    @BritishArmy Historical Disclosures. Sent a postal order for assistance in looking for information. You finally reply 2 years later sending the order back having provided no information. That is £30 down the drain as it cannot be refunded by the @PostOffice

    @slkbeauty2019 @PostOffice We cannot reprint receipts, once a customer has left the counter the information e.g tracking numbers is gone from out system. We don't store tracking numbers.

    @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Rather than waste peoples time going to renew there driving licence to be told they need an appointment. Put it on the renewal letter or on website. Doing neither is negligent and crap customer service. #timewasters #drivinglicencerenewal

    @PostOffice The item should have been delivered within48 hours Max. Its 3 weeks down the line. And there is conveniently no trace of it on your systems at all.... I have everything but the the ref number.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The problem is the post office agent told me I am free to leave without give me anything to track, he only have mail stamp on my letter and told me to go, now I don't know where is my letter.

    @angry_corner Hi. We're not aware of any reason why the PO wouldn't accept an international item, it's only Tracked 24/48 items that can't be posted there. Hopefully @PostOffice can shed some light on the issue. In the meantime, you can post any item type at your local RM delivery office Oscar

    @monzo If you used the @PostOffice network of more than 11000 branches cash deposits/withdrawals are free with the exception of business banking.
