As happy as i was with @PostOffice service for my foreign currency order, I really have to question why they thought it ok to have almost no small change in the order? Of ~70 bills 49 of them were $50. No $10 bills at all. Who on earth thinks that's sensible or acceptable?

@PostOffice You see how this is a flawed system? Do you think everyone is in a position to just replace their whole going away money because the local Post Office couldn’t fulfil their order? This is placing my entire trip in jeopardy and I don’t feel any effort has been made to help.

@PostOffice Apologies, I had just assumed if one advisor wasn't available another would pick up the thread. A colleague has just taken the parcel back to the PO & it was accepted without issue. I'm relieved by that but still quite angry that someone who clearly hasn't been fully trained and
