@PostOffice Well you need to sort this out as the parcel has not been returned and he said when it was delivered he would throw. So who is in charge of the @RoyalMailHelp in Ullapool which is in the same building which he sorts. In that case it’s bad customer service on both of you

@Mphillips_LDFC @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I expect to get the proof of postage for items I post. I require it should one of those go missing and I need to claim. Its a service offered so it should be provided regardless. The staff will still get their wage, their gripe is it seems they don't get a penny per proof printed

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Could you please advise who is responsible for the refund then & how one goes about it. If the PO takes the payment for a service, where do they stop being responsible? Genuine question. Manager at Camberley PO was incredibly rude & unhelpful & threw a pen at him for his tel. No.

@PostOffice I’m still reporting him for bad customer service telling me he was going to throw my parcel away and that’s theft. Perhaps check his cctv and see what he actually said?

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Funnily enough the same person sorts out royal mail in Ullapool @RoyalMailHelp so this needs to be sorted or it’s theft. It’s bad customer service on both parts then.
