@PostOffice This has to be the most useless broadband service I have ever had the misfortune of paying for! You are providing me with a service not fit for purpose! Your customer service is useless!!! Do you think people only have issues during office hours!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

and nobody said there was any issue, today I called you guys again and you said that the document was sent back to BR. Nobody from PostNL was/is helping with anything. I have confirmed with Brazilian postoffice, everything went correctly and when it arrived here it was neglected.

As there's no local HSBC here any more, I paid in a cheque via the @PostOffice but after three days there's no sign of it on my account. So I pulled out the receipt... and it says "amount: 0.000". Sigh... How long will it take them to fix THIS f*** up?!

@PostOffice why did I pay for a tracking service when I now can’t locate the package I sent as your system doesn’t recognise the reference number even though it’s printed from the post office?

@PostOffice @emma_mitchener @RoyalMailHelp Royal Mail are not tweeting smug comments about a global computer network outage. They are not that childish. Why don't you do something useful Tom? Like report all your corrupt colleagues to the police, before someone else does?

@PostOffice these are the same people who are confrontational when I refuse to use first class service or any other service they want to make money on. I am not an happy customer. I am on your case now! Where is this cash disappearing to, I wonder

@PostOffice At least we don’t have to deal with rude people behind the counters. Job worth assistants who don’t understand the meaning of a working assistant dog and they think they can just ask the customer to leave. Ridiculous

@PostOffice It’s a post office. Standards with consistency should apply. Why don’t you do your job and get it on the way to be solved. Go that extra mile and sed to them. One of the legacy of customer care- the extra mile. I presume you know that

@alisonmc1621 Hi, customs charges are applied by the boarder agency in the destination country. We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about the service in branch. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. >Mayah

@ReveszAngela @PostOffice Kind of forced, not by Post Office but by my consulate who asked specifically "Post Office certified". I know, "if not happy go somewhere else" but £12.75 for looking at single page is excessive. Not asking solve math problem, a riddle or have high knowledge, less than 1 min job.
