@PostOffice Hello, I wanted to send a Birthday card to my Mother on Ireland, my local PO in Ringmer said there was nothing I could do, I asked if I could use Parcelforce to send it and they said no that PF were also effected! Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

@BritishArmy Historical Disclosures. Sent a postal order for assistance in looking for information. You finally reply 2 years later sending the order back having provided no information. That is £30 down the drain as it cannot be refunded by the @PostOffice

@PostOffice I used Royal Mail Special Delivery but when the delivery was attempted on 16th April it says no one was there. Royal Mail still have the parcel but its not allowing me to re-arrange the delivery. I have the tracking number. Please can you help?

So I’ve never bought currency in an airport because they turn you over ( I still haven’t). However, I was never really aware by how much. @PostOffice quite fairly give you approx 1.6 approx v a standardised rate of 1.7 to the GBP. @TravelexUK - 1.39 … yes 1.39 . Shocking

@marksandspencer Hi, I paid the fee and when it arrived it turned out to be my own return. So I paid to receive my returns as there is no label now and it still had my address on. I think its a @PostOffice issue now...
