@PostOffice Hello, I wanted to send a Birthday card to my Mother on Ireland, my local PO in Ringmer said there was nothing I could do, I asked if I could use Parcelforce to send it and they said no that PF were also effected! Is this correct? do you have an guess when service will resume.

@BritishArmy Historical Disclosures. Sent a postal order for assistance in looking for information. You finally reply 2 years later sending the order back having provided no information. That is £30 down the drain as it cannot be refunded by the @PostOffice

@BritishGasHelp yesterday I spent 2.5hours on your live chat app - waiting. I was told 3 times (eventually) that @PostOffice would be able to credit October’s £66 without the voucher which I have never received. Please start answering phones and stop telling lies.

It’s disengenuius for @PostOffice and @RoyalMail to be up selling special delivery right now. As they have quietly removed the guarantee small print from their “guaranteed” service. So lots of ppl sending SD in the hopes of it arriving at normal times are gonna be disappointed.
