@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

Hmm our @PostOffice branch transactions conducted half a mile away are showing up as from a place far away. Which is kind of amusing, and probably because it's a temporary branch, but could cause problems in a banking security check...

@PostOffice Thanks. I hope you all realise there the hardship you are putting the residents under… especially the elderly… To take two weeks (and counting) to fix/replace a postal terminal is disgraceful and you are obsoleting yourselves. We will be making a formal complaint
