Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

I got two cards in the mail today. I moved in October, today I got a thank you card mailed November 12th (87 days ago) and a Christmas card mailed December 12th (57 days ago). The @USPS continues to clear a low bar of expectations. Someone should fix the #PostOffice.

@RoyalMailHelp So, the only way to post internationally is to set up an online account, pay online, print off the labels, then take to the @PostOffice - in the midst of a cyber attack, I’m very reluctant to do anything online! When will full service actually be resumed?????

High street banks - we all need them occasionally. As a @CooperativeBank customer I can pay in cheques at @PostOffice. Why can't this service be extended so all banking needs can be accessed there? @GMB
