@PostOffice Thanks, Stephen. Please do. They seriously need training and need to feel, and realise, they're part of an organisation that has rules and customer service standards.

  • thersw Richard Shaw-Wright (@thersw) reported from Wakefield, England

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, it's the one in Outwood, Wakefield. The computer was down.

  • Nigelbrook8 Nigel brook (@Nigelbrook8) reported from Honley, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMail you have a service for 2nd class large letters, 100-250gms £1.53 & 250-500gms £1.99 plus other price ranges but you don’t issue a stamp for these services, why?

  • Nigelbrook8 Nigel brook (@Nigelbrook8) reported from Honley, England

@PostOffice Your not though. You are forcing people to make non essential journeys. Funny how they have all shut since they knew they were to be paid. Appalling service in this area, no two ways about it.

  • Nigelbrook8 Nigel brook (@Nigelbrook8) reported from Honley, England

@PostOffice @JasonMcCartney can you shed any light onto the abysmal service in the Holme Valley. Holmfirth shut, Scholes shut, New Mill afternoons only & currently approx 40 people queuing. People having to make car journeys to find post offices that are open. @HolmeValleyNLab

  • BenMcKay89 Ben McKay (@BenMcKay89) reported from Bingley, England

Do not use this, there are better currency exchange around and with significantly better customer service @PostOffice

  • marisha_p01 Marisha pooni (@marisha_p01) reported from Leeds, England

@PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

  • BenMcKay89 Ben McKay (@BenMcKay89) reported from Bingley, England

Called @PostOffice travel money line wheo said "your money is in the branch" we can cancel and sort it but your exchange rate will be worse and you'll have to drive somewhere to get it

  • mysticmagicltd Mystical and Magical (@mysticmagicltd) reported from Halifax, England

@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • sandratizzard Sandra Tizzard (@sandratizzard) reported

@PostOffInquiry There’s one overriding loss that no one can return to these victims & that is their lives. Nothing can compensate for what @postoffice stole from them. I hope that full truth & culpability will be exposed, & justice executed in order to help the victims find some peace & healing

  • RiggerTodd Todd 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈🧱 (@RiggerTodd) reported

@dogestonks_ @fujitsu_uk @PostOffice I'm genuinely re-shocked every time I hear this story. I worked for 10+ years with convenience retailers and the ludicrously hard-working people who own these independent stores where the Post Offices are. It baffles me so many went to prison because Fujitsu's system was so bad.

  • H3AD5_UP Kman6 (@H3AD5_UP) reported

@Postoffice East London Post Offices have never heard of the new Platinum Jubilee 50p coin. Either they really don’t know about it or they’re refusing to distribute (seems franchisees make up their own rules). Which is it? Next time @RoyalMintUK should distribute via banks :(

  • artistsmakers Dan Thompson (@artistsmakers) reported

@tippinggoldy @PrivateEyeNews @PostOffice Screams of a very broken management culture.

  • PhyllisStein2 PhyllisStein2 (@PhyllisStein2) reported

@_Brian_Hunter @PostOffice True and that is the only way for people on the receiving end to be safe. The Hillsborough Law would be a good start, but there are wider problems in a society that protects wrongdoers.

  • karenfowles2 Karen Fowles (@karenfowles2) reported

@PostOffice Have had issues trying to log into my Travel Money Card app. Have made 3 phone calls and filled out contact form and still not resolved. #disappointed with the service I have received. Contemplating cancelling my account 🙁

  • SteveALee Steve Lee (@SteveALee) reported

Let's hope the inquest into the PostOffice Horizon scandal rapidly lead to full reparation and accountability. The fact no one questioned the numbers of incidents is highly suspicious.

  • sailingbikeruk 👨🏼‍🦳 Ian - 💉💉 out of breath, out of ideas. (@sailingbikeruk) reported

The trauma imposed on innocent people by @PostOffice and @fujitsu_uk is absolutely unforgivable. Nobody from these organisations or barristers that represented them have been held to account is disgusting A public enquiry is a help, but why is there not a criminal investigation

  • MBStuff91 MB (@MBStuff91) reported

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney, but unfortunately your employer still doesn't know how to build a functioning customer service platform.

  • FerretCrypto CryptoFerret (@FerretCrypto) reported

This @PostOffice debacle / disgrace beggars belief…how did people end up being sent down for 3 and half years? It’s insane. And this has been going on for 14 YEARS with no compensation to date, and £1 billion possibly in the offing, which will be picked up by the taxpayer.
