@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice standing outside what passes for a post office in Fakenham. Sign in the window says Open, door has been locked for 20 minutes and counting with no explanation, and there's a sign saying they're out of 2nd class stamps. Half an hour each way by bus to next available

Anyone else having problems with the 'Captcha' verification on @PostOffice and @DPDgroup_news tracking on their websites? I gave up with DPD after it kept giving me ever more bicycles, crossways & traffic lights to tick, after getting the first one correct! Useless!
