@PostOffice - your detailed opening hours do not rally with your actual hours. You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

I'm really disappointed by @PostOffice insurance. Pushing for world wide travel, no recognition that last year was a **** show (pocket the money). Who knows what this year brings but still pushing worldwide insurance... wow...

Had to visit my local @HalifaxBank and @PostOffice today and was shocked to see the customers in front of me had to put their pin number in the machine at the counter inside the bank and it's not cleaned down before the next customer. That's just CRAZY

@PostOffice who do I contact regaards a complaint? Ive been trying to close an account for months, I've sent several letters, in response I get another letter back, requesting more information, information which previously has been sent. Complete incompetence by the post office.

@PostOffice Do NOT use the Global Express. It's an absolute swizz. I spent £75.65 last Monday to send a credit card from Cornwall to Egypt for what was meant to be a 3 day service. It still hasn't arrived. My nephew is now running out of money & is stuck in Cairo. Outrageous

@PostOffice I’ve moved house, using new post office for drop & go. Asked them for more sheets. They looked at my blankly & said I have to print them. Previous office gave them to me. I don’t have a printer. How can I use this service still ?
