@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

@PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

@PostOffice Still think a parcel limit makes sense, perhaps it might encourage selfless individuals like this to use your multiple parcel service.
-
Sam Panasuik (@SamPanasuik) reported
@PostOffice Hello! I constantly struggle to buy special delivery bags online. I want to repeat my order but it fails every time. Can you help?

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice And if I, or anyone believes that they may need to film someone, because they made need it as evidence it’s legal. I could have very easily uploaded the video and cut the last 1-2 sec. I didn’t cos why I may have been rude there’s no excuse for been discriminated against

Michael Dahlh (@dahlh_michael) reported
@RoyalMailHelp i'm living in a newish build area. 1st class letters take 5 working days for delivery. Can it be that your auto sorting machine still doesn't recognize the postcode? Google still doesn't know it nor did Postoffice service finder online so it wouldn't surprise me.

Paul (@somehumanname) reported
Whatever happened to those calls to #defund the #postoffice or at least fire the lazy people. Every package i get is put in a puddle next to my garage. She is too lazy to get out of the van. Just drops the package out the window. 🤬 No help from @usps
-
Jonathan (@_ecaillesdelune) reported
@PostOffice I've never heard of this before. Every time I use the post office I get a proof of postage for everything I post, but this time I don't have one, so if anything goes wrong with the delivery then I have absolutely no proof that the items have been posted.
-
Atmywitsend (@Atmywitsend3) reported
@PostOffice @StuartWalden The customer may not have to wait for their multiple parcels to be processed but it still takes a counter clerk to process all their “drop and go” multiple parcels. The other customers have to wait either way. So sorry Stuart
-
Rob M (@rwmitch_) reported
@StuartWalden @PostOffice Annoying thing is though that if we did that we would then have some customers complaining to the Post Office about it, and the PO would support them in the argument.
-
JT (@HeavensNight_JT) reported
@pinknouveau @PostOffice Same. I think it's Post Office staff 'thing' to be snooty and rude.
-
Penny Mac (@PenelopeMKZ) reported
@pinknouveau @PostOffice They have to be rude cos Covid. They're doing it to be kind.
