@PostOffice 15 people in queue at Brighton Churchill Square post office and only one counter open. Self serve points all closed. The speed of service here becomes slower with every visit.

.@PostOffice can you tell your posties to actually post our mail through our letter box and not just chuck it down on the front step (which is right next to our letter box by the way) as the person who has delivered our mail today just put it on there for anyone to take!!

Why am I being charged £7 for an underpaid item sent by a friend that was posted at a post office @RoyalMail ? Surely the @PostOffice staff know how to weigh something 😡 it’s also taken them 3 weeks to tell me. 💩service as usual 🤬

@WorldFamousHot1 @PostOffice That's odd, we've never had an issue with that. We send hundreds of records and LPs out, RM Tracked every year. Buy postage online, get them scanned at the local delivery office. If they are busy they do it later.
