    @PostOffice @shell @FirstUtilitySL I want to tell the world these companies are absolute bastards to deal with in a crisis. House burns down and these all chased me for months wanting payments for a home I wasnt even allowed to enter. I’m spreading the word.

    @PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

    @PostOffice Your not though. You are forcing people to make non essential journeys. Funny how they have all shut since they knew they were to be paid. Appalling service in this area, no two ways about it.

    @PostOffice hi there, you are promoting your digital passport renew service,just travelled to Halifax to details told system not working,not post office fault but @GOVUK I was told no idea when may work again,when your only choice is Halifax or hudds what good is this to anyone.

    @PostOffice @JasonMcCartney can you shed any light onto the abysmal service in the Holme Valley. Holmfirth shut, Scholes shut, New Mill afternoons only & currently approx 40 people queuing. People having to make car journeys to find post offices that are open. @HolmeValleyNLab

    @PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

    @PostOffice Travelled 50 miles to renew a photcard license and the machine was broken. Why is the post office offering this service when no branches have working facilities? No branches are contactable as no one answers a phone and the website is very poor for up to date information.

    @PostOffice I use RM click&drop, went to post office and told I have not paid correct international postage price and refused to take my business parcels, despite size and weight etc all correct and prepaid. Can someone help with this?

    @PostOffice first time at a Post Office in ages, only one person behind counter despite being only PO in the City Centre, 30+ people in the queue, self service machines broken, absolute disgrace how this company has gone downhill

    @PostOffice Only PO have such half-arsed idiots who don't know that Dubai is a city, or even second city, of UAE, not a country. Incredible what talentless morons that PO employs, seemingly without a care in the world, because they just ask gov for more money when their stupid ideas fail!

    Always put an hour a side to go to the @PostOffice. A service that is clearly needed but that has absolutely dire service. How can I think having one person 4 a q of 10 people practical?

    @PostOffice insurance, had to phone customer helpline earlier regarding policy. What a palaver! As a person with #Dyslexia, @BDAdyslexia its complicated. Lots of typing, particularly part of policy no. No ability to speak this. It took me 3 attempts to get right. Please review!

    @RoyalMailHelp I need some help with a parcel claim. I sent a parcel @postoffice but staff put wrong postcode on the proof of posting certificate, it was correct on parcel. He didn't change it when I told him. Now it's not been received by recipient. What do I do?

    @PostOffice A month later and still no update. No wonder so many people are disappointed by the service they get from the Post Office when a simple offer of help is not followed up on. I decided to bypass you altogether and update my passport. It was quicker than waiting for your response!
