    @PostOffice Thank you for responding, you really to need to ask the customers; If they receive an acceptable level of service? I Generally leave Bath Larkall Post office unhappy or dismayed by the poor experience. The staff here have no concept of a ‘good ‘ customer experience.

    @KirstenTElliott @WeLoveBath We complained via Twitter that there are no seats now and it was clear when I was queuing some elderly people were having problems standing to queue. No response from @PostOffice yet.

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    Dear @RoyalMailHelp I use Click & Drop on a daily basis to send to the USA. I always fill in the CN22 info which I assumed was included in the barcode as it never generates a physical sticker. Today in West Malling @PostOffice a really rude cashier demanded I fill in a sticker…

    Told the @PostOffice that our Crumlin branch's hours were wrong on the website. It lists a 10PM close instead of 5PM. They got back to me with a 'FINAL RESPONSE' saying they'll give me 2 quid. I don't want your money you loons, I want you to FIX THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE! 🤬

    @PostOffice Hey ! I used a Self Service Kiosk for the first time (which went well….) But the package has not arrived. I sent First Class Signed For which is Tracked, accept your Receipts do not give the Tracking Number, just the Session Number. How do I proceed to track ?

    @PostOffice there are currently 15+ people in the queue at your Sutton branch with only one person on the counter and no self service open. Queuing time is apparently 30 mins. Why isn’t there more staff or self service open?!

    @PostOffice please can you help with travel insurance? It was purchased via the post office website but seems to be @collinson insurance? They are worse than useless and just tell you that they will get to your claim when they can!! Rubbish service

    @PostOffice I definitely would NOT recommend the check and send Passport service. My sister has not had her passport back after 10 weeks. My friend applied for hers and did it all herself and it was back in 4 weeks. My husbands took 4 weeks too again he did himself.
