@rsmck @PostOffice The quality of service is very variable especially for newer locations. I've been told it was "impossible" to get proof of posting as a stamp was already on the letter. Yet walked into another post office with life long staff and walked away in 20 seconds with "impossible" proof.

@Mark_Fell_Photo @PostOffice Our local sorting office is open 8am-2pm on 4 weekdays 😢 I do click & drop too although not as cheap as it used to be of course! There are plenty of times I have paid though, must spend £500 there a year on top of my prepaid. Not a great service!

@PostOffice can you help? Passport check & send done at Portree post office in February. Passport office have never received application. Portree post office suddenly closed up, no idea if application still in post office. Was paid for at post office counter, how do we get refund

Checked tracking on a parcel sent to Sweden full of originals and apparently its destination is Switzerland? RM told me it isnt their problem and I should speak to the post office who then told me they don't know what to do. Where do I even go from here @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice
