    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

    @PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

    How could a post office be so careless. No wonder people are afraid to put their money at postoffice. please resolve this as quickly as possible. No bank will take more than 2 days to unfreeze a savings account. only at postoffice could this go on for 6 months with no resolution.

    @PReidie @PostOffice As Sian said, PO’s are closing because many aren’t viable businesses. My retail side props up the PO loss every month. We want to remain in our Community but faced with poor remuneration & online transactions, it’s not easy. The future is bleak. Not the customers fault, I know.

    @AmazonHelp yes, my tracking updates said that it was delivered in my mailbox yesterday afternoon but it wasn’t. don’t think it was an issue on your end, but rather my postoffice lost the package/put it in the wrong mailbox & they said i might have to request a replacement. pain.

    @FUTMilkydinho Been Trying to return the ones I got first, but their to big to fit in the slot and they want me to pay extra for postage and I’m not willing to so kinda stuck atm 😒 sort it out @PostOffice terrible service!
