Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

You finally reply 2 years later sending the order back having provided no information. That is £30 down the drain as it cannot be refunded by the @PostOffice

No WIFI for services, Long queues, Only 1 person serving whilst other staff were just hanging around, the entrance door was making a scraping noise every time it opened and closed. Third world staff, third world service.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
