Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@IndiaPostOffice Whether there is any process of resolution of complain or sarkari company hai to chalta hai type of attitude. Whether any action taken to pardih postoffice. Atleast you should call us if you don't want to go out from office, we will collect the same from post office.

Why did @PostOffice refuse to accept my @monzo debit card? I’ve never even heard of that being an issue anywhere before! After a bit of a to do they eventually “tried it” (it worked) but why?! Awful customer service.

I bank with @HSBC_UK @HSBC and was referred to the @PostOffice this morning because the counter service in my local HSBC is not actually open as per the TV campaign. It’s in the small print apparently! Even the post office refused to bank our piggy bank money! #poorservice #lazy

@PostOffice @DavidPoulden @One4allGiftUK You need to be inclusive by law. Just as you need fire extinguishers in your buildings by law. There's no need to continually ram this down peoples throats day in day out. We want to mail letters with you, not be reminded you follow the law and are projecting an agenda.
