@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

@PostOffice I've purchased a recorded delivery label online, and tried to post the item. There was one staff member on self service who said to scan it there, but that didn't work. She said the other staff member was counting money so after already queuing, I'd need to come back in an hour.

@classiccarguru1 @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Problem is neither of your vehicles are eligible yet. This from govt website “If your vehicle was … registered before 8 January 1981, you do not need to pay vehicle tax from 1 April 2021.” Yours will therefore be eligible from 01/04/22. Also, not true of *ALL* P.O. date stamps.

@PostOffice Thank you. I have an issue every time I use this branch, and they've lost a parcel previously too. I had previously written in but it doesn't seem to improve unfortunately 😔
