    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    @PostOffice My Son Mr Akshay Pareek from London has sent a parcel from London by Royal Mail - Tracing No RL 455336169GB on 04 th July . It has not been delivered yet at my Kolkata office . On tracing On 12 th July Kolkata GPO , has sent it to Mumbai. Please help.

    @billricardi @PostOffice Ug. Yeah, it's a pain. I got totally ignored one time, got one of literally 35 usability problems fixed in a program at work, and once actually got the IT guy to respond immediatly and fix the problem.

    @PostOffice Thanks for the offer of help, but using the sorting office is actually better than the post office, my issue is with Royal Mail saying that them accepting and actually scanning a tracked item (and tracking showing it being accepted and moving through their system) is not enough
