Still find it really random why two government bodies have been suggested for privatisation...what's the logic and motive?! But anyway, I renewed my passport with @PostOffice passport service on 24th March and it will arrive today! So the @HM_Passport has been super efficient!

@PostOffice I'm walking home from your Lichfield branch in WHSmith fuming at not just poor customer service but plain rudeness to me and other customers. Was so gobsmacked I didn't say anything but wish I had.

@haringeycouncil Since the postoffice closed on West Green Road our takings went down dramatically. I know it is nothing to do with you but I wonder if there is anything you can do about it. There are no offices around and we depend on only local people.

@PostOffice how long does it take the passport office to acknowledge the receipt of an old passport for renewal? Sent via your digital check and send service over a week ago. They are still not showing as received by the passport office.
