@IndiaPostOffice Consignment EO453536967IN was booked at Keonjhar on 5-Jul21 to Bangalore. Till date it is not delivered. Following the tracking details, hv visited the concerned postoffice 4 times. They are saying parcel is missing and to file a complaint against them.(2nd Post)

@Monark_Cameras @PostOffice Unfortunately most rechargeable batteries are lithium and are prohibited, the trouble is low paid clerks are expected to be experts in every blooming thing. It sounds like a genuine error here as its such a minefield

@PostOffice @KT57014 I have had exactly the same problem. It just depends on luck who serves you. You get a different price each time. £3.20 for a small padded envelope once.. I was sick of being ripped off so use @Hermes now.
