@PostOffice @rebecca59904747 This response from PO is getting old. WHSmiths have had this franchise for a few years now. Service levels are declining and deplorable. When are PO actually going to reconsider this franchise. Do something.

@PostOffice can you confirm times for Truro post office please as your website says open all day Monday to Friday plus Saturdays and Sunday but the sign in the post office says mom-fri 9-3 and closed all weekend

The @PostOffice is keen to position itself a sort of bank esp since so many branches are closing. But mine will never cash up change or provide change. And gets huffy if I try and deposit it.

@IndiaPostOffice Inefficient service provider.. Had a #speedpost to be delivered to me. Tracking says insufficient address and returned. I didn't receive any call. Went to #postoffice , was told new postman doesn't know locations properly. Calling him , no response. What to do?
