@PostOffice your service at Halifax stinks. Massive queue, one girl serving, the other just sat counting stamps, very slowly. Clearly don't care about customers and both look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Can't even use the auto tills for what I need. 😠

@PostOffice @JasonMcCartney can you shed any light onto the abysmal service in the Holme Valley. Holmfirth shut, Scholes shut, New Mill afternoons only & currently approx 40 people queuing. People having to make car journeys to find post offices that are open. @HolmeValleyNLab

Back again in another long queue at Durham Market Square @PostOffice 14 people in the slow moving queue. ONLY ONE member of staff only dealing with all enquiries. I got here at 2:40 and will prob. have to leave before I can be seen. This is a city post office. What's going on?

@AoifeShork @RoyalMail @PostOffice You should care, you purchased a royal mail service and your contract is with them, they handle and deliver mail items. Post offices are just counters who sell a variety of services for different agencies such as royal mail, dvla, etc etc

@PostOffice My friend said she doesn’t want to get the branch in trouble as they are very lovely. I don’t think the cashiers in all branches realise how important it is to do those proof of postage when requested and shouldn’t be questioned. Makes me feel stressed.
