@PostOffice hi there, you are promoting your digital passport renew service,just travelled to Halifax to details told system not working,not post office fault but @GOVUK I was told no idea when may work again,when your only choice is Halifax or hudds what good is this to anyone.

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice my husband has just been in to renew a passport for my daughter with check and send service. The person he dealt was so rude and unhelpful he’s come away upset and flustered with no idea what we do now! This woman is consistently rude 😖

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, you might want to warn people against sending anything valuable by @RoyalMail. Service in some parts of the country seems to have completely broken down and our local @PostOffice is telling customers not to send any parcels 2nd Class. 1/2 #royalmail

Went to post some Christmas Cards in a local postbox and 2 envelopes dropped out because the box was THAT full. So collections are irregular and yet you'd think the PostOffice service would be better, what with shares better and their new parcel service and postage increasing !!

Dear @PostOffice. My mother in law is 80 and lives alone. She moved her line to @VodafoneUK. It is over a fortnight and her old number has not been transferred. @VodafoneUK have been helpful but have not received it. When I call you I am fobbed off and get nowhere. Please help!

@IndiaPostOffice We have asked in the Bathubazar postoffice with the complaint number n tracking ID but they are saying no such product is delivered here. We are stuck now.U guys are saying delivered but they are denying where is the parcel? What should we do u tell? So stressed out Please help.

@PostOffice Post Office Orpington during lunchtime, closed, with (non socially distanced) queues in several aisles of WHSmiths waiting for it to reopen, I walked straight out in utter disbelief. Only a publicly supported business could survive offering such poor customer service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Whilst they might be responsible the post office I took the items to did not follow the correct procedure. The packages were pre paid track and trace yet all they gave me was proof of posting. This is a post office issue in the first instance
