other option is to use Hermes and DPD. Is that the PO/RM future plans, watch customers disappear ?

Fact. if you post first class tracked next day delivery and pay £12 to the post office. They will not process a complaint about lack of delivery / or investigate for 10 days. Still not there 5 out 6 deliveries! Fuuuk&&g useless #postoffice #ineptordishonest

@eBay @eBay_UK My item was faulty. After seller didn't respond u sent wrong return label tht said upto 2kg & until 12Jan21. Postoffice refused to accept as it weighed 13kg. Then lockdown started 18Dec & u closed request on 20Dec citing an email! Now refusing to help & I'm stuck!!

@PostOffice We kept saying to them “It’s the USA not Europe” but they refused to the point of being rude. So a parcel that could have gone on the 23rd now misses its postal deadline and will be delayed. How do I sort this out? I’m pretty cross

@PostOffice I could give you a list Courtney but this was Didcot. Mind you, any Post Office in the local area will treat customers with contempt in my experience.
