Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

You finally reply 2 years later sending the order back having provided no information. That is £30 down the drain as it cannot be refunded by the @PostOffice

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice.
