    Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

    Do not use this, there are better currency exchange around and with significantly better customer service @PostOffice

    @PostOffice unwelcoming, slow service, empty shelves, inefficient, staff ignoring the queue and just doing what appears to be nothing. No wonder people use other couriers now

    @PostOffice I tried speaking to Royal Mail but maybe you can help as they haven't been any help You are wrongly listing a post box as a post office on your website. It is a house that used to be a post office about 10 years or so ago, but is now a house with a post box.

    @PostOffice @41vtghost i also purchased the postage in branch using the self service and the lady came over to collect my letter and wasnt told they cant be accepeted! now my letter is just sat in milton kenynes with no movement

    Worst service by @PostOffice Article No:CU454926840IN didn't reached to me . NO ONE HAS even contact me ever before returning from one office to other.

    I got two cards in the mail today. I moved in October, today I got a thank you card mailed November 12th (87 days ago) and a Christmas card mailed December 12th (57 days ago). The @USPS continues to clear a low bar of expectations. Someone should fix the #PostOffice.

    High street banks - we all need them occasionally. As a @CooperativeBank customer I can pay in cheques at @PostOffice. Why can't this service be extended so all banking needs can be accessed there? @GMB
