Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@PostOffice according to your website, Fareham PO16 offer the photo driving card licence renewal service? Since I can only speak to a robot on the phone that “cannot help [me]”, please could you confirm I only need my current licence and a payment method to use this service?

@postoffice I raised issue on TUESDAY. The Post Office is OPEN UNTIL 5.30!!!! Why would they not keep post and process after thief lunch??? You are actually talking rubbish. They are rude about drop and go. Yvonne in particular. She left my post FOR DAYS last week.

@PostOffice @CllrBSilvester Come on guys, that's a nice response and it makes a change to get some decent service. There was a time when I would have cringed at "Yo'all have a nice day now" too, but that seems to have become the norm. Maybe "I wish you a long and happy life" would be similarly fitting?

@PostOffice Posted first class, next day delivery, on Thursday 3rd December, arrived Tuesday 8th December. This service is an absolute joke. Not the first time this has happened. In future will switch to alternative company!
