Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@Kate18660449 Why I bank with two different banks. In case one has an internet outage. The C/w where I am closed the branch and removed the ATM. Now have to use the PostOffice and pay additional fees. Just using online banking for that. Use cash for everything I can.

Help! I have an old £10 note & old £5 note. Nowhere will exchange them. I’ve been told the only thing I can do is pay them into my bank account, but @LloydsBank have shut all the local branches, & @PostOffice will only take cheques, not cash. Any other ideas?

@PostOffice Sorry, I meant to say that although I asked the retailer if they did Local Collect I can't be sure from what they said until I order. So I wished to have the back up of the Poste Restante service but those locations aren't listed on your website. Thanks.
