@BritishArmy Historical Disclosures. Sent a postal order for assistance in looking for information. You finally reply 2 years later sending the order back having provided no information. That is £30 down the drain as it cannot be refunded by the @PostOffice

@PostOffice Please issue staff at Bridgord Road. West Bridgford, Nottingham with a better phone and more data as I went 17.10.25 and they couldn’t do a return. Was advised not to return on Saturday because @NFFC were playing at home. Unuque location, #fedup Thx in advance

@AndyGibsonTV @PostOffice There is only so much that Post Office clerks can do. We can only advise on services we actually offer and cannot help with anything outside of that. People seem to think Post offices should be an information poin.

Poor show @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Tried two post offices which are supposed to be able to renew my photo licence, neither could, told me to come on a weekday when I’m working. Can’t do online due to expired passport, whole morning wasted

@WorldFamousHot1 @PostOffice That's odd, we've never had an issue with that. We send hundreds of records and LPs out, RM Tracked every year. Buy postage online, get them scanned at the local delivery office. If they are busy they do it later.

@PostOffice Abysmal counter service today. Elderly mother in wheelchair wanting a passport form checked, neither on duty were trained to do it. All of your staff should be trained to do everything, especially something as important & frequently asked for. No excuse for this.
