@PostOffice why is your bath branch operating with no self service open and only one of two members of staff on the counter?

  • TheDiscoSucks
Disco Sucks! (@TheDiscoSucks) reported from Bathford, England

@PostOffice Thank you for responding, you really to need to ask the customers; If they receive an acceptable level of service? I Generally leave Bath Larkall Post office unhappy or dismayed by the poor experience. The staff here have no concept of a ‘good ‘ customer experience.

  • leesto
Lee Stone (@leesto) reported from Bathford, England

@PostOffice That feels quite inconsistent, as when I used them on Saturday, there was no member of staff around for assistance (I had to interrupt the person on the counter to handover a parcel)

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

  • AlishaCeit

@PostOffice the staff in your Glastonbury office are just downright rude and extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed and will not be using your services going forward.

Congratulations to all the sub-post masters/mistresses for having their day in court and beating The Post Office Counters Ltd hands down. Shame on you. Now hit them where it hurts. Cough up Post office. You own them deep. Saying sorry is not enough @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews

  • KGravil
Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

  • nick15cox
Nick Cox (@nick15cox) reported from Bristol, England

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

  • Bla1s0
    B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • Stephen2791
Stephen Carter (@Stephen2791) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

  • DavidPenton1
Dave (@DavidPenton1) reported from Bristol, England

Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

  • SueVanillaWhite
VanillaWhite (@SueVanillaWhite) reported from Bathford, England

@KirstenTElliott @WeLoveBath We complained via Twitter that there are no seats now and it was clear when I was queuing some elderly people were having problems standing to queue. No response from @PostOffice yet.

@brialerus @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice It was better when it was free but I still use the service and pay the 30p. Saves time, petrol money and the junk food purchases when I go to the shop which has a PO counter

  • brialerus
    коржики Батурин 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@brialerus) reported

@kevinburden @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice Thats bad. For me personally I have sent about 200+ items and collection has always been on time.

  • 2xDutch31

A @LibDems will fix the postoffice "horizon" scandal? Somehow I don't think so, after the criminal negligence on record in this case displayed by @EdwardJDavey!

  • lmayo77
    Linda Donegan Mayo (@lmayo77) reported

@PostOffice if my flight to Australia via Doha gets cancelled due to the issues in the Middle East, how can you NOT give refunds on insurance policies taken out for trips? I haven’t ‘cooled off’, my trip has been cancelled. You’re profiteering off a trip I cannot take!

  • DiBrander
    Diane Brander (@DiBrander) reported

@dyerAndie @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice That’s bad. People with no digital access are being penalised.

  • atouchofsense

@DonaldPond6 @PostOffice No way was it a like for like service that you booked

  • WomackPhilip
    Philip Womack (@WomackPhilip) reported

The post in London is utterly broken. I get post maybe once a week. Weekly magazines, supposed to arrive on a Friday for the weekend, arrive on Saturday or even Monday afterwards. Letters take a week to travel down the road. Something needs to change. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    Crybaton (@crybaton) reported

@AnimarchyYT so, Genuine question, because I keep seeing this and those "lawnpirate" situations in the US... Do your delivery people just leave your **** at the door? Like, is this the norm? Because here, when I'm not home, I get a little note in my postbox to pickup my **** at the postoffice
