@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

So I sent a parcel through @IndiaPostOffice on 22nd to leh. it still hasn't reached . You call the customer care team. They don't pick up.complaint registration site, doesn't seem to be working. So I went to the nearest POstoffice at sector 30 noida. People seem so disinterested

Why am I being charged £7 for an underpaid item sent by a friend that was posted at a post office @RoyalMail ? Surely the @PostOffice staff know how to weigh something 😡 it’s also taken them 3 weeks to tell me. 💩service as usual 🤬
