@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

@PostOffice @DeborahMeaden @RoyalMail If you get as bad as EVRI and its sub contractors - Mail missing for 20 days here, there will be a revolte; I swear they are looking for ways to sell lost mail claimed from insurers like lost luggage. It should be illegal, fully, to sell lost items that have had a destination.
