    My mum is witnessing the standard behaviour South of the wall unfortunately. I can never pay my scottish money into my bank account at @PostOffice as they refuse it.

    @PostOffice That's why it was purchased via click & drop 🙄. How are items supposed to enter the postal system if the post office doesn't accept a service?

    @PostOffice I did call and have registered a complaint but am not holding out much hope. I've been a Post Office travel insurance customer for about 20 years and just wanted to share with others how you're treating customers during the pandemic.
