Joanne Devine (@josteph1723) reported from Wakefield, England@PostOffice This has to be the most useless broadband service I have ever had the misfortune of paying for! You are providing me with a service not fit for purpose! Your customer service is useless!!! Do you think people only have issues during office hours!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
-
Richard Shaw-Wright (@thersw) reported from Wakefield, England@PostOffice Hi Courtney, it's the one in Outwood, Wakefield. The computer was down.
-
Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported from Sheffield, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

📚Milly Johnson Author 🐕🐾🐈⬛ (@millyjohnson) reported from Barnsley, England@PostOffice I need an email address if your telephone lines aren’t open until Monday - I read they were open tomorrow, but your line says you are **** all weekend!!!
-
Paul Cannell (@PaulCannellSW) reported from Mirfield, EnglandGreat service by the lovely staff @ Mirfield @PostOffice thank you. You put #Cleckheaton branch to shame. (So unbelievably rude and awkward today in Cleck :( )
-
📚Milly Johnson Author 🐕🐾🐈⬛ (@millyjohnson) reported from Barnsley, England@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!
-
Lisa Mason (@LisaMason01) reported from Wakefield, EnglandHi @PostOffice I’ve taken out travel insurance with you, but received no docs by email. Now worried I’ve given you wrong email! Help! 😬
-
helenfrancesbull (@helenfrancesbul) reported from Sheffield, EnglandTGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice
-
🌟Jules🌟 (@julescops) reported from Sheffield, England@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

(((robingillis)))✡🦁🐇🐱 (@sweepybuns) reported@Rob_ThaBuilder @lily_lna @PostOffice She's a CUSTOMER.
-
Harrovian TERF (@HarrovianTERF) reported@RLK303303 @PostOffice Oh!? I thought it was a member of staff. A customer? I wonder who the worker was who found the cocktail dress too revealing.
-
Matthew Smith (@Matthew58392631) reported@SeddSezz Thankfully his message doesn't go very far. But his betrayal of postoffice staff should never be forgotten!!
-
CJ (@CarolynOgden) reported@JamesMelville Totally agree. I tried to help a 93 lady. Bright and chatty not IT literate, couldn’t pay her TV licence at our local PostOffice so drove her to CoOp. Didn’t have a bar code do we gave up. She said “the world is against me now I am old” broke my heart @PatrickChristys
-
Joseph K Bennett (@JosephKBennett) reported@keir50443 @lily_lna @PostOffice That is by far the likeliest explanation and you know it. Postmasters / staff would not give a monkeys about a customer wearing an evening dress. Their pyjamas or a dressing gown? Maybe
-
YawningChasm (@NoWorseThanYou) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice They put a note on their own notice board while you were in the shop.. and then what ? Pointed at the sign and said ‘hey’ ? People will believe any crap at all these days
-
dominos man 183 (@Dominos183) reported@lily_lna @twasthentisnow @PostOffice Oh **** yeah. Forgot customers dont know what modesty is. Stfu stupid *** ***.
-
Kathy Prendergast (@kathy29983) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice Presumably they have the same policy about men coming into the Post Office exposing their backs or chests. It' just the female version of the "No shirt, no service" rule. Yeah, it's an old and fuddy-duddy rule. but it's really not all that difficult to follow.
-
Colin Butler, CSCS (@foxygrandpafit) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice This is ridiculous because I wore the same thing at Post Office and didn't have any issues.
-
charlotte. (@berrycakes) reported@lily_lna @PostOffice I get that some people fetishise backs. But they also fetishise toes. Should we say ‘don’t come in wearing flip flops.’ No, because that’s dumb. Just like this. This dress wasn’t inappropriate. Anyone thinking it is seriously needs to consider that they in fact are the problem.
