You are closed all W’end I now find & I need to immediately cancel a travel policy which I bought today, couldn’t get through by phone - tried for 11/2 hours I’m claiming my cooling off period!!

RM understandably don't want to have to pay the Post Office fees/commissions so encourage people to buy online. Also better for customer service issues afterwards.
