@PostOffice hi there, you are promoting your digital passport renew service,just travelled to Halifax to details told system not working,not post office fault but @GOVUK I was told no idea when may work again,when your only choice is Halifax or hudds what good is this to anyone.

@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@PostOffice Will not allow my energy support voucher to be added to my meter. This is because my voucher says top up key and I have a card (smart metre) Total refusal even with ID. Cost of living and being perdantic is not a good look. Please address
