    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice Thank you for responding, you really to need to ask the customers; If they receive an acceptable level of service? I Generally leave Bath Larkall Post office unhappy or dismayed by the poor experience. The staff here have no concept of a ‘good ‘ customer experience.

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @KirstenTElliott @WeLoveBath We complained via Twitter that there are no seats now and it was clear when I was queuing some elderly people were having problems standing to queue. No response from @PostOffice yet.

    @PeckhamBusiness @TfL @PostOffice TfL probably still maximising capacity for driving. Problem is increase in travel by cars= congestion & queues accommodated by reducing capacity for walking & cycling=long wait times at signals. If walking ACTUALLY a priority it would be people driving waiting, not people walking

    @PostOffice shocking agents, service and overall experience. If your agents are at fault and give incorrect settlement figures and that is paid by the customer, you are at fault, and you need to settle your error, not the customer!!!!

    @PostOffice Over the last couple months, they are consistently rude and unhelpful. They have tried to refuse to give me proof of postage, then charged me almost double it should be to send something and then most recently refused my parcel, as they didn’t want to take anything prepaid.

    @PostOffice The travel money I ordered did not arrive by my holiday. Rang customer services who informed me of a delay, she apologised and said ide get a refund to my bank in 1-2 working days. 9 days later I'm still abroad with no travel money or refund or reply to my emails. 👏

    Would anyone recommend using the @PostOffice check and send service when applying for a passport? I’ve never had an adult one (had one as a child) but I’ve got a copy of my birth certificate ect and suitable counter-signatory 🤔
