    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    @PostOffice This has to be the most useless broadband service I have ever had the misfortune of paying for! You are providing me with a service not fit for purpose! Your customer service is useless!!! Do you think people only have issues during office hours!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

    @PostOffice I get that. I too have admin tasks but they are scheduled for when there is the least impact to the customer I service. And rudeness, by the manager, is not accepted at any time.

    @PostOffice There is no respect with your customers! First you have sent my package that should go to Brazil to my own house (sender of the letter). Now, employees didn't even apologize fo it, my package GOT LOST and I don't have an answer for my complaints. Worst service ever!

    @PostOffice Broadband go live date was due 24th Feb, still waiting and noone is contacting us even though I ring on a daily basis. Imagine how difficult it is to online teach without broadband. Please fix this today or release me from my contract so I can go elsewhere.
