@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

I was under the impression that #India is improving so as institutions like #postoffice @IndiaPostOffice but..have been trying to get duplicate cheque issued for the #RD matured in 2016 but no one is bothered to help..

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It isn’t at collection point- or if it is your post office is closed there’s no info as to how or where I can get my parcel from? Your customer service team seem to think it’s a post office problem- they aren’t picking up. The post office central no doesn’t allow human contact

@PostOffice Thanks Stephen, it would be really helpful if there could be an auto reply with this information when the customer care email is used. Currently there is no reply at all (after > week) to email sent to the customer care address, making folk wonder if it has been received or not.

@PostOffice 2 years ago you closed our local PO and moved it into the local petrol station. Now it’s never open, I went today to do something urgent only to find it’s closed until Wednesday! What kind of service is this? This is a very common occurrence

I do my best to avoid @PostOffice as the service is always dreadful and they thrive on petty bureaucracy. I had the unfortunate need to visit one today. As usual they lived up to being inflexible and awful. #fail #CustomerService

Dreadful service from @PostOffice banking today when trying to sort out some stuff for mums probate. They had issued a letter with incorrect details. I wanted them to reissue it with correct detail but not disclose any data to me and they point blank refused

@PostOffice All I was asking for is for a letter to be reissued to my dad with the correct details on. The only option given to me is that my dad has to ring them. I was not asking for any info to be disclosed to me at all. My dad is 84 and dealing with a bereavement so trying to help

What an absolute joke! Booked travel insurance with .@PostOffice over two weeks ago now via a quote from @comparethemkt. Have been charged and STILL have zero confirmation of my policy. I have reached out several times and recieved ZERO help (other than DMs advising me to email)
