    Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

    @PostOffice Not for much longer at ours in Heywood. It is closing down and we are going to get a little counter in a shop in much smaller premises. Thousands signed a petition but all of the services you are promoting here will be denied to people of Heywood. Disgraceful @PostOffice

    @PostOffice how come it takes forever to switch our internet back on after we paid our bill We paid it yesterday morning Your customer service team said it will be on from that morning til end of yesterday then said it will take up 24 hours from the payment now saying 72 hours

    @PostOffice all those who are looking for broad band please avoid this it’s total rubbish. I tried ringing them they don’t answer their WiFi doesn’t work I end up using my mobile data. I am stuck with them because of the 12 month contract. It’s total bull crap

    @angelateeling What do we know about that Local @PostOffice postman/woman who walk in all types of weather to deliver letter parcels. For me it’s how they spend a little extra time to talk to people in the community like elderly who got nobody else to talk to. We should all support #PostOffice

    @PostOffice Really disappointed today with the service at my local post office at maghuall square L31. I had bought some euros and realised shortly after that I should have bought currency for Chech Crown for Prague. Explaining the situation and with my full receipt.

    @PostOffice The lift was partially out of action due to staff moving items. So 3-4 times I had to walk up to flight of stairs. When I questioned this staff were rude and didn’t offer to help me.

    @RoyalMail if you want to protect revenue you really must ensure that @PostOffice tells counter staff to cancel #stamps on over ease secure/barcoded mail as well as inland. Today they were perfectly happy to cancel stamps on Large Letters & parcels, and on Special Delivery 1/2

    @PostOffice Well @PostOffice and @RoyalMail we shall see if they bother and regardless it’s a farce and the page should state the rate varies and saying it mentions it on the previous page (below the big red button saying get quite) is at the very least poor UX
