Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@PostOffice I cannot understand why, if there is no queue at the counter, counter staff have been told they are now unable to serve customers just wanting to post items, especially when there are only 2 self-service machines AND a long queue. What is this new policy?
