@PostOffice @shell @FirstUtilitySL I want to tell the world these companies are absolute bastards to deal with in a crisis. House burns down and these all chased me for months wanting payments for a home I wasnt even allowed to enter. I’m spreading the word.

@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

@PostOffice As my photo for my PASSPORT was only FAIR THE ASSISTANT wasn’t sure if it was going to get through, I’ll be quite honest to say I wish I had never used the Post Office to renew my PASSPORT because of the technoligy for taking the photo was poor, in fact it was CRAP LIGHTING.

@PostOffice It’s not that clear there is a problem to people trying to renew. You should be making this clearer. Will this be sorted by the end of the month?

@PostOffice utterly useless I have tried 4 times to renew my license to be told your system is down at the post office. Costing me more money in parking than the renewal

Thinking about this, I think this is a (albeit small) step in the right direction Clearly Horizon still has issues (no IT environment is ‘infallible’), but the @PostOffice are attempting to handle it like they should, could they do more? Absolutely they could, but baby steps…

@PostOffice I charged a fan £30 postage because of that page, when really it will cost me £43.60. The error cost me £13.60. There are THREE errors on that page: 1: It doesn't define World Zone 3 anywhere.

@drwb12 @PostOffice Nothing to do with Royal Amil or the Post office, if the issue is that they are held in Spanish customs...

@siany_d @PostOffice @decappeal Unfortunately, I based my postage cost on that page, so now the Post Office errors on the page mean I'll be more than £10 out of pocket. :-(
